Absolute worst service. Been calling for 3 days and still no answer

Don't do it to yourself. Spend extra buy it from Appliances Online who will deliver it to you personally not send it via Amarex. Speak with your wallet don't give these people your money, they don't deserve it.

Think they have closed as no longer answering phone (tried several times over the day and it holds and hangs up)

Ordered a LG dryer in promotion. Got confirmation of product availability ready for dispatch in 2-5 days. 1 month later after multiple phone calls and emails, I was told delivery was delayed 3 times, from late July to mid August then mid October. In the end they offered exchange for a Haier dryer or refund. The promotion is already ended long ago. Such a scam and irresponsible retailer.

I purchased the teco twin tub washing machine it works good also comes with 2 yrs warranty from teco

After 6 weeks of purchase still I’m calling them to see when my fridge gonna be deliver. Their customer service never replies my emails and every time I have to call them. I’ll put another review when I got my product in next few months.

Don’t waist time this online pls! I have been waiting to pick up for order item so long . Finally they asked me to come to pick up but i was waiting to get the item for 20 minutes they said “ can’t find item”. I asked to refund but 5mins later, they asked to take different brand item without packaging.

horrible customer service. still waiting for a refund of items which they never had, still allowed to place an order, and now despite multiple calls / follow ups, no sign of refund.

I recently purchased a dishwasher. Upon opening it was damaged. I spoke with Peter on the phone he gave me options in which i choose to exchange the item. Upon opening the second item it was also damaged. I returned the item back to the store upon inspection Peter offered a full refund. In my opinion Peter handled the situation good. He could of dealt with the situation better initially but second time round he dealt with me in a good way. Thank you much appreciated. :)

Excellent service, delivery snd product

Was told old fridge had to be empty and dry to be taken away. We were told delivery would be Monday, we emptied the fridge Sunday night do it would dry out. We did not get a call regarding delivery all day, I called several times and eventually was told a time frame. 1 hour later I called again to be told another hour, all our frozen food had to be thrown away, milk etc also no good. Disgusting service.

This place is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. My fridge was delivered with 3 large dents on it, delivery men refused to take it back, and I was told to contact the returns team to arrange to have my door replaced. I waiting on hold for 20 minutes before getting through to someone. My details were taken and I was told my door would be replaced, but I have yet to hear any updates. I have emailed several time and not received any response on the status of my request! I would not recommend purchasing from here! They are cheap for a reason! Save your money and buy from a proper store!

The owner and staff of this shop are terrible👎🏻There are terrible bosses and terrible staff，And the owner of this store is a bit racist.

EDIT: as you can see they’ve replied to contact them, but probably just for show - have not heard back from them after emailing WORST experience and will not recommend to anyone considering! Terrible delivery team. Stay away - trades under the same parent company as Appliance Central. Bought a Fisher & Paykel washing machine at a good price for our new home (though the same as Bing Lee - not sure what I was thinking going with these guys!). Delivery was horrible and managed to scratch our doors, left a few scratches on our newly laid out floorboards. You could tell it was coming, they were really rough, did not bother to check if the machine would fit between the doors nicely and just wanted to move on to their next job. Raised this and was told to send an email with photos, no reply after a couple of days. Called for the second time and only after a week, was then bounced to the delivery company (Tiger Express - check their reviews) and did not want to do anything with it. Biggest red flag 🚩 as they should have their own insurance to cover these sort of accidents. 10 days now since we raised this and have not heard back from either party. Stay away and stick to your usual (i.e Appliances Online, The Good Guys, Bing Lee)

Best prices friendly staff and David the store rep is very very knowledgable and easy to deal with. We have decked out our property using these guys numerous times.

Worst experience. I would really not recommend Betta Home living to anyone and ignore it. Had to wait more than a week for 1 appliance and store has no idea and no stock after a week of wait. They were convincing me to pay for another product similar and pay more. FRAUD!!!

Caution - fraudulent dealers. Absolute frauds. The employees here violate the law by charging a higher restocking fee than listed on the contract. Attempted to charge me more (25%) Do not shop here. Take your business to the Good Guys, JB HIFI or Bing Lee where they won’t fraud you or even charge a fee. Once I pointed the contract out to them, they pretended they were doing me a favour in reducing the cost and said it’s a “once off” They won’t do anything once you email their google review. Do NOT buy from them. Always go to the bigger companies, these franchises will find every way to fraud you. Took a reasonable amount of arguing before they agreed to do the 15 on paper fee. Uneducated, unethical clowns work at this place.

Worst delivery service

My schedule delivery on the 17 of February did not arrived, I waited all day, was not contacted with a explanation that delivery was running late or had to be rescheduled.. Next day I called the store and I was told I had to contact the delivery driver. Very disappointed with the customer service provided.

I have schedule for delivery 8am to 3.30pm. We wait till 6pm. Trying to contact the driver no responding but the tracking still keep saying they're coming very disappointing with service. Im thinking to cancel my order now.😤

The worst customer service! I don't know if its the TCL or the store. Trying to claim a store credit for a warranty claim has taken 2 months and yet to resolve. TCL says its the store and the store says its TCL. I don't care so both can have a bad review.

Very disappointing shopping experience. Wanted to buy a soundbar about a month before but hesitated because I wanted to wait for the mid-year sale. This David told me that 'this is already the best price and there will be no stock'. Only few days after buying, the price dropped by 40 bucks and then another few days dropped by $90. They don't view emails at all (or pretend not to). DO NOT trust anything coming out from their mouth as all they want to do is to sell you the product. I would prefer to buy from other stores with better after sales service next time.

Sorry But I went to the store in Feb There were no prices on the goods. I spent about 30 min looking at stoves cook tops and other things. NO BODY asked if we needed any help or anything. So we walked out. The staff just at front counter just looked at us. I don't think they want to let go of their goods maybe there were not for sale or something. Anyway staff can have a good day I went and bought good elsewhere.

Not worth your time. Poor communication. Ordered a small fridge on the website showing in stock and will be delivered in 2-5 business day. I understand that due to COVID delivery might be a bit delayed. After waited for 5 days still nothing. So I decided to call the store to find out why and then I was told no stock and in back order for at least 2-3 weeks. It would've been nice if they had called me straightaway when they've realised that was the case than wasting me 5 days waiting for nothing and needed me to chase them up. Very poor online shopping experience.

Paid for a Freezer online on 4'th of Oct 2020 , Money taken from my card but no confirmation email nor invoice was sent . After almost 2 weeks later , I had to chase my order and found that they are out of stock. I am waiting for the refund see how it goes . Extremely poor online service and no customer communication at all . What a waste of time :(

You should never use that fright company .fast way As they are slow and unreliable . Can take up to 10 days From Sydney to Melbourne Not happy If I new that was . Getting transported by fast way I would not have brought it. Ok

Amazing service! I was in desperate need of a heater as it has been super cold and Betta Living at Villawood has impressed me. I made a last minute order on Sunday and by Tuesday my new heater was delivered by courier. The product was perfectly packaged and works like a charm. I can’t believe it’s electric! Thanks so much!

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ve been shopping online for ages from national and international brands but buying from this place was the worst ever. Never received information about shipping through email and nothing was placed in my mail box. When I received an email from Betta Home Living to write a review I called to know where is my order! Then by chasing them and calling the shipping company I finally found the place where my order has been for 20 days without me getting one notification. I picked up the Hp printer I ordered from them and a piece of it was broken and the printer kept showing the paper tray is open close it to proceed while it was already closed . I called them to ask for a replace because I paid a 2 years warranty. They said send us an email which they never replied to. I sent another emails to the webfeedback email which replied by contact the villawood branch as they are the ones who sent you the printer. I called many times with answers like send us an email to look at it. I sent many emails to get a reply: I am sorry you had this experience but the broken piece should not be the problem it's the sensors. I replied by great then the printer you sent has a faulty sensor and needs a replacement. Never got back to me. I sent other emails to webfeedback@bsrgroup.com.au to tell them about my experience and again all I got was we are sorry you experienced that 😂😂 like if their sorry would magically fix the printer. Anyway I don't care about the money I paid for a printer I will throw away but I am super disappointed by their service and they way they deal with their customers. I am happy I got the lesson not to buy from them with a $107 for a printer not with an expensive items losing more money. To those who work there and answered my calls/emails.. Please be more honest, reliable and professional or leave customer service because it's not for you.

I bought a split system aircon on Betta Home, last week, the transaction was really good quick and efficient. The item has been shipped in one day and arrives at the depot less than 3 working days. There was some minor issue during the transit. Not Betta homes fault, communication issues with the transport it was resolved hours later. If I have to buy another appliance, I would definitely come back or recommend Villawood Betta homes.

I just took delivery of an LG Oled 65C9 TV from eBay store Appliance Central (Betta). This is my second purchase with them. Both times have been faultless, easy transactions.
