We booked in at late notice for emergency accommodation and the staff were fantastic! We were towing a trailer and the staff were accommodating and gave us the VIP park to keep our possessions safe. The locals were lovely and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

My in laws reside in Chester hill and this is my go to hotel. Located in town close to all the restaurants and the shopping mall. Mick the manager is the best . Bed is comfortable . We always enjoy our stay here

Clean and big room. Friendly staff. Free parking at the back of hotel. Public transportation is a short walk away.

Booked two nights in the NCS Studio Queen. The room stunk of cleaning products to the point we got headaches. When we asked the staff if the windows could be opened for ventilation, and we were met with a rude and abrupt no by an employee who spent most of her time leaning on the bar. The manager however was very kind, and seemingly the only competent employee there. She offered us a full refund when we reported the smell. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to secure a room at a nearby hotel that night so we decided to just stick it out. I booked this stay after reading other reviews here stating how clean the rooms were. Our experience was completely opposite. All flat surfaces were dirty, the bathroom sink had cigarette butts stuffed in the drain, and the shower had mould growing in the grout and silicone. It’s almost impressive how the cleaners were able to use so much product without so much as accidentally cleaning something. Truly a marvel. The smell was slightly better the next night after we kept the bathroom fan (the only source of ventilation) on all night and day. Overall this was easily the worst hotel we’ve stayed at, and not worth the money. If it was cheaper the cleanliness could have been excused.

I had to stay in the area overnight for a funeral the next morning. Location, cleanliness, facilities, size all met my expectations. A huge choice of places for dinner and breakfast right outside, as well as the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly upon our arrival. The bed was so comfortable I wish I could bring it home with me! I noticed everyone complains about the noise, which is something the hotel cannot fix, although the complimentary ear plugs were comfortable, and I didn't hear a thing with them in. The TV provides all the streaming services but doesn't have a standard antenna so you can't watch free to air TV. Just log yourself in but remember to log off! Yes, we found the bathroom tap to leak when on, the vanity sink was very shallow, and the toilet seat hinge was broken but they didn't impact our stay at all and at least the rooms look modern! Complimentary drink on arrival, complimentary bottled water, room coffee, shampoos etc. are all included. I think some people are just a little too precious. I personally think the contractor sold inferior fitting when last renovated and the cost to replace them all would be significant. It all looks nice but functionally not perfect. I've stayed in many hotels in my working life and the Chester Hill hotel beats most of them.

Efficient and Easy

Very nice and well located hotel

Stayed one night. Location is perfect for trains to Olympic Park or into the City; hotel was easy to drive to from out of town, with safe public parking at rear. Customer service was faultless as was our double room. Icing on the cake was the great value for money for the room. Will definitely choose Nightcap Chester Hill again. Thank you, Mick and staff!

Undoubtedly, one of the finest hotels in Sydney. Rooms are very clean and the service is best experienced so far. Shout out to the entire team specially Mr. Tien, his service is the best and is so welcoming feels like visiting them time and again. This was our second time in the hotel and couldn’t be more comfortable. Thanks to you all for being so humble and generous ☺️ will visit soon again

We only stayed one night but the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the room was pretty basic but very clean, my only problem was that the shower was an overhead one and I don’t wash my hair every day, apart from that we had a very comfortable stay.

surprisingly its 1 of the best. but pocket friendly cheap around Fairfield-Liverpool area. Rooms comes with 1x Queen and 1x Single beds and youre own Bathroom/toilet and accessible just accross Chester hill station and foods omg its everywhere from manoush to thai to el jannah to share tea or gong cha and the pub comes handy if you wanna spend money playing pkoies or grab a beer or wine oh it also has a little vietnamese restaurant that serves yumcha for lunch or dinner plenty in the menu.. My stay for 5 days it mire than worth it😁👌

Is a genuine 5 minute walk from Chester Hill Station! Not a Real Estate 5 minute walk if you run at full speed, but a genuine 5 minute walk! Same to nearby Woolworths. Plenty of places to eat close by. Room is incredible value for money! Bed wonderfully comfortable. Towels fluffy. Bottled water supplied with tea, coffee, and chocolates. Staff exceptionally friendly and capable - big shout out to Mick, thankyou for the laughs! The breakfast box available from the bar, I found out about on the third day, is wonderfully filling. Loved my stay there and heartily recommend the place. There is a flight of stairs to get to the rooms, so not for a person who might struggle to negotiate them.

Just comepleted a stay here. Nothing at all the complain about. My room was modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, helpful and provided me with amazing service. The venue manager was outstanding in the help and service he provided for me during my stay, even carrying my bag up the stairs for me. Would stay again

pretty good, room was tidy, did pay for the cheaper too so can't expect it to be a 5 star experience, service was good and staff were friendly, location being next to train station is convenient but chesterhill as an area isn't amazing but someone's gotta do it 😅

This is a neighborhood hotel that offers basic amenities. I enjoy the spacious room and the nearby eateries and shopping centers. The staff is in general very helpful. If you have heavy luggages, you will definitely need help in climbing the staircase.

Good place to stay for night. Parking is easily available and public transport is easily accessible. Place is nice and offers a lot of luxury in little price

For the price it's pretty good. If you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs as you are aside a main road . Staff are super friendly . Hotel is clean Prices good Rooms clean and well presented Just be warned there are stairs , the reason I mention this is I have a bad knee and tend to avoid stairs how ever I'll definitely be back next time I need to come to Sydney 10/10 Ps thanks for putting on the AFL in NRL territory 🤣🥰

Good budget hotel for a night or two

Great Location and friendly staff. Would stay again. Excellent customer service. Staff were friendly. Location is fantastic Only minor is Toilet seat broken. It is moving a bit. There is also little bit of dirt in the corner of the shower room. Other than everything else is good. Good value for money

Friendly helpful check in staff, received 2 x drink vouchers! Room was very clean, modern and comfortable with a large tv that had YouTube and Netflix, loved the convenience of having bar/gaming and restaurant downstairs. Great place to stay for a quick stop over!!

Great customer service at the pub downstairs which is also belonging to nightcap at chesterhill. Nice and clean room with attached bathroom. They provided us a free drink for their birthday. Happy stay😊 will come back again

When you book a hotel more than a week. Hotel staff may forget that you are still staying. They may barged in at 4am without knocking but they were more scared than me about someone inside the room so in a way it sums out. Overall nice tidy space. Thank you Nightcap
