Club Berowra, is a great location for many events. Including raffles, bingo, concerts, shows and many more.

Club could do with a facelift, but absolutely pleasant and helpful staff with great club meals.

Amazing club with great food and amazing coeliac options too. My 7 year old is Coeliac and we were meeting friends from the central coast. The gluten free options were vast and my son was so happy. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My husband said one of the best steak he has had in a long time. Great play area downstairs for the kids. They even had GF beers for the adults too!

Good Club, very friendly staff. They change their food menu quite regularly which is nice, gives variety. They also often have meal deal nights, Schnitzel night, steak night etc which are really good value. They also offer a good range of Vegetarian options.

I ordered two of the kids meals at 6:41pm. I have waited until 7:31 pm until the food came out. The restaurant was not busy. They had a group of 8 that was already served and a couple. I asked a staff member at 7:02pm politely how much longer I would be waiting. The staff member said they will ask the kitchen and I never got an update. At 7:31pm Rebecca (a staff member) brought out the food. She apologised for the wait but did not realise it was 50 minutes until I told her. Initially she offered a bowl of chips as compensation. I spoke to Austin who upon negotiating I recieved a $10 (full) refund and a meal voucher for 1 which I was happy with. However the reason for the 2 star review is the inital compensation offer for the 50 minute long wait. Plus my pizza was chewy and dry. Not inedible but enough for me to be even more unhappy. I also had to go up to the counter to ask for ice cream and soft drinks as they were not given because they won't give a takeaway soft drink or ice cream. The ice cream is understandable however the soft drink is not. There should be a solution for that. If they are not going to include ice cream on takeaway it needs to be mentioned to customers and a discount provided or it needs to be included as it says specifically it comes with ice cream, soft drink and an activity book. Which I, and another customer did not recieve. Not affecting the review but it is important to note the carpet near the bar is sticky. (As it is with any venue that has carpet near a bar). There was dog poop outside near the entrance both on entry and exit, (which is not the venues fault). Plus tables from outside were not cleared the whole time I was in there. It is also understandable that they do not have a reception person as it is a smaller rsl. However, that would be appreciated.

Tried it for the first time last weekend, will be our last unfortunately. The place has some potential, problem is staff training. Some of them are friendly and polite, but they managed to make no fewer than 6 stuff ups with a simple lunch order and they have no idea how to communicate with customers or even between themselves around customers. While trying to sort out one of those errors, another staff member walked up and, completely ignoring me, started talking over the top of me, telling the staff member trying to help to go do something else. They’re obviously hiring bottom of the pile, providing zero training and maintaining absolutely no quality controls. The food, while good value for money, was burnt and not enjoyable. We ate and left as quickly as we could.

Tracey was very welcoming and friendly in everything she did! This was evident when we attended Mr. G.K.’s 70th birthday today, December 1, 2024. Thank you, Club Berowra, for the delicious food and for having such a wonderful employee like Tracey.

Visited after reading Facebook posts about the gluten free menu. Was not disappointed, most of the menu is gluten free or has a gluten free option. Fantastic for us ceoliac people! All the food in my photos is gluten free! The service was wonderful, staff very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, really tasty! We will be back for sure.

Today was Oktoberfest at Club Berowra and we performed our live music act for everyone. The team at the club were really friendly and helpful. Thank you for a delicious lunch too. We hope to be back again and maybe entertain a Saturday night party crowd for some dancing.

Have been a member now for over 20 years. Last Sunday, Could only find one snooker cue but no chalk. This Sunday, not one snooker cue and no chalk for two tables. It's simply not good enough for members. I'd like an explanation from management. I await your reply. . So over a month now with no reply. I see management reacts positively to positive comments but crickets when they receive negative feedback.

Recently had Club Berowra bistro provide catering for a luncheon to host birthday celebrations for my wife at home. We received a truly sensational roast meal with all the trimmings and salads that totally amazed all 50 guests. Well done and thankyou for such a great value, yummy hassle free catering experience. cheers Andrew

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delectable lamb and couscous dish.The presentation was inviting with vibrant colors from the fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked lamb slices. The lamb was tender and juicy with a slight char that added a delightful smokiness to each bite. It was seasoned well, complementing the natural flavors of the meat without overpowering them. The creamy sauce drizzled over the lamb provided a rich and tangy contrast, elevating the overall taste. The couscous was light and fluffy, mixed with finely chopped tomatoes and red onions adding a fresh and slightly crunchy texture. It paired wonderfully with the lamb creating a balanced and satisfying meal. The broccolini on the side was steamed to perfection maintaining its bright green color and crispness adding a healthy element to the dish. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone looking for a hearty and flavorful.

Not only did we have our engagement party here in early March, we also eat here for their FANTASTICAL GLUTEN FREE options! We are so thankful for the new menu revamp and love the effort that has gone into the RSL. We 10000% recommend.

Food is amazing great little hidden gem.

Must have arrived at a very busy time. Very long wait for the What’s for dinner? To appear and entree was brought out at the same time as mains. The food was fantastic with very generous portions except for the burger which was dry and could do without the aioli sauce. Wait staff were absolutely fantastic considering he was short staffed and run off his feet. Would definitely go again but during a quieter period.

So sad to see the menu of the bistro change in Feb 2024. There was a unique dish of buffalo chicken thighs that i craved. Excellent protein source with a touch of spice that made me come back week after week. No longer there .. so disappointing. Also removed the fresh options of Oysters ! SIgh However the staff are EXCELLENT . thank you guys.

First time there - and first thing I noticed when we walked in - the screaming of kids on inflatable jumping castle located in the dining room. Other patrons seems unimpressed with relentless running and yelling children as well. No wonder there weren't many patrons. Number of kids was about half of number of adults, which left me wondering if locals drop their kiddos off to the club to play while they go shopping or something? We came there for a family dinner, so had to stick around. After about one hour all kids were gone and so was the headache. Food was good but too salty. When we were leaving we realised there's another dining room downstairs. Would be great if staff could have told us ( and other people who were suffering from kid's noise) that we had a screaming free option. Will be in no hurry to come back.

The updated menu is great, and the quality of the food is so good. I was so happy to taste fresh beetroot on the burger.

I used to be a member, but got sick of the screaming kids running around in the dining area and parents with no care, no sense of responsibility and the staff doing nothing about it. They need a separate space for dining with children. Maybe the median strip on the old highway.

$27 for a takeaway vegetarian nachos. Not exactly gourmet for what you pay.

Best service, kind and friendly. Had nice cold beers after a bushwalk. Didn't get to try the food, maybe next time!

Dropped in for dinner. It doesn't jump out at you so you will need to look for it, but worth it when you do. Service was great, and the food was what I expected.

I was at the rsl for a function. The food was tasty although the sandwiches were stale. Friendly helpful staff.

We finished work earlier than normal so we decided to have dinner at the Club. I had the Angus Burger special while the missus had the Salt & Pepper Squid. The meals were terrific and great value for money. We'll try to have meals at Club Berowra more often now.

Today we experienced the best day ever, when all our family met up at the club, I must commend the staff for their help and assistance in making it so great. Complements to the chef for the best chilli pasta I have ever had. My thanks and appreciation. John Emmett

Food is not the best steak was woeful not weight said more like 100 g not 200 not something you should pay $20 dollars for let alone $29 .😳

My Wife and I are not locals.. yet.. we came to the area to have a look around and decided to stop for lunch. The team was very friendly throughout the whole experience and offered attention and colouring books to our daughter. The food came out rather quickly after ordering with generous portion sizes. The chips had a delicious seasoning and were cooked to perfection. My Dianne gravy was and yes this is capitals LITERALLY THE BEST DIANNE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. My wife got the Nachos, they were very well dressed also. Did not disappoint, would recommend.

I ordered baked Barramundi with beans and mashed potatoes. Despite the $28 pricetag, I got half a Barramundi, a few beans and even less mash. A little on the stingy side I'd say! Or do we blame the Russians for it? 😉🤔

Fantastic club to go to, had an excellent lunch and an very enjoyable experience. The food was superb and very affordable, large meal sizes and the biggest and best veggie burger I've ever had. Very friendly, helpful staff and a great variety of food and drinks. Exceptional coffee also that topped a brilliant afternoon. Would highly recommend Club Berowra any time and look forward to returning.

My husband and l went there for dinner last week on our way home from Sydney. The meals were beautiful, and the staff were exeptional, very friendly and efficient. Will definitely go back.

The restaurant at Club Berowra never disappoints- great staff great chef and the food is hearty and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend every dish on the menu - great for a family get together or a catch up with friends. The menu is extensive enough to offer a great choice for the fussiest of kids /teenagers with the chef always more than happy to tweak the menu to suit their palate. Well done Tim and staff, always an enjoyable and fun night out.

Lovely receptionist, was made feel very welcome and the offer to store our baggage was greatly appreciated. We had a meal consisting of 3 entrees and one main. It was all served in good time, they were all hot and fresh. They were all very tasty and well received. We look forward to going back.

Club Berowa was where I celebrated my 80 th birthday with my Family on 16th November 16 of us. The staff get 5* However food 2 stars but the chips were beautiful. Thanks Peter and Robyn Frazer

We had a great night on Saturday night. The food is delicious and great prices. The kids entertainment is fantastic. We were served by Tysha and she was fantastic, very personable, friendly, professional and knew the meals and menu well. She was also great with our 3 year old. She made sure we were well looked after. A big thumbs up to Club Berowra and the team

We went to Club Berowra because we were shocked at the price of a simple lunch at a rather dilapidated cafe ( that called itself a restaurant) beside Berowra ferry warf...over $100 per couple not including drinks !! The staff at the Club Berowra were exemplary. Friendly , funny and professional. The food was way above the standard of usual bar food. We sat outside on the balcony and enjoyed an atmosphere not unlike any other good restaurant in Sydney. And for two huge meals with salad and two schooners of beer they charged $56. We almost felt guilty 😉😄I hope they get to read this. They deserve to.

This friendly neighbourhood club (formerly known as the Berowra RSL club) is becoming a popular casual dining destination since their new chef Tim Droder took the helm. The menu is now simplified but there’s something to suit all tastes and most importantly, it’s all done really well.

Steak was well cooked and the bread and butter pudding, although a bit small, was delicious.

Enjoyed a delicious rump steak, mash potato and fresh vegetables. Cooked to perfection.

Actually...........it was a surprisingly pleasant experience, good food, warm, friendly and very helpful staff, we'll be going again.

A fantastic experience for the whole family. The venue, the staff and patrons make Club Berowra well worth a visit.

Food was terrible. Sorry to say. I know they struggle to stay open, but how hard is to cook a eatable fish&chips? The prices are a rip off too.

Not going back. Tryed Twice. The steak was like a boot first time, I sent it back and was refunded. Second time I asked for a rare steak, it came out well done. I'm done.
