Campbell's Betta - Fridges and Electricals

Called up the Appliance Clinic for warranty on a DeLonghi heater. Super helpful and gave me advice how to action. Then I asked for some tips to see if I could resolve. Turns out I was mistaken; simply a button configuration issue. Obviously I felt silly now but I was reassured they're happy to help. Problem solved in less than a 5 minute call. Much better than going to the place I purchased it from. Thanks team!

A well deserved 5 stars! Dropped in to get a gasket for my coffee machine and the service was exceptional. The gentleman knew exactly what to do and how things could play out. He asked if asked if it popped or broke and as I was replacing the gasket myself, he said there is a good chance it will pop again and I will need to bring the machine in to have things tightened. He booked me in just in case to save my place in his queue as he is busy. He said if I get to your job and you haven’t come back I’ll know all is good. 👍

As I was unable to go into Campbell's Better Home Living Burnie, due to health issues, I phoned and made my enquiry. The staff member was friendly, helpful and informative. I was able to make my purchase over the phone, including my payment. Delivery was scheduled for the next day. My new washing machine was delivered, installed and my old machine removed. The delivery service was as pleasant an experience as the purchase. I would highly recommend Campbell's Better Home Living Burnie to anyone requiring items available at their store.

The best service I ever had. Friendly helpful and if they have not got it they will do their best to get it or tell you where to find it. I drive 160km round trip to go to their store. We do have a local one in our town, but they are useless. The Burnie one is by far the best in the NW of Tas.

Excellent technicians - honest, efficient, proficient. Don't be put off by the 'suffer no fools' receptionist.

Nothing that makes them stand out from other electrical goods stores. Neither good nor bad.

One star for the foul mouth delivery person who was so rude that i was shocked i said to him i dont need a lecturer. He told me to get f..... and that he could take it back if i did not want it. This came after he told me he was not going to install machine as he did not want a 20,000 dollar fine for being in my house and that he would call the police if i asked again. Now when i brought machine i asked to be installed and brought it this week when shops opened for this to happen. Now i have known barry for year and i am sure he would be stunned to fine his employee was representing his business in this way

Purchased a washing machine on January 13th. Was amazed that it was delivered in roughly an hour after purchase. So, impressed with that. However, the outlet hose was missing! I was informed that they would get one for me, but nope. I'm disappointed because it never happened. Here it is, March 18th, and I still have not heard back from them (even though I called on March 2nd and was told I would receive a call back the following day) so therefore, no outlet hose. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Surely it can't be that difficult to keep your customer in the loop as to what is happening, without them having to chase over it?

All of the staff were excellent. They were friendly, polite and helpful. I measured my fridge space incorrectly (which was obviously my fault) and the staff kindly assisted with finding a fridge that would fit the space, came and collected the fridge that didn't fit and replaced it with one that did. They even helped me unpack it and put it into the hole for the fridge. I received fantastic service and I will definitely go back!

Great advice

Upon purchasing a product online, I had to follow up as no one made contact. When I finally had contact I was told they were out of stock of what I had purchased and it would be weeks to get it in but they had another item that was much better and they could do a special deal for more money. I accepted this deal and attended the store to pick it up. The man at the front counter could not have cared less that I was standing there with a rude and abrupt pointing to the back of the store for the person I spoke to on the phone. I took the item believing it was a better product but when I got item home and out of box I realised it was an inferior item. Far more inferior. I was conned and ripped off. I will NEVER shop here again and after telling friends and family they were or are also of the same opinion. Lift your game guys this is unaccpetable! Especially when I bought the original item since for $45 less that what I initially paid to you for the ridiculously rubbish item!
