Bing Lee Old Guildford

I picked up online purchase at their Old Guildford branch. I would say the staff are very good at providing assistance. The store warehouse is very accommodating and polite. It only took me at least 15 minutes to get my order. Good job👍 keep it up.

I had a fantastic experience with Stella at Bing Lee Mount Druitt and Jayden at Bing Lee Old Guildford. After my product required warranty work, Stella went above and beyond to ensure a hassle-free process. She arranged for me to drop off the faulty product at the Old Guildford store, closer to my workplace. At Old Guildford, Jayden was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. I even purchased a replacement product from them. Both Stella and Jayden exceeded my expectations—exceptional customer service! Kudos to the Lee family for employing such outstanding staff. Highly recommend!

The best service in a long time Could not nock them. Got my parcel. That I needed before Christmas. Only problem had to go to Gilford to pick up. I'm in Wollongong . Not there fault. No stock in NSW.

Recently purchased tv, and it was faulty! The customer service has been appalling and nobody is prepared to take responsibility, bing lee have dropped the ball, and will never shop here again! I have a young family over the holiday period, and the kids are upset…very sad bing lee!!!

I went to get my microwave fixed under warranty. At first, they sent it for assessment. Then they told me it could not be repaired. When I asked for the microwave back, all of a sudden they charged us an $88 assessment fee which they did not mention upfront. I would not have sent my microwave for an assessment if I knew I had to pay $88 when they aren't even going to try and fix it. This was very unprofessional on Bing Lee's side.

I do not recommend using Bing Lee Old Guildford’s online delivery service. I ordered a washing machine online, and the delivery process was poorly management and the communication from their team (manager) was inadequate.

Bad customer service and the staff so rude

Been there today, looking for vacuum and mobbing machines. After we choose the one we want, ask staff for payment. Before we pay just wanted have look how big box is so can fit in our car. Got answer from staff shocked me.......you can pay now and have products in 3 weeks time because they don't carry stocks in .......wtf. if you don't have stocks why got on display and on website is this how doing in retailers business now day.....rubbish

Don’t recommend this store extremely rude staff , I called to ask about apple air pods lady picked up the phone so rude I didn’t know what policy they have with Apple , would have paid extra if she was nice about it as they are retail at jb hi for $199 and you are selling for $219 but the rude lady pick up the phone on Saturday afternoon I will never shop with u guys again been shopping there since I moved into the area 15 years ago , I went to office works and got them for retail of $199 staff at this store binglee store need to be more friendly not always grumpy.

The stuffs are very friendly.. It's very easy to find the products that you are looking for.. they have a good variety of products.. the pricing is good..

Do not ever use their in house delivery team. Very rude and unprofessional. Wake you up in the early morning and force you to collect parcel. When you rushed to the location, they just left. Then they can charge you twice for arranging another delivery. By ambushing you and coming at whenever they like, they can make sure you missed every time. So they can charge you again and again and again. This is how they make money. Auspost is definitely a better option. Maybe slower, but their postmen are so much nicer than Bing Lee.

Great prices as well with multiple ways to pay.

I brought a refrigerator from there. They try to deliver at 6:30-730 on weekends. Nobody informed us on the store that whats the timings of the delivery and that day we missed the delivery and then on a phone call they said come to the store and pick up the refrigerator we will return the delivery charges and you can pick up from Guilford store . I hired a truck and went there but then they said they had miscommunication they can’t give us the refrigerator. Then they explained us that thay gonna fix everything and resend the fridge on Monday and then delivery driver call us on Monday that we can’t deliver today because the product is damaged. Very poor service there is no space for professionalism. Staff was so rude and disrespectful. 👎 if i have option for zero star i go for that.

Bing Lee should focus on their delivery drivers too when delivering, very rude and screaming when they couldn’t get my fridge in through the door and keep saying we have other deliveries, I paid for them to deliver it it wasn’t free,

Was served by Simon who was rude, pushy, and grabbed my father in laws hand and made him tap his card on the screen when making a sale which I found extremely offensive. He also didn't know anything about the promotions and was rude to me personally by walking away from me and shaking his head as I was speaking. If you go, make sure to ask for Terry instead.

The seller who looks like one of the owning family was with a very gloomy face and so rigid in dealing with us. He wouldn't gladly show us the products and he would only offer $7 discount. He dealt with us as if we were beggars, while they still owe me $50 since two years now and they just ignored it. I would also add that this company does not honour its word! In 2021 I purchased a TV from them, and the delivery was delayed due COVID, so they offered on 04 January 2021 a $40 delivery fee paid, but they never refunded me even though I wrote several times to them!!!Honestly, it is so shameful and abnormal that a company like Bing Lee which claims to be a big and a well known company is so stingy to honour its word and refund the $40 they offered !!!!! Even the smallest retail shop or online seller would not behave like this!!! Honestly shame on you Bing Lee.

I have come here a couple of times for my home appliances, and the service was good. Unfortunately, I was treated badly on the 3rd of June by the ordering staff. At first, my intention was to look for a few appliances for my new places. I had already spoken to the staff that I need time to go through all the products. However, I was forced to make a purchase for one of the appliances as if I was going to run away without making the payment. Once, I told the sales assistant that I needed some time by saying I might have to have a different store the search, her reply was OKAY! BYE BYE!" as if she wanted to kick me out ASAP"

We have just taken delivery of a new fridge & Bing Lee are FANTASTIC !!!! THEY WERE THE ONLY business to answer their CHAT line. They were informative & helpful. Payment was easy. We were advised a few days earlier on delivery timetable ETA and prompted again yesterday which became a 3 hr window, which is doable as other companies havent even turned up. The delivery men gave us a final prompt of 10 mins abt midway of the 3 hr timing. They delivery men were BRILLIANT 🤩🤩. Managing our house was challenging, to say the least, they were professional, experienced, efficient & careful. Cannot speak highly enough of them. They removed our old fridge (free) & packaging. Advised not to start new fridge for 3 hrs. All in all 👍👍👍👍👍👍

What happened, the prices have gone through the roof

Disastrous service from the LG CARE TEAM. My fridge has died about 5 days ago, and we are struggling without a fridge all that time, even though we are currently fasting the holy month of ramadan. THE MANAGER RIC IS DOING EVERYTHING HE CAN TO HELP ME TO GET A REPLACEMENT FOR MY DEAD LG FRIDGE BUT THE LG TEAM IS STILL NOT COOPERATIVE. I STILL HAVE NO FRIDGE AFTER WAITING FOR 5 DAYS. WE GAVE THEM ALL THE PAPERS THEY ASKED FOR, AND THEY ARE STILL RELUCTANT TO DELIVER A NEW FRIDGE FOR ME. IF I DON'T GET A REPLACEMENT TODAY, THEY ARE Leaving me no choice but to go to fair trading.....

Went in to get a Ninja and upgraded to one with more attachments because they could price match with a competitors price. So I stayed within my budget and got more than I had planned to. I was assisted by Clint who was very knowledgeable. He also helped me we an air fry which I intend to buy next. Clint placed the item in my car despite the pouring rain! What a champ. So glad I went to BingLee first. Where else would I have an employee carry a large box to my car. It’s personal touches like this which make the difference. Went in today and was served by Terry and it was the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He was extremely helpful and even helped us carry our purchases to the car!! 10/10 service and they really care about their customers.

To Management at Bing Lee, I received excellent customer service by your young male assistant Jovan J. at Bing Lee Old Guildford. I walked into the clearance outlet with a friend today looking for a medium sized fridge. I decided on the LG 315L model. Jovan was friendly, helpful and efficient. I asked for an egg tray and he went looking for one making sure I got one. Most importantly he had a welcoming beaming smile and made the transaction seamless. Jovan is a rare gem that should be acknowledged for his hard work and passion. Thank you Jovan, I am excited about the delivery of my new fridge :)

Such poor customer service. A couple of times I’ve visited i had been ignored by unoccupied sales assistants. I’ve made eye contact and stood by items I’d like to buy, only to be of ignored and have the shoppers arriving after me taken care of first.
