Whenever i order online my delivery is shipped from this store and within 2 days its get delivered

Friendly staff, great customer service and always low prices.

I arrived at Big W Winston hills store 10 minutes before closing to collect my photo book, but the staff refused to let me in, saying they were “done for the day.” Despite being within operating hours, I was asked to return the next day. This was frustrating and inconvenient. I hope the store improves its service and adheres to their stated timings.

Great store, large selection of items. Underground parking. Web site stock availability is not always accurate.

The lady with long brown curly hair that usually works in self check outs is always incredibly rude and tries to argue. Today I purchased a quilt cover. I came home, opened the quilt cover and there was mould all over it and it wreaked. I went straight back within 20 minutes and instead of just offering a replacement I was questioned and argued with because apparently it wasn’t mould just dirt. I went to get another one and every one in that style had the same issue. So I selected a different style labelled the same price and it scanned up $20 more. This has happened multiple times and when brought up with this woman always says she won’t fix the price. When I asked for her name to make a complaint I was told no.

Reasonable prices not many people during week days

item has sticker of half price but it scanned full price and when i asked them , they said its wrong sticker which it was not. manager not sold the item to me and she was very rude. its not customer issue if you put wrong sticker . she was arguing with me and very bad customer service.

Pathetic customer service. So I was in the toy section of Big W Winston Hills today and a lady who works there came up to me to tell me off. I was there with my two children, one of them is an 18 months old toddler. My toddler was refusing to sit in the trolley and she took two lego boxes. We moved further away from the lego aisle. I distracted my toddler, took the boxes away from her before she tore or damaged any of them and tried to put them back but the aisle was further away and it would have meant me losing sight of my children, so I kept them in another aisle of the toy section. I would expect that this LADY who works there and was apparently keenly observing me, to help me, assist me. But NO! She tells me: 1. Don’t let your children take the toys away and 2. Put them back in the right place. I guess because I am of South Asian appearance (desi), she thought why should I bother assisting this lady with two young children, let me put on a bossy, derogatory tone and tell her off. Wow! Pathetic customer service. Train your staff to be kind and polite to customers, especially those, struggling with young children and stop being RUDE. And yes my toddler was taking toys off shelves and placing them here and there and yes it was disorganising your shelves, but aren’t you supposed to be extra patient with young children??? Ruined my day and I guess I’m not going to shop from big w from now on.

Big W is a nice store to visit with friendly staff.

WARNING! Self serve check outs didn't know I had the tags on my garments until I get home. If the alarms went off we could have solved the problem and taken them off. I do not live local to this store so I call them to advise etc and hung up while on hold. Great security pointless when they don't work! Also another side issue. Top also has a hole in it I didn't notice. WASTE OF TIME!

I was looking for an Item which I couldn't find. The guy I was working(In tech between 7-8pm 01/08 Sorry I should have taken his name) with was going above and beyond and it was super busy as well, he checked litterally everywhere for me, front and back. Please pass on my thanks to the member. My nephew will be a happy kid for his Bday this Sunday with his Sonic Beanbag chair. Thanks Team! Best retail experience ever.

I’m incredibly disappointed by my experience at the Winston Hills Big W store. I came looking for a toy, which was listed as being available in store on the Big W website. I searched around the toy section - every aisle, several times - and found a display for the brand/promotion of the toy I was looking for, but not the actual item I wanted. I asked a member of staff I found in one of the nearby aisles, and they told me they weren’t familiar with toys and directed me to the service desk. I went to the service desk and the person there looked up the item, told me they definitely have it in stock and that one was sold the day prior, so they encouraged me to go back to the toy section and have a proper look. After doing another few laps of all the aisles in the toy section, I had no luck. I took a photo of the display that seemed like should have the toy and went back to the service desk and showed the staff member there. They advised they weren’t sure why it wasn’t there and said I should keep looking. I asked if there was a member of staff who is familiar with the toy section/displays and they told me there is but they were unavailable. I left the store feeling incredibly frustrated that I had wasted some of my Sunday afternoon driving to Winston Hills only to leave empty handed. I ended up ordering the item through the website via Click & Collect - not happy that I have to come back to collect, but hopefully they can find it and I can get the toy. Attached is a photo of the display I found; you can see the item I was looking for - the Glinda Bubble Crown - is not there.

Used to love shopping here but company morale seems to have dropped the last few times that I have come in. I've never heard that many sighs when speaking to an employee and it truly doesn't help when the click and collect staff talk amongst themselves while serving customers mentioning that nothing works here.

Here's an idea, tell your employees to stop texting on their private phones whilst customers are needing help and or assistance from said employees!! Instead of us having to wait like this morning 18/11/2024!!

A smaller version of Big W but still we were very surprised with the prices, for clothes and the service was very good.

Unfriendly staff with most just pointing in a vague direction when helping" me. How hard is it to walk over there with me and help find the item. When I asked some guy who looked barely even presentable for work why he couldn't just walk over there and help he said something along the lines of becuase he wouldn't get his work done in time. Either they need to allow time for workers to actually help people or give them less to do all at once or something like that"

If it can be 0 I will put 0 on my experience today!! I am took the Denim to the checkout but I just took the wrong size😊 I am asking to cancel the item. I will return to take the right size!. The assistance at checkout was bad altitude. Customer service should have the word to say to customer with empathy. How she knows I don’t want this item.!! I took it back and don’t want to buy because of her words. Bad experience ever.

Terrible company with absolute contempt for their customers. It is near impossible to contact them except through a horrible AI chatbot/overseas agents who are unable to answer any of your questions. Horrible customer service.

The personnel manning the service desk were incredibly friendly and helpful during my attempt to inquire about the availability of a certain product over the phone. Not only did they assist me with my query, but they also went the extra mile by reserving the product for me.

Bigw at Winston hills has to be my favourite The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for but it's the staff what makes it stand out, I love seeing TIWI as I walk in she is always so happy friendly and makes sure she says hi and bye to everyone, my boys get so excited to see her and look for her if she isn't there, she really is just so lovely NARDA in the party shop, wow she is amazing and no request is to big or small, you can tell she takes great pride in her work making sure you get exactly what you invisioned for your special day as if it was her own, she is just amazing 10/10 customer service everyone there is great

BIG W Winston Hills is a fantastic place to shop for all your essentials and more. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for, especially with maritza and chirstie their customers service to help me find very small tiny toy even after my give up they were still finding it and then make P.A for me. They did amazing job and make my daughters special day. Love it 5 star

I did an order on 4th Jun.Ipads were in sale and shopback was doing 20% bonus ,that was a great deal for me,I did an order around $1200.Then the second day they canceled my order.No reason ,just said can not process the order. Today I went to ask for reason.They told me it is the paymemt isuee. Are you kidding me?Payment isuee always show us when we are doing the payment or after minutes and I received the order confirmation after I paid.Then you cancel the order in next day? If you can not offer the deal for us !Please do not do any promotion.That is wasting my time and this order is for my son's birthday gift! Never give any feedback in googel,but this time it is my worst experience. Feel disappointed with this purchase. !!!! BAD SERVICE!
