We held our twins’ 21st birthday party last night, out in the alcove. From the moment we met the wonderful Abbey, we knew we were in safe hands. All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The planning itself was made very easy, and the event ran seamlessly. The ambience was beautiful and relaxed. Abbey herself was on hand throughout the evening without being intrusive at all. Would not hesitate to hold future gatherings or to recommend you to anyone. Thank you so much

We made a booking for a 90th birthday lunch with family and requested the function room with a single long table. Made a follow up call a week out to confirm booking. Arrived for lunch only to be told we have been moved from the function room to 2 separate tables. We were a party of 14 and one table sat 10 so 4 family members would have to sit alone. After speaking with Abbey we finally and reluctantly got 2 small tables added to one long table. We didn't appreciate the attitude, the lack of communication about being kicked out of the requested and booked function room and to top it off the food was ordinary. Don't order the squid.

Have dined frequently at the Paradise Hotel over the past two years. Staff always outstanding and food generally very good, with a good salad/hot veggie bar (please bring seafood back). There is also a lounge-room off the main bistro which is a good feature - it would be nice to have a television mounted in this area. This is for those of us who prefer to wait outside the Pokies while our other party members play.

Horrible horrible food. Salt and Pepper squid tasted all sorts of wrong. Schnitzel had no taste, no seasoning and hadn't been crumbed to the point it fell off as soon as you touched it. The chips were cold and not seasoned. Every salad we tasted at the salad bar had no dressing/flavour It was an utter disappointment. We have had average meals at Paradise Hotel before but this was beyond a joke! Hands down worst pub we have EVER eaten at! 1 star was selected as 0 or below wasn't available!

First time visiting the Paradise Hotel for Lunch - The Customer service was amazing, our waitress was super helpful and friendly, and the Kangaroo Steak was cooked to perfection😍 Delicious & Flavourful - nom nom 🤤 Great Pub, modern facilities and friendly, easy going atmosphere

If you like steaks cooked properly...don't go here. If you like hot crunchy chips....don't go here. If you like very average food and bad attitude from a young blonde waiter go for it. Steak was very rare when asked for medium and the cook on it looked like it had been cooked from frozen....not just mine but the 2 other steaks on the table as well.

Xmas all you can eat buffet. Considering the many people eating and drinking there on Christmas Day, it was superbly organised and managed. Excellent food selection- hot and cold. The desserts were yummy and morish.Service staff to be commended as all were friendly and polite. My 2 niggles - where we were seated only had overhead ceiling fans and it was terribly warm and uncomfortable, and at nearly $180/head, I think the coffee should have been free, and included in the price.

The restaurant was awesome and has kids eat for free Monday & Tuesday. Has a kids movie room. Very nice staff. Wonderful salad bar and very spacious.

Well, been here before on few occasions and was not impressed. But since the facelift this place is going to be our regular. An amazing salad and vege bar look I wasn't too happy with my steak I never usually order steak and it was over medium but I'm fussy and I should have stuck to the rest of the menu. My daughter was being the usual hyperactive toddler and wouldn't settle down so one of the girls that work there came out with a high chair and some colour in books and sat with her for a couple of minutes and was absolutely lovely. Thank you so much if I had some cash on me I would have left you a tip.

Worst Christmas lunch we’ve ever had! We paid $40 each for a Christmas Roast turkey, but the veggies in the veggie bar were boiled Brussel sprouts (tasteless), boiled potato, sauerkraut, boiled green beans, uncooked cauliflower gratin. The turkey was processed and flavourless and there was a packet Yorkshire pudding. Dessert was Christmas Pudding, more like a tiny saltana cupcake with a little drizzle of custard. And to top it all off, no one greeted our group of 18 and we were sat near the front automatic opening doors where the air conditioner didn’t work. We all sat there fanning ourselves in 36 degree heat! Not good enough Paradise Hotel! Our Christmas celebration was such a disappointment!

We live locally and were going to have Christmas dinner with friends here but have cancelled due to a dinner experience that left us very disappointed. |Rude service, poor food at an inflated price. Salad and vegetable bar were dismal. Cauliflower cheese was watery and tasted strange. Other veggies were frozen mix and under seasoned. |Some staff need to adjust their attitude toward patrons. |Would not recommend.

Had dinner with a large group and food came out quickly, plus the service was incredible - every single team member had a smile on their face. So good!!

What a delightful exterior, excellent renovation and all the trashy liquor advertising signs have gone. Inside there is a wonderful dining area that is spacious, airy and full of light without being glary. At the same time it been cleverly divided up into spaces that make you forget that your in a large dining area with many other people. Dealt with one staff member who was cheery, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately the food was average but edible.

Our group enjoyed dinner at the Paradise Hotel. The food and salad bar were excellent. The staff were young, cheerful and provided excellent service. The ambience was good and we could converse with each other easily as it was not noisy. There are a number of different rooms and areas to enjoy a meal. Certainly, we plan to go back again soon.

Had a very nice meal, my steak was perfect. Service has improved since our last visit so 5 stars now, this visit my steak was even better than before.

Just wanted a couple of drinks on a Tuesday afternoon. When we eventually got served, it was a four step process to get our drinks to the table. I get it if it's busy, but when there are 6 people and 2 staff, surely a streamlined approach would serve all involved better.

Came across the Paradise Hotel by happy accident. Very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, decor, food, and service. I will be back 🙂

the mash potato has no flavour the chips are kind of flavourless but the service and bread rolls are good and salad bar

Lunch was good had the vegetation dish good flavour but lacked vegies .

Smaller hotel which compensates well with lots of extras and great staff. The food here was nice and very well priced, the bistro boasts of an excellent salad bar and the movie room for the kids is well sized and was loved by my kids. Definitely worth a try, the hotel has been reno'd recently which adds to its charm.

I had the roast and it was excellent. Plenty of veggies, salad bar was fantastic. They also had soup! My only criticism, the roast potatoes in the bain marie with the lid on! They’re not roasties anymore. It’s a shame as they could just come out on the plate with the beef and gravy. Having said that, I will be going again and soon. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Attended in a group of 15 for a birthday dinner. Only 1 staff member taking meal orders, which took a while to get through the line. Then the service of meals was shocking. 1 person in the group finished a starter and a main before most of us got our meals. All ordered at similar times. About an hour wait for the rest of the meals and then the food was disappointing. Questioned with staff what the issue was and was told they were very short staffed. Very disappointing and will be hard to go back after this experience, unfortunately.

Paradise Hotel hosted a party for our son. From the initial meetings, the staff were excellent to deal with, nothing was too difficult and they made everything so easy. On the night, all staff were amazing and friendly with all our guests. The venue was perfect for young kids, with a cinema area to keep them entertained while the parents ate. The food was delicious too. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience, thank you!

This pub is local to us and has changed hands a number of times over the past two decades. We have not been for a long time. How lovely to find they have finally got it so right! Great atmosphere, and comfortable seating. Bright service. Varied menu in a great ambience. Salad and veggie bar was fabulous! The cauliflower soup was gorgeous! Value for money. We will return!

Came here for an early lunch with 4 kids, very friendly welcoming service. Food was great & they even had a magician for the kids. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Both meals came out promtly and were tasty , fresh, good value and came with good chips. Soup, salad and veg bar was excellent value and the best we've seen amoung all other local pubs!!!!. Bread rolls were light , fluffy and warm. We didn't bring kids, but the playroom and theatre room for kids was a great touch. $5 adult or free kids icecream bar was amaing. We recently reminisced over the great value all you can eat buffets that have struggled and shut down, but this is the next best thing ! Many big TV's around to watch the footy if so inclined. Poker nights and quiz nights also now on, with fridaynight raffles. I think we've found our new local. 👌

Service was great, pity about the food. Ordered the oven baked chicken which was tough, dry and no flavour. The mashed potato was sloppy and uninteresting. Frozen vegies were also very bland. All in all a very disappointing lunch. Would not recommend.

Fantastic renovations, easy to book a table for dinner- at last a soup and salad bar is back! Meals were well priced and tasty. Cosy fire was a nice extra.

Highly recommend hosting your next event at the Paradise Hotel. The team have been so accommodating and easy going prior to event and on the day. Had the alternate drop menu for our guests, food was great! Perfect venue for family functions, space is fantastic, had nearly 60 guests and enough room to play for kids.

In for dine in. kids friendly movie room kinda play room. Good place to chill out and dine with family. Parking lot in the front. Pokies machine and drink bar ++.

Thursday's and Friday's they have this 3 course meal deal and for 17.90 you cannot go past a better deal. In fact they are trying to encourage families back when you look at the promotion board. The vegetables and salad buffet was one of the best and portions are large. Great value and nice atmosphere.

It is a nice modern building and interior design, but unfortunately, the food is very average and doesn't differentiate from any similar place. My beef Schnitzel was overcooked and had no flavour other than the old oil in the deep fat fryer it was cooked in.

My steak was fantastic and perfectly cooked. The veg / salad bar was varied and very fresh. Overall, it was a fantastic dinner for two.

Went for dinner. Food was very nice. Great portion sizes with great price. The qr coding om the table didn't work properly, didn't show full menu. Food came very quickly. Absolutely kid friendly. Has cinema room and colouring. Great place for families. Very clean and well presented.
