I had a great experience at Officeworks Wentworthville! The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff were friendly, approachable, and eager to help with my queries. The checkout process was smooth, and I appreciated how the team handled everything efficiently. Overall, a great place to shop for office and school supplies. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The staff were standing behind the service desk, chatting and completely ignoring customers when there was a long Que. One employee was on her phone laughing away and texting on her phone while a customer was trying to make a payment, showing no awareness of what was happening. When it was my turn, she scanned my items twice without noticing and processed the payment, anyway I will never return to Officeworks Wentworthville that’s for sure!

I have been surprised with the best service provided by the printing team! ( especially margeret) she wwas soo patient & helpful to the max. All the team is a top noch team comparing to office works guilford! they have attitude, not patient and all of a sudden decide not to print l. 5 stars is a deserved rating thanks to each one at officeworks wentworthville 🙏🏻

A great service at the photo stands by a staff member named Ramand. Despite the store being ultra busy, he was able to manage the situation very maturely and pleasantly. He was able to keep the wait very short indeed. His knowledge of the area was impressive. Thanks to Ramand , we achieved an excellent product in the shortest time.

Super quality help from Margaret and Alam (particularly on laptops). Nisarg was very helpful too an another visit. So strongly recommended if you want to buy computer technology!

Keep extra hours, slow motion and under staff

Date: 24/09/2024. Night staff pretended to be busy but seem to know nothing on what they do. They need a proper training on their work especially photography. Customer service is too bad.

I had a nightmarish experience at Officeworks. Their so-called “Price Beat Guarantee” promises to beat the price by 5%, but it’s just a scam. I found a Lenovo YOGA laptop for $300 AUD less on their website and asked their staff if they could price match. After wasting 30 minutes, the manager showed up and claimed that, despite the exact model and specifications being the same, the part numbers were different. When I, as a software engineer, asked him to explain what a part number is, he was clueless. They didn’t honor their promise and dragged out the situation for another 20 minutes. Officeworks is nothing more than a deceptive marketing ploy that doesn’t deliver on its promises.

Excellent customer service by Daniel! I came to Office Works Wenty to printout photos, despite long ques Daniel guided me patiently on how to self serve photo printouts. He definitely needs a praise for excellent customer service, thanks Daniel 😊🤝

Visit for take a passport photo for my kids with 3 years old. But the staff said they cannot do for child under 5 years old… but I did it 2 years ago, while my child is 8 months old… it’s so confusing

Yesterday (26/7/2024) ihv visited in-store for retractable banner. I had awesome experience 👌, great customer service . There i met with Very friendly helpful staff member ( Leena), she helped me with All technical aspects I recommend for her professional growth. Thank you 😊

Worst customer service. Have to wait 25 minutes in line just to get a print.only one guy is working hard in print scanning section while others just stand there and doing nothing. Do better

Take photo for visa was quick and easy. Luca was a great help! Less than 15 mins including the wait in the line.

Compare to the nearby officeworks has more variety of items and slightly bigger than others.

Was asked by one of your lovely staff to move my ute and trailer as I had just parked near her car. I wasn't even over the line and she was very rude to me and had the audacity to give me attitude about parking near her car. She decided to move her car to where it is in the photo whilst passive aggressively slamming her door and muttering nonsense because I didn't want to move due to already spending 5 mins looking for parking around the area as i don't know the area. Didn't get her name but she was middle aged and very rude. Wasn't even here to go to officeworks. Thanks Karen.

I Purchased a $150 Bluetooth mouse, when I opened it found it was a used $40 mouse, not even the same brand. It was not a display item from the floor, it was brought from the staff only storage area directly to the front desk and was security locked. So either they are reselling returned items without even checking the quality or that it is the correct product, or the staff are doing some dodgy things.

Very bad customer service, staffs are showing rude behaviour if you want to return an item. First they will say we can’t take or process return for valid reason of returns too. I wouldn’t go this store anymore because I had 2 bad experience with this store so far. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to this store ! Better we can go to near by stores !

Trialled some printing for my wedding invitations and was helped by Shweta. She really went out of her way in her service and knowledge. Reviewing for special mention.

Came into Wentworthville store today, thanks to all the staff for the wonderful service, but a special mention to Adam. Evan though his shift had finished he provided me with advice and assisted me with my photos and processing them. Well done Adam, excellent customer service and patience. Kind regards Sue 🌷

I would like to thank Des for being very patient and helpful when assisting us with our printing request. Des was very attentive and polite and went above and beyond to help us with our needs. He was serving other customers at the same time to help with the queue and kept us informed along the way so that was very nice. Excellent employee!! We will definitely come back!

Went in to print some certificates i was ready and waiting with no customers waiting in line. Two women at the service counter were having a chit chat ignoring me as a customer. A third woman joins in on the conversation totally ignoring me also. When approached by one of the staff she told me to use self serve. I told her that she could print the docs for me. I asked for the docs to be laminated but she said “the machine is broken” i asked when it will be fixed she said “i don’t know” Zero customer service and won’t be back

Too many people trying to use self printing machines for too long. There should be time limit per person.

worst customer service experience , and the receptionist thinks you can't pay for it and asks you to stay at the self-service counter even though the printer was not working . and instead of helping or switching to the reception counter, advise you to stay there and pretend to call an IT guy who never came. They printed two of my documents instead of scanning them, do not even tell you that they got printed, and ask you, Do you want these or destroy them. if not destroyed never going to come back here, worst customer service

Zero customer service and rudest staff! Went in to print and waited in line as kiosk had signs saying out of order, to seek help at the counter. Staff member passed me and loudly told me that I could print things on my own, pointing to photocopier. When I responded that I need the photo kiosk she pushed passed me and inferred that I shouldn't read the sign and that the machine worked. After she pressed a few buttons she realised it didn't work! Rather than apologise for berating me in front of others, she told me to wait whilst someone called IT and walked off! Not happy!

had an amazing experience with Nisreen who helped me with print and copy , she was the most lovely employee. We had a nice conversation, as well as making sure I was happy with everything.

A little understaffed at times, though the Manager was helpful, encouraging me to buy a cheaper monitor, and advising that there isn't much difference between price points. Very rare to find someone suggest that you buy a cheaper product. Very frustrated that they don't allow you to try out headphones and have a no refunds/exchanges policy.

Messy, crowded, minimal staff

Incredible service by team member Des as he helped me select a mouse and keyboard for work. I was very confused on what to opt for but Des was experienced enough to explain the main differences and helping me select what I was after, especially during a busy time for them, running around serving multiple customers. Thanks a lot Des.

28.1.24 The manager was so concieted / rude / wanted to show he was the boss/ not listening. He didn't believe us when we said our printer was faulty. He keep implying there was no ink when there was. I told him multiple times that I tested it at home and the pictures and text came out distorted. I have never felt so mistreated. I felt like he though I was lying. Why would lie over a $40 computer. He ruined my great experience with office work the brand. He also said that HP is not a good brand . Then why office work is selling it.

Sorry but the service is always slow and the store always stinks like body odour please clean your air conditioning filters

I was assisted by Leena. She helped me find the products I was looking for and help me print off a few documents. She was phenomenal in customer service and made the experience so easy and stress free.

Bought hp desk ink as advised by customer representative there but when i opened it then figured out that’s not compatible, even though i checked 5 times with customer representative and he said it is compatible. while returning they declined saying it is not our fault.i mean i really don’t care about money it is about how you treat customers. Bad experience, will never will using this centre again.

The entire team is always so helpful. In particular, Alejandra, Lillie & Raph on this occasion, were exceptional. They worked together to successfully print a poster for me, that was by no means straightforward. It took some time to get it right, however they all showed such sincerity, patience and determination.

I asked the staff that I needed all the scans under 5MB but when went back to home, half of the scans were reaching 12MB. I would have really appreciated if that girl would have let me know if that’s possible for all the scans or not! Now I have to see how I have to reduce the MB for pdfs after paying $50-60. Pathetic! How careless the staff could be! Please be more focused.

I went to Officeworks Wentworthville on 19th Oct. I asked how to print photos from my phone, I was directed to the front of the shop, alas, I mistook the printers for the photo printers, I'd entered $20 into the printer. A pleasant female employee saw my distress and offered to help me, what a relief! She sorted out doenl9ading the photo for printing, printed it AND spoke to the Manager about refunding the money, I unintentionally added to the printer. The employees name is Margaret, she was calm, sensible and helpful, her attitude, approach and sk8ll changed my experience from a disaster to a delight, THANK YOU. John N

I went to photocopy some documents using the self service. Asked for help and the staff ignored me.

Just got some printing done today for my exam which is on Monday. They messed up most of the material took me 2 hours to sort out and most importantly they missed some of the modules. People don’t realise these things are important and should put effort to provide service because they paying for this. The lady on register did not put any efforts at all without thinking how important this for the customer who is paying you for this. Zero for service very bad attitude. Should train there staff to treat people nice and be attentive to what you are doing.

Always recommend this office work. Very professional and helpful.

Pre-ordered iPhone 15 Pro for click and collect on 22nd September 2023, but They changed the date to 25th September 2023. I don’t know the meaning of Pre-order here. They must have the stock by 21st September 2023 so we can collect it quickly from Store the next day. I Pre-order the Same iPhone 15 from JB Hifi and They already sent me the Click and Collect message on 21st September 2023 only. I prefer officeworks only for printing and other school stuff. But for Gadgets and others electronic stuff better go with the JB Hifi or any other platform. Very Disappointed with the service by Officeworks.

Came to Officeworks to print colourful paged documents. I used the self service printers which were fast and easy to use and documents were printed quickly. The shop seems to have a great amount of stock including pens, art supplies, laptops and so much more.

Excellent service from Jeenu who managed to get my print job ready within 24 hours instead of 4 days as listed on the website.

I had an incredibly positive experience with this Officeworks! Despite some website issues, their staff went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem in house. It was no easy feat, but Lillie, in particular, was a true superhero, saving my project. Their level of cooperation and dedication was truly remarkable. I highly recommend their outstanding customer service! After being a customer of Officeworks for more than 10 years I can easily say Officeworks Wentworthville is the best Officeworks!

OFFICEWORKS IS THE BEST

They do try their best to give good service untill you find one guy whinghing on everything

Staff needs to learn manners and be professional. Young boys who work there constantly refer to you as 'buddy'. The current condition of OfficeWorks is not as it used to be. Unlike their previous approach of assisting customers, they now seem to deflect issues and refuse to listen to customers' concerns, particularly those regarding post-purchase product issues with tech purchases.

Has everything you need. Good service.

Wasted 45mins to print only few pages.. they were trying to take all jobs at a time not one by one. .served 1 customer and left half job and served another customers.. and waited for bloody nothing..

I went to get lots of scans today and I was struggling with the self service scanner and I was running late for work , regardless of the busy environment the sales assistant (will ) took the scans for me and he was really calm and nice with the customers. I noticed a huge difference between customer service at castle hill (very lazy service )and here.

What a team I went in this evening to print there was a long line but the ladies helped customers do self print and got people throughout quickly and efficiently ... I even spotted a member of the staff call a person who had got in the wrong line .... fabulous team well impressed

***WORST OFFICE WORKS YOU CAN VISIT *** Extremely slow service, staff standing around chit chatting with each other while there’s a que of 20 people waiting, six staff members and only two serving while the rest are just getting paid to stand around.

Went in to get a large print done. While busy they were able to get it all done in a short time. Other locations couldn't offer the the job to be done in 24 to 48 hours. Great job to the individual that assisted me, she did a great job
