Bought a PC around a year ago and recently the graphics card started making loud noises so i sent it back to Nebula... while it took some time to get it sorted (2 months) i did get a nicer upgrade in the end and my pc now runs better than before. Pretty happy in the end 😀

Ty Nebula PC. I recently purchased a pre-built PC from Nebula PC and overall, I do recommend them. Their customer support was outstanding (thank you Carl). They even provided me with a free GPU and case upgrade, which I'm very grateful of. The build and shipping time were also excellent, far exceeding my expectations. However, I was disappointed to find that a piece of plastic was stuck between the CPU and the cooler when the PC arrived. Considering the amount of money I spent, I expected a higher level of attention to detail and greater level of care. This also made me question whether the system was properly stress-tested before shipping. The attached pictures show the plastic, the thermal paste attached to it from being between the CPU and cooler, and artifact on the CPU/thermal paste from where the plastic piece was. Despite this issue, the overall experience was positive, and I truly appreciate the great service Nebula PC provided. If not for the assembly oversight, this would have been an easy 5 star review.

Everything was packaged well and my goods were received without any equipment damage or performance issues. Secondly, as I was chasing an MSI promotion end date, Nebula and it's team did a great job to expedite the delivery information to me personally, so that I could redeem the MSI promotion and ensure the cut-off was made. Lawrence and the MSI team even upgraded my CPU cooling system as the part on the original promotion was not available, and did so to ensure I could redeem the MSI promotion. Lastly, the service and support I got from Lawrence and his team were great! Value for Money: With the discount code applied, the pricing was incredible. In fact, it’s probably cheaper to buy a PC here than to custom-build one with the same specifications. The value you get for the price is truly unmatched. Performance: The PC’s performance has been excellent so far. It handles games effortlessly, running them at the desirable FPS without any issues. Delivery Time: The only downside to my experience was the delivery time. It took longer than expected—over 20 business days, which is essentially a month. First time buying a Prebuilt gaming pc (Ryzen 5 7500f RTX 4060) and it was a really good experience. The website was easy to navigate and very transparent with what components they've used in their prebuilds, so you actually know what you're getting. The PC was shipped within timeframe, and the packaging was very well done, using Air pillows to secure the internals of the PC and polystyrene foam on the outside of the case. Their prices are competitive, especially on a discount, and build quality is impressive, really liked the neat cable management. The performance was what I've expected, very smooth gaming experience and really good pc temperatures, so it's perfect for a budget 1080p gaming machine or for any light gaming users. Totally worth the price and trustworthy company. Highly recommended!

Extremely Poor communication since I've ordered the pc once it's arrived a week after they said multiple times when it would arrive went into pc everything was fine loaded up games and ran them loaded up different titles had to put them game to extreamly low setting GPU clock was capped at 405MHz no averaged out at 15-20FPS just a awful experience extremely poor experience with the company

I drove down to pick up the PC from their place at Canterbury road in person. Very friendly bloke who I spoke with over email handed me the PC and you could see they have a relatively small and hardworking team. Amazing quality for the cost. Although I didn't have it shipped, their packaging was excellent so I wouldn't worry about shipping damage. Even gave me the GPU packaging that I thought to ask for last minute in case I want to sell and upgrade the GPU in the future, although I don't know if that would be possible to get outside of pickup. The system had all the drivers installed with benchmarking and testing software installed and pre-run. Highly recommend this place. Thanks you guys for the PC!

Honestly not the best experience, bought the PC online, had a number of issues including lack of hardware, lack of PC fans and cooling, had overheating issues and the case in general was to small. Didn't really get any help on the issue, no offer to have it returned, replaced or fixed. Overall a pretty bad experience, I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from them online.

Very nicely built with excellent cable management. I did need to enable XMP in the BIOS. This was something I thought they'd do considering they go to the trouble of performing benchmarks on the PC

True they may not have all the cheapest parts, but overall when a whole PC is assembles, I'm still satisfied with the price paid. Communications: Nebula's team have been do respond quickly to any queries that before and durine the purchase of my PC. My request as addressed adequately to my satisfaction. Build time: My PC was build within the specified time as advertised on Nebula PC's website. No complaint here. Shipping: Shipping time was a little misleading as I received notification that the PC was despatched at the end of day, but actual item was collected by the shipping company the next day. Not a fault of Nebula PC or shipping company, but perhaps the notification could have been clearer to indicate the item hasn't really been picked up. However, once the item was picked up to the delivery, it was well within the specified time mentioned by Nebula PC. Overall, happy with my purchase and would recommend to check out Nebula PC.

Bought a 4070ti super build. Works like a dream. AM5 chips by design run hot so I decided after using it for a few days that I wanted to upgrade the case to a bigger case (at my cost) for more airflow (not actually needed, just a choice) and for any further additions I wanted to add later. Organised a drop off and had it ready to pick up within an hour. Met the team that was working, friendly with good banter, I got there as they were unloading boxes from trucks, so between that and building the pcs, they deserve a little patience in between comms. Lawrence acknowledged the trip I made over (ubered), and did more checks like cpu temps under max load to check the impact the new case and extra fans had. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable bunch. Would recommend.

I was a bit of an annoying customer with lots of questions and requesting changes after ordering, and then not proceeding with them. I was always answered swiftly and politely. The packaging was about as good as it could possibly be. Really sturdy box with warning stickers all over and no damage at all. Inside it was tighly packed with nothing able to move. The Rig itself is amazing value for money and it was a joy having a new machine that just booted up ready to go after years of building my own. The cable managment is top notch and i wouldn't hesitate to use Nebula again for my next rig.

Ohh man, another 5 star review! So; The PC was more affordable than anywhere else I could find. It was fun and easy to customise it on their webpage, with clear pricing all the way. It came within the window they provided for assembly and delivery was next day, with updates along the way. It looks amazing, far better that I would have thought, it's pretty, sleek and very tidy. It runs like a dream as well. I have received plenty of correspondence afterwards, I do feel that if there had been an issue they would have help resolve it, but their wasnt so I can't really comment on that. Flawless.
