I was really disappointed with the service. I ordered a tap beer, but it had run out at that moment. The waitress had already poured some beer into the glass and informed me that I would need to wait a few minutes while they refilled it. In the meantime, I asked if I could have a different beer instead. However, she completely denied that she had already poured about half a glass. This is not the first bar I’ve been to, and in other places, I’ve seen staff even discard a full glass of beer to ensure customer satisfaction. Good customer service should always be a priority

Playing pool the other day and even though I was winning and had coins over the table to play another game the security asked me to leave and preferred an islander/ african group to play over me because I was of nepalese background. felt a bit racially discriminated and then was asked to leave even though I only had a beer all night. The place is too racist and I would advice everyone to avoid it unless you’re an islander!!

Just for a recommendation - install a jukebox. Or play music if anyone doesn't want to watch the footie. F.Y.I - they don't sell non-alcoholic beers.

Beer on tap here is great. Best tasting Carlton Draught I've had in awhile. Staff were friendly as well.

The girl and the security guard working last are more arrogant than they should be, map has opening hour 4am so half n hour early closed could be understanding but their small sorry to close early would be more simple and nice rather than laughing for a complaint . I could give minus star I would give -10 star 💫

Worst security guard with no protection I went to him complaining some guys were saying and touching us in a bad way and he was like chill its ok and how can he say that I went saying we want help and stuff but he ignored this is fun but still not safe we went to enjoy not to feel uncomfortable and unprotected change the guard the owner tf

10/10 The crown jewel of Granville, and a catch for the locals. Heaps of room and comfort to enjoy. Don't miss checking out the outdoor area. It is pretty unmissable.

The security guards decided that it'll be a funny idea to lean on my vehicle while I was picking up food. I was thinking of heading in there one night to see what it was like, but if the security guards are as rude as they were leaning on a car like they own it - why on this earth would I want to attend a place that hires people like that.

There is a fat Nepali girl who doesn’t know how to talk with customers in the pokies room. When she saw me winning she demands for money, and when I say no she keeps insisting. Please be mindful.

Staff were lovely (especially Judy) and engaged with the kids. Food was nice and well priced. The kids loved the complimentary prawn crackers and fortune cookies. I also loved that they catered for GF and DF. The only thing that would be better would be some air con. The poor staff were sweltering on a 38 degree day.

The New Chinese bistro is A+ best in Sydney first class service and quality produce used compliments to the CHEF and staff amazing food can't wait to go back.

Today had a lunch special. Your good old snitty & chips for $20. Lets just say we left on a satisfied full stomach. We weren't expecting the amount on the plate thats for sure. Snitty was perfect and so were the chips & salad was more than enough. Best I've had in a long time. Definitely see us again. Thank you

As far as a suburban pub goes, it's fine, staff are friendly. Bistro options needs working on, more vegan options. Will watch the menu online & return if that changes.
