Visited on a Sunday Arvo. The place was so relaxed and quiet. Nice beer on tap. Love the TAB area. Neat and clean. Family friendly place.

Staff were super friendly, rooms clean and food delicious. We attended for a concert at Accor Stadium from Brisbane and needed assistance with directions and what to do and the staff were just amazing!

It's ok but the rooms smell and the Windows don't open you have a air conditioner no heater or microwave there is always old perverts down stairs no security, good thing is shops near by have everything

I was banned from the hotel but want to return. I am apologetic about my behaviour i caused. I ssk that the ban be lifted so i can enjoy the facilities with my Deaf friends

Excellent stay and really close to the supermarkets and the shopping centre as well as all the food places around. Parking is available right by the premises. The rooms are excellent and really comfortable with nice AC, television and good bathrooms/showers. The staff are really friendly and we even got a couple of free drink vouchers at the bar with our stay. How good!!! I'd come back here again for sure.

Stayed 3 nights here was unreal staff where amazing and service was great. Close to almost everything in Sydney and a good stay if your going stadium ways and want a Uber 9/10. Only downside was the loud cars

THE BISTRO WAS DISGUSTING ESPECIALLY THE CHICKEN SHITTY was terrible and so the mushroom sauce was aswell vegetables were like it was in water for 3 days

I only planned to stay for a couple of nights , I ended up extending my stay for another 3 nights. I cant fault this place . Rooms are clean , all staff are friendly and helpful, even the bikie looking one Mick , nicest guy you'll ever meet , don't judge a book by its cover , and the girls behind the bar, so friendly. no aircon. It is now in sumner but there is no air con in the hotel. it seens to drink hot beer then we have to order more ice . After a few hours having dinner and watching games We got headache serely. This complaint has been raised 5 days ago, but there is nothing changed. It seems that the hotel management disregard the safety of their custoners and no respect . We , on behalf of a number of local custoners urged the board of directors of the hotel to investigate the situation of this local hitel . Best Trgatds

I think the location is just perfect! ● just infront of the train station ● surrounded by choices of either take away manoush or dine-in el jannah to chinese or vietnamese (sits inside the pub.. serves yum cha for lunch) so many choices of foods 🍕🌭 or have a cold beer 🍺 and maybe try your luck playing pokies🙂 but most its affordable rates and rooms has single bed to family room that comes with your own verandah or get the kings room that comes with double bed and a single bed. Either for you or couole or family this hotel has everything no hotel can compare!!!

Location is quite noisy. Our room faced the main road, I assume the rooms facing the other way would be quieter.

Staff were nice, manager was rude

I’ve just moved to town in the last day or so with a few mates and the staff here have gone above and beyond for us in the few days we have been here. I really want to give a shout out to Mick, Kevin, Yasmin (I think is the spelling) and Michelle who we have been in contact with since coming here. The Chester Hill Hotel is a credit to the local area we have moved to and this is only possible with the staff who run the day to day, daily grind. Myself and the housemates definitely will be coming back to enjoy the hospitality and good vibes that have been enjoyed thus far. Cheers guys and we’ll see you for the next round!

Friendly helpful check in staff, received 2 x drink vouchers on arrival, Room was very clean, modern and comfortable with a large tv that had YouTube and Netflix, loved the convenience of having bar/gaming and restaurant downstairs. Great place to stay for a quick stop over!! And excellent value for money.

The accommodation was clean, beds comfortable, spacious queen and single studio room, quiet stay. Service was excellent (thanks Joel and the staff in the bar area). Good value for money for an overnight stay. No problems with the car parking at the rear.

I entered the Hotel and was greeted by Mick who is very professional, friendly and helpful. My room was great - very clean & comfortable. The bistro is not open on a Tuesday but there’s many choices directly across the road -Pizza, Thai, Chinese, eat in / take away. All the staff at the Hotel are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Mick for your courtesy and professionalism.

The new manager with the pony tail closes TAB, KEENO and the bar before the pub is even closed. People are still smacking away on the pokies but you can’t place a bet or get a beer. Old management didn’t close the pub So they could go home.

Upon our visit to the pub and entertainment floor at the ground level, the room's interior design was relatively unique and posh. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and well-trained, and they informed us accordingly about the covid restrictions. We want to give special thanks for an excellent demonstration of Ms. Yasmine's Hospitality. Thank you to Ms. Yasmin, who has been helpful and guided us with direction and amenities and gave us a warm welcome, and guaranteed our expectations and concern had been met. Her extraordinary and multinational people skills must be highlighted and recognized -it was a wonderful visit. For all travelers, we are recommended the Night Cap at Chester Hill hotel. Once again, genuinely appreciate the hotel team members, especially Ms. Yasmin. Keep up the good work, I will see you again next time.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, room was standard, TV has various Netflix Stan, youtube, service was friendly and helpful. WIFI is good. Location: Our room was on a busy road front with significant traffic noise. The food options at this pub is Asian flavours, more than pub style food and has no Eftpos, however there are many take away options in the area. Cleaning: More attention to detail is required in bathroom cleaning and daily service of emptying of bins etc Parking: Onsite parking is available which was useful as we had a hire car, this is located out the back of the pub which you will need directions to find.

Worst hotel in Sydney do not even bother to go

Visited twice in a week Had crab oysters and scallops...excellent and I rarely rate food that highly...nowcto the bad part Returned last Saturday for lunch and decided on a tone steak It annoys the hell out of me when I order t bone and get sirloin They are not the same... But that was a minor issue compared to the flavour Never in my life have I had steak that tasted like fish...horrible and only edible when smothered with mushroom sauce and a mouthful of salad So I had fried sirloin that tasted like fish. Never again will I eat steak from their bistro

I went to this place on a Sunday to get takeaway alcohol, which should have been till 10 they said it shut at 9:35 I was told a false closing time and a security guard pushed me away I was not aggressive I called after asking about what time they close takeaway alcohol on a Sunday night and she said until closing Then I said I wanted to speak to the manager and that I came within the time frame before And she hung up on me and said the manager was busy which was an excuse The staff are rude and untrustworthy Bad customer service and they touch you without your permission without any aggregation from your side

The room had a bad smell. Not as good for a nightcap as the one I stayed in Geelong.

The staff here are friendly. A nice layout with each section blocked off from the rest. Heaps of parking out back. Ramp at front for wheelchairs etc.

Check their toilets so disgusting, their pokies are complete rip off

I went there for lunch with a friend after not having been there for many years. Though there's nothing actually wrong with the place, the food and service were of an acceptable standard, but there's a fine line between clean and sterile. This pub has crossed that line and lost any sense of character. If I'm in Chester Hill for lunch again I'll be going to one of the other nice eateries on the main Street rather than the pub.
