Great Bistro , nice atmosphere.That was a few years ago, to expensive now

Blake was absolutely amazing very professional and helpful, Very impressed with his professionalism and how helpful he was when I visited the club, the gentleman at the reception was also very helpful.

Good food, cold beer, and a quiet place to have lunch with your friends. Recommended.

We were at the buffet on November 20th 2024 having been several times over the past years, even pre Covid. 😬 This time though I got food poisoning, I'd always suspected the food quality was questionable. 🤔 I believe it was due to the pre peeled prawns which were very watery & tasteless. ☹️ Three of us attended & the other two were both okay but they didn't eat the prawns. I'm not about to make a complaint but honestly be cautious of some items. 😒

All gaming machines are set to 85% - the state minimum in NSW. Shame. It used to be a decent venue until management (who is supposed to be acting in members best interest) decided to rid the joint of any fair paying machines. Best avoided unless you want a meal for the few hours a day the bistro is open. 👍

Great greens. Located in a nice spot. Bistro is good. Reasonable bar prices. Overall, a pretty good club.

First time visitor. Good food and really great staff - friendly and so helpful. Management, I was there on 14th July for a lunchtime function. The bistro and door staff were amazing.

Great food and service.Catchup with friends most days.Parking is adequate.Everything a small suburban club should be.Quiet these days due to economy.But dont worry ,Albo will fix the economy and the golden age will return!New tables and chairs look great.Staff wear b/w uniform shirts that were trendy in Alcatraz many years ago.Now restaurant has new staff.Service is exemplary,food was on the table in a short time.Fried fish seemed dry but was ok. Sauces are tangy.Amazing picture on wall of Venezia and the street of death.Has 3d effect on eyes.

Had dinner here 5/1/24 they have new bistro lessees. The food tonight was awful, lamb was supposed to be a grilled dish but was 4 fatty tough overcooked fried forequarter chops. The chicken was so overcooked and tough you couldn’t cut it. The food (and Asian) has always been great here but the new lessees are not in the game. The venue was quiet but still took an hour. If the food is not good no one will come. We love our club a member for 50 years. Don’t kill it on us with bad food.

We had a lovely night dancing to Midnight Drifters, a rock n roll band. The food is pretty good, they make a mean pizza! and the service is quite friendly.

Clean and quiet space with a pleasant outlook across the bowling greens and beyond. Staff are friendly and relaxed. The food menu has a good selection offering club staples and Asian favourites. The beer selection though is very basic with no craft beer on tap or in bottles.

I would like the pasta meals too come back I went there too have spaghetti and so did my other family and steak meals and more for the kids and the fish basket I was so disappointed if you want more customers bring these meals back and maybe roast dishes and roast dishes

Guildford Bowling Club is part of Merrylands Bowling Club. There is wheelchair access via a ramp. Membership is $10 paid annually. Staff are friendly. The Bistro is OK serving Asian and Western food, prices start at $18. I like being able to look out over the greens to the Parramatta skyline.

Absolutely pathetic staff! A girl was having an asthma attack outside and when the operator for emergency contacts ordered us to get a defibrillator, they refused to provide it to us and were really rude about it. Apparently it’s against their policy but what happened To humanity? The ambulance operator told us to get it from them but nope pride over anything even over a human life! Disgusting.

Haven't been here for years. Merrylands Bowling Club now own it,but it's still called Guildford Bowling Club. The food , ambience, staff, decore......simply everything ..is absolutely 100% 10/10. I was very impressed. Very friendly club , but I must pay gratitude to the staff in the kitchen and on the counter. I will be back on a regular basis....and I am not a local. I live about 30-45 minutes away.

They wanted to see my covid cert... i thought we were done with it after the restrictions were over. I handed in my membership card over because they are a bunch of( fill in the blanks) on the board. This is discrimination!!! This is un-Australian
