Nice club, but the toilets are always disgusting! Machines are all sticky and disgusting, looks like no one cleans them. Menai Club Central is heaps cleaner!

It was a very bad experience. I am a lifetime member of your club, but today's experience left me feeling very upset. My wife and I were playing the slot machines as usual when suddenly another customer complained to the manager that the noise from our machine was too loud. As a result, managers Gavyne and Angela came over and asked my wife and I to leave. I asked for a Chinese-speaking staff member to help with translation, but they refused and immediately took my membership card. When a Chinese-speaking staff member finally arrived, they didn't say much and, together with security, escorted us out. The attitude of both managers was extremely arrogant. They only listened to one side of the story before asking us to leave. I hope there is a way to file a complaint against them. I have already sent an email but received no response?

I had a disappointing experience with the front desk service on the afternoon of January 25th. My family was invited by a member friend for lunch and had my parking ticket validated. However, when I tried to leave, I found it wasn’t processed correctly. When I returned to the front desk, the staff member with curly hair was rude, questioned why I was parking there as a non-member, and ignored me when I greeted her. I had to reverse my car and return to the desk, where another staff member finally resolved the issue. To make matters worse, I overheard the first staff member calling me so rude” as I was leaving."

The managers are extremely arrogant and unreasonable! I was initially very excited to visit and have fun, but it seemed that a friend of Manager Gavyae came over to inform us not to make any noise. Other two guests nearby were also told not to make any noise. Those two guests explained that the issue was with the faulty buttons on the machine, but when the manager arrived, he immediately kicked those two guests out!!! Both the managers attitude were terrible, and they didn’t listen to the guests' explanation at all. During the conversation, the two guests requested a Chinese-speaking staff member, but the manager refused to let a Chinese-speaking employee come. Without asking or explaining, he simply removed the guest’s membership card!! The guest finally got a Chinese-speaking employee, but even the regular staff couldn’t change the manager’s decision. The Chinese-speaking employee himself admitted that the machine’s buttons were indeed faulty!! I have never heard that of a slot machine where you are not allowed to make any noise!!! No wonder there are fewer and fewer customers!

The manager is arrogant and rude. One of my relatives is their top-level member. As their english isn't great, i was helping them by asking the staff how they can use the car chargers. I explained the situation, and the manager very aggressively told me that: they can use it, but NOT YOU! That was even my question! Guess who just lost a Regent member?

We had a visit to club Central hurstville on NYE, my wife is a club member and we been there for dinner quite a few times, security and the staff made us feel special, security guard malik and Khan were professional and welcoming and very friendly And the female manager with a red hair angela was very helpful too, food was fantastic. Because of the professional and friendly security and staff we Will be back for more. I'll recommend this place to my friends and family 5 out 5.

Went there a few times for their yum cha. Great one around the area

Today is Christmas Eve, and something unpleasant happened around 5:15 PM. I took a lot of old clothes to the donation cabinet in the parking area. After donating the clothes, I went to the counter with my parking ticket and explained to a male staff member that I had just made a donation. I asked if he could validate my parking ticket so I could leave. To my surprise, he replied, “Go to the machine to spend money .” I told him he could check the cameras to see that I had donated a large number of clothes, and I reiterated that I had made a donation. He responded, “It doesn’t matter. Go to the machine and pay.” I was shocked and asked, “I did a good deed, and yet you’re still asking me to pay for parking?” He firmly insisted that he didn’t care and refused to do anything about my ticket. I told him that when I did the same thing last year, a young female staff immediately validated my ticket after hearing my explanation. She even acknowledged my good intentions and said it wasn’t a problem. However, today, I was deeply disappointed by this employee’s attitude, especially his lack of empathy. Later, I approached another staff member who appeared to be more responsible. I explained the situation again and asked for help. He asked if I was a member, and when I confirmed, he assisted me with the machine and validated my ticket. He pointed out that I had only been there for 15 minutes and should have been able to leave without issue. I even showed him a photo of the old clothes I had donated to the clothes bin. Joyce

I have just spent the weekend here at a conference from Friday evening till Synday afternoon. What a lovely experience from all the staff from security through to food service managers. I felt that, in general, most staff went a little beyond normal service to offer something more that just normal service. I would definitely recommend this venue for an event. Thank you, we look forward to returning again soon.

Excellent venue, great service, conveniently located, remarkable atmosphere, high tech facilities. But the food at a wedding banquet there was really not up to the par, quite disappointing.

A clean and bright venue with helpful staff. The permanent stage provides a lecturn, screen mic, audio, and video system with screen is an ideal place for different entities to hold special events. The sound system is excellent. It is operated by a CCH staff member who is meticulous and helpful. The parking entrance to the Club's parking is a bit complicated for a new member trying to find it. There is no free parking which is unusual for a Club.

One star is being too kind. Good Old Club Central Hurstville, hasn't change at all. from the chinese restaurant to the club customer service, very poor and the lowest of a human attitude towards patrons. Don't mean to be racist, your mid wife filipino team leader, please get a life, you are being bias. all your floor staff get a life, if not happy to come to work stay home. Going to club central is like going to a funeral where all your staff is moody. the board of directors should open their eye and do something about the staff.

Hi there. We have celebrated year 12 event, parents and students. I'm impressed. Secure venue. Food 3 courses - amazing, well done.

Came at 7 p.m. for a function. The first dish came out at 8:04 p.m. and the second dish at 8:32 p.m. Now it's 9:01 pm. When can I finish what I prepay for and go home for my instant noodle. Unbelievable experience here.

If I can put no stars I will. DO NOT hold your function there. I paid $90 for my daughter’s graduation dinner. The food was crap as hell. Bread as hard as rock can’t even chew. The pork belly was awful, service was so bad. It took 50 mins for all main course to come out to serve everyone took 30 mins to collect the dishes . Took another 30 mins to serve the dessert. What a horrible place to hold an event, even participate in it.

I am a longtime member spent so much in this club. Been coming here for so long bartender at the stone bar seems not to know thier products. And act like doesn't know how to do things, last night i came, card host was offline so they could not give us a discount and would not be able to use points to buy anything and while playing, also they don't have pineapple juice at the bar not happy with the service. Its always messy in the smoking area. Update - aussie lady in the bar apparently cider is not a beer I ask for a schooner of ice and gave me one but then realize cider was not a beer so she transferred the ice and poured it in a glass were u put the complimentary soft drinks. I told her cider is a beer, it's an alcoholic drink she still don't let me have a glass of ice in a schooner. I flagged down one of the server guy with glasses if he was the manager he said no, but still explained what happened and told me, he will get the manager for me. He never came back with the manger, Anyway few servers I asked for schooner of ice they gave it to me with my cider. This place does not know customer service and do not have knowledge how to handle customer complaints. Very very very bad service negative zerooooo review for this place.

Hi there i have been there at club central many times. But This is the worst time i met with the manager Henery . I was not intoxicated but he refuesed me without reason. His serucity team and he was against their power.

I am a member here for past 2+years and for the first time i asked the staff at bar to give me couple of complimentary packet chips and a staff serving me named eva gave me a twistes and vinegar chips and i paid for drinks. When i got another round of drinks i asked for some more chips and thats when the same staff eva informed me i have to pay a $1 for small pack of chips to which i asked how come i have to pay for it now when i got one before free to which she replied she did charge me for the one before along with my drinks without informing me. I have spent way over 20+k at this venue as a club in over 2 years of time frame and to be charged for a small packet of chips and also not being informed is very disappointing. I work in a club myself where we look after our customers very well in terms of clubs complimentary drinks and foods and bring a really good customer service experience,this let my expectations down. First time in 2 years i asked for a complimentary chips and i get charged without being informed thats outrageous

Wow best food I've had in Sydney since arriving from the UK three weeks ago. I'm originally from Sydney so know Australia food. Friendly greeting when we arrived, lovely helpful staff. The three of us were most impressed with the food. The salt and pepper squid, shoulder of lamb, fish and chips and lobster roll. We are definitely coming back and look forward to trying the yum cha.

They say they open till open 3am but they aren’t open . This is the worst place ever we came from double bay .

Clearly staff are not happy. Coffee can be either excellent or very bad. No consistency at all.

Great experience at Club Central Bistro tonight , both staff where very attentive, welcoming and helpful a male and female staff on tonight in the dinning room both 5 stars no doubt very experienced, my meal was very enjoyable, I had the lamb shoulder it melted in my mouth, I really enjoyed my meal and the service tonight was exceptional. Thank you

Great and nice place

Travelodge Hurstville is a beautiful hotel. Close to Westfield, trains, buses. My room was so comfortable, amazing bed with large fluffy pillows. There is a rooftop bar with gorgeous views. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My new go-to place when visiting Sydney.

Would give 0 star if I could. Extremely poor attitude and plain rudeness of security guard at the entrance, straight up condescending to visiting guests. Never visiting again.

Been there 3 weeks ago Julia, her attitude was awful and her customer service was very poor. We went for a drink, it took us 20 minutes to get over the check in and she was treating us as if she was doing us a favour. I have been treated like illegal drunk immigrant. But I can't blame her, it is so obvious she hates her job. So leave it, find something you will enjoy more. Don't forget you are always enough, sometimes even too much!! Don't go there

Nice modern club with all facility and above average dim sum restaurant with very reasonable price especially after member discount. Free parking for member during time with the club.Great place to visit.

Untrained and hopeless staff, poorly resourced, disgraceful management, will never step foot inside this appalling establishment under the current regime. Chinese restaurant makes Fawlty Towers look like a slick operation. Would give it zero stars but the rating doesn’t allow.

The largest club in Hurstville. The environment is good, with smoking area and restaurant. The front desk reception and security service attitude are very enthusiastic. It is a good place to relax.🎈

Service is poor. The guy at the entrance treated everyone like thieves. The drink in slot machine area served slow and unwillingly and unfriendly. Not to mention the slot machine was tough… Attn: club manager Up to my wife entered the club, member card was checked both sides. This was still reasonable. Then when we played at machine areas, service was required, servant attended, but never came back with drinks. By the time we left, with lunch outside club, member card was checked again for parking ticket validation. Name checked, even was challenged that member card was not belonging us, and can’t recognise our entering, with rude attitude. Made us feel like thieves stealing from the club. Really bad experience and sad that a friendly club with some rude and inappropriate service skills. There is no need for discussion about details as I’m not going anymore. But I do hope you should train for more professional services.

I found my meal was not enough for the price.. I had Pasta and it was like an entree size.. So won't be eating there again.

Hi I was today for lunch the service was ambiance great service by kirti and the other girl ha 15 people well worth going there and I got a lot of points had a good feed the snapper pie amazing been there before so nice to go again thanks for organising such a great day

Worst food ever! The kids meal had a chicken noodle soup for 15$ AUD and it gave me 2 minute noodles I don't recommend this club

First timer. Went for a variety concert which was good. Meal after, which was good. Staff friendly.

We went to Above 8 Rooftop Bar & Lounge but they were closed for functions but staff at the reception didn't know about it because they sent us up so we went to gaming area instead.. looks really nice after the renovations

Bar staff that were on Wednesday 17th May after 8pm are incompetent and need to learn how to make simple cocktails. We ordered 2 simple drinks. A vodka lemonade and a vodka sunrise. The man at the bar made my vodka lemonade with grenadine for some reason. He was also unable to make a Vodka Sunrise. I explained to him 3 times that he needs to add grenadine into the vodka sunrise. He remade the drink twice and each time did not put in the grenadine. I then told him the exact ingredients and order of those ingredients and he still made it wrong. Next time I am there I think I will stick to water thank you.
