I bought a Battery Bank yesterday to run my astro photography gear involving a computer, 2 cameras, 2 telescopes and a Star Tracker. I was served by William who worked out how much power was needed for a suitable battery. Great store in Castle Hill and great service by William which was much appreciated 🙏

Staff member sold me a blown 10AMP fuse went back and had to buy two more. Poor customer service. Store manager Naomi is useless.

We bought a loud speaker from Jaycar more than a year ago. 2 days ago, it started playing up and not working. Unfortunately, the warranty has already expired for 5 months. We took it back to Jaycar, expecting that the staff may either dismiss us or ask us to buy another one. Out of our surprise, the technical manager Liam offered to exchange a brand new one with us except that there will not be any warranty. On top of that, he helped us to test the loud speaker thoroughly and made sure that it worked which it did. We are so grateful. Thank you Jaycar and your staff for being so helpful.

Thank you guys so much for your support, I went into castle hill Jaycar about 2 weeks ago wanting to get into 3d printing, great salesman gave me a great deal. I had an issue with it which was at the fault of the manufacturer. I went back explaining what has happen and they said no worries and replaced it right then. This is the only place I will go as they have always provided the honest best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you guys!

I like Jaycar, but Click and Collect is terrible. Always double check your items. I ordered two types of capacitor. Four of one and two of another. Received three of one, two of another and one of something else, resulting in ANOTHER trip to another store to get the correct items.

Looking for a security system for home we took the advice of Jaycar staff at Castle Hill NSW and purchased an item which we were later to find completely and totally inappropriate for use. Not only that, the product failed to do what it was supposed to do. Within three weeks we returned the product to the store for a refund to which the store manager starts giving us excuses why he would not accept the product this went from a 7 day return policy to not having a box for the item to be returned through to having to call overseas to obtain some sort of return authority number from the maker but everything except a refund. This store manager knows nothing at all about customer service and was an embarrassment to other staff and ourselves and to other customers in the store. He frustrated us and I told him on our departure that we will ensure we will never go to Jaycar again and we will use social media to be able to tell of our experience and encourage others to not use Jaycar.

Very nice store. Went to get PLA filament for my 3d printer very good quality and a reasonable price. Very nice customer service, Terrance was very kind and talked about different formats of 3d printing. Overall an excellent experience. Will definitely be coming here again! 👍

They have technically hidden their policy of return on the entrance of their counter and very rude they're saying it is not their responsibility to tell everything to the customers when they sell products without box. When they sell they say nothing but when you return brand new products they are able to say they are not accepting returns. Such a sick system.

Extremely helpful staff. Where very busy when I walked in, had to be at least 25 people in the store an it was cleared out in minutes. I would have ended up walking out with the wrong tool for the job but one of the staff pointed out it was not the tool I required for the items I had. Super happy with the help I received here

I feel totally shafted by Electus, the wholesale arm of Jaycar. They made (written) promises and failed to keep them, despite the fact that they had the items in stock.

Went in there today, was booked in for the Hands-On Arduino tutorial - Project Build. It took about 45mins of demonstration and work time. The lesson was brilliant. Everything was explained. A+A+ educational instruction! And best of all, we were allowed to take our completed projects home at the end for $15.00, as a bonus we took home an additional Jaycar show bag. How good is that? All up we took home about $80 worth of stuff, and got an eye opening experience into mini processor projects. I cannot rate Jaycar Castle Hill - high enough! If you want to get into Electronics, Jaycar Castle Hill- is a good start- You will not go wrong!

Bought an audio digital to analogue converter (optical to RCA) that extending the life of my old Sony dvd amplifier and speaker instead of buy the new sound system. Save hundred of $$$.

I shared my concern to Keiran, I couldn't explain my problem in detail but he had the whole time in the world to clarify and understand my problem. He was extremely helpful and friendly. That branch must be stoked to have such a good knowledgeable employee on board. Thnx Dude. Regards Abdul
