Bottlemart - Winston Hills Hotel

I booked for 40ppl to celebrate Mother's day, every single person, including the kids had a blast. We didn't have to wait long after ordering our food and as usual every meal ordered was delicious. The bar and waiting staff were happy to serve with a smile. The Winston hotel is a great place to celebrate occasions or just chill with a drink. I'll definitely be back. I loveeee this place.

The legend behind the counter in the fluro shirt gave me the last Jim beam give away hat and I only bought white claws. He is a lord. The lord of Winston Hills.

Open till late, friendly staff

EXPENSIVE. But nice venue. Beers are a rip off. $13.50 for a schooner of stone and wood. All beer is super expensive and dwarf North Sydney pub prices. Food also pricey ($28 for a schnitty) but service is good. This is Winston Hills not Mosman. MANAGEMENT you need to drop your beer prices and review food prices for the pib classics.

Did not visit bottlemart, went into hotel for lunch. Nice atmosphere, staff friendly and polite, food great and a lot of it. Will definitely go back.

Steak sandwich was barely tolerable,bread was soggy with mayo, wilted lettuce. Chips were cold. Informed staff got new" chips but they had a weird funky smell & looked as though they were simply reheated old chips. This place is a good reminder that Western Sydney is not a place to dine"

It was average, food was bland, the coconut chicken salad has wayyy too much bamboo shouts, overkill. Hubby said the Winston Cheese burger was very bland, it didn't really taste of anything. It was a bit odd and unhygienic that they had to walk along the window sill behind our tables to close the bifold windows, it took two different people to work it out after I tried to close them because of the wind. I'd like to give more stars, just didn't feel it was value for money.

Pathetic. Asked to leave for wanting to play a game of pool after 4 drinks. Apparently this means you’re intoxicated and should leave !?? 🤣🤣🤣

Table a not clean. Each time we have been there. Tables always sticky and seam uncleaned. Food good but they need to add vinegar to their cleaning. Very uncomfutble. Not great. Not sure we will eat there again. Sorry

Invited visitors here from abroad. Was deceived. At least 2 dishes on the menu not available when ordering at the counter, so we had to reorganise and reorder our menu twice . At minimum you could advise guests through the menu or on the board. My visitors are leaving with the impression of a non organised service

Not a good place anymore, long waits for a cold plate of food. They make you feel as just another transaction in the process, while being rushed every five minutes to clean your table. We experienced very unpleasant interaction with the rude and unprofessional manager and our complaints fell on deaf ears. A feeling of cosines and friendly atmosphere has gone from this place.

Drive thru for your favourite bevvy, or like we did, stay and have dinner and a night in the Winston.

Was taken here for mother's day. Ordered fish and chips. The fish was dripping in (what tasted) year old oil, over battered fish accompanied by chips that tasted like they were left over from lunch, re-fryed and served. The were hard and dry 🤮.

Expect a 45min delay on food which is understandable, but a little noisy

Booked a table today for 1.30 waited an hour and a half to get food half of it was cold wouldn't recommend to any one, no apologies from staff food expensive parking a nightmare there are far better places to spend your money.

Late night opening really makes this bottlo very useful. Good selection too

I get my craft beer fix here quite often, staff are always friendly and it's a very well stocked shop.

Went here for a birthday dinner and ordered the grilled tomahawk they cook it to perfection highly recommend going to eat

Never been to the bottlo so couldn't comment. Pub wasn't to bad. Meals were a bit pricey as well as drinks. Bit out of my way actually. Maybe if you were a local might be alright.

This place has really gone downhill in the last year to 18 months. Used to be a really good pub with excellent quality food at very reasonable prices, meaning great value for money. Recently prices have gone up and quality has taken a massive hit. I ordered the “award winning” steak sandwich, which I have more than enjoyed before, and was sad to see it was not at all the delicious feast it used to be. The once artisan-like bread is now standard supermarket sliced white. Not only that but the steak was tough and overcooked. Others I ate with had similar complaints. This was all topped off by the experience I had when I approached an empty bar, with 4 staff behind it and not one looked up to let me know they’d be right with me or to apologise for what was a frankly unwarranted wait for a beer considering I was the only customer there. So disappointing that this once top notch establishment seems to have become a mere shadow of its former self. Management, please, please sort it out.

WARNING: Dine here take a pillow, we had a table booked for 12,when we arrived we were told our seats was somewhere down that way,as we made our through what seemed 1000 people. Our meals all arrived at different times but the earliest arrived 1 hour 20 after ordering, some at the table had finished while others hadn't started. This place now crams everyone in so close together that you can't move, they are totally forgetting people have to get up to get their meals,it's pathetic how they have put the $$$$ over people's safety. Here's a tip for them,if you can't cater for so many people don't take so many bookings. Never again

Highly recommended for a family get-together. Didn't go to the Bottlemart but to the main hotel area for a meal. Had family down from Brisbane and the ladies went elsewhere. Great atmosphere and the food fantastic. Played some partners pool. Other patrons were really friendly and visitors were felt welcome.

Nice environment but food is less than passable unless you already had tonnes of alcohol.
