Don't order MTG singles here. They send out orders that are missing cards and give you no notice until the package shows up that they didn't have stock. They also fraudulently try to pass off multiple lower graded cards as Near Mint and then expect you to waste your time/money to return them. Overall, very deceptive business and one you should stay clear of under all circumstances.

Huge range of games. It's a little more pricey than online, but it's worth a visit if you want to peruse in person and take something home with you. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

As heads up they shut the kiosks here at 4:30pm and you can't buy single cards after that even if you ask at the counter. I'm sure they have reasons but I travelled 40 minutes to buy cards with no idea this is how they do things. Easier to just go to Games Cube down the road.

Please do not buy online. And if u do. Please do not redirect to lockbox. If it go missing. It will be a total loss on you. I bought some PRB01 booster boxes, some arrived with no issue which is awesome. However 2 orders worth 1.7k had gone missing during transit. Contacted both good game and Au post. Good game claims that parcels were redirected to post office lockbox by me. And no long their problem. So they are not liable for anything. And wiped their hand clean. Au post said sender did not pay for extra cover for item. Au post is only going to compensate $100. And wiping their hand off clean too. Good game got payment for their items from me. Au post got payment from good game for posting the parcels. I had paid off the items but received nothing. Bloody job well done to both good game and Au post. Added their shipping information even they acknowledge that customer would redirect parcels. But never mention if it is redirected and gone missing. They will not be taking responsibility.

I mainly buy mtg singles from here and I'm torn because while I've always found the staff to be great, their procedures for singles orders are poorly thought out. For context this is the store where the inventory of the good games tcg singles website is located. If you place a pickup order it usually takes a week for them to prepare it , bring it downstairs and call you to tell you it's ready (I personally think an email would be a better choice). In practice this means if I want to obtain cards in a timely manner I instead need to go into the store, put in an order on their singles kiosks and then stand around awkwardly for 5-10 minutes while they pick the cards. in contrast, I can put in a singles order at the nearby games cube, typically receive a notification that it's ready within 2 hours and pick it up the same day.

I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before I was even served. Your staff give out false information. You have a large staff member working the front counter, who I would suggest have a shave, shower and apply some deodorant please! Absolutely hideous customer service and I won't be back at this store.

Near mint? Spent over $80 The “manager” of this store is on another planet, telling me it was damaged once it left the store and telling me that im trying to get a free raichu card when all of my portfolio is near mint, nothing like this card that looks like its been treated poorly, he didnt even wrap it up properly, I purchased other products from this store but never again, im a frequent customer of this brand and hardly ever have a problem but the treatment of this man is disgusting, I told him I would post a review of just the photos but after speaking to him he said he will just have the review removed which makes me sceptical of they're current rating. I want none of his business, be careful and check the cards you buy thoroughly

This place is amazing! The staff are really friendly and they are really helpful. You can literally spend hours at this store looking at all the figurines and the board games and cards. There is something for everyone and they have an upstairs level for competitive card games. They have a lot of the euro board games as well as party games for all levels of maturity. Highly recommend a visit!

Only giving one star because I can’t get lower. Worst store for tcg pick up orders in Australia. Games cube can get an order ready in 1 hour, Chromatic games can get an order ready in 2 hours. It’s been almost a week and my pick up order still isn’t ready. Do not order from here unless there is absolutely no choice. I’ve had orders delivered from QLD quicker

i been their store to sell my sons pokemon cards,the guy found few knock ones and he saw real gems in cases.there was around 400 piece of pokemon cards inc gengar ex few other charizard...long story short he told me oh yea as the conditions etc i can offer you $30"what? are you joking? he thought he could take them for 30 bucks...i sold just 1 piece gengar ex in fb for $220 on 30 mins time...really shame...i would never recommend anyone sell their rare cards to them...$30 bucks"

Came here to get a card graded. These guys are so friendly and made the whole process so easy and simple. Come to think of it I’ve never been to any Good Games store where the staff didn’t make me feel welcome. They really talk to you like you’re a person, which I find is not a common experience in retail. Thanks to the team in Parramatta that made my day better.

Never been here before but if you are into games....this is the place....absolutely amazing range....with great service

As a minority I was made uncomfortable by the long haired skinny white guy who was following me around the store and spying on me while I was browsing which made me uncomfortable. I’ll be going to games cube from now on as the staff is friendlier, even though they do not stock the scale 75 colours, I dislike subtle racism that was shown. I honestly did not expect treatment like this within the nerd community. Very disappointed. Other staff is good though.

I came in with many questions about different roleplaying and trading card games, all of the staff were super helpful. They were patient with me and helped me figure out exactly what i was doing. Big thanks to Angus and his coworkers for helping me with everything i inquired about. Made my day.

Probably the best Good Games for actually buying things. It has an extensive range in all aspects with an especially notable DND miniatures selection. However it does not run events so unless you're buying something there is generally no reason to come here compared to other GG stores.

It has a lot of inventory for a tiny floor space and feels quite squishy. Compared to other GG shops at least! Otherwise it has games galore! Staff are lovely though and always helpful.

A really excellent games store, with mountains of variety at fairly reasonable prices. Located in the heart of Parramatta, this store is a fantastic place for lovers of board games, table top games, figurines, RPG and party games. They stock games from a multitude of different manufacturers and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We spent about 45 minutes browsing the store, looking at all the choices available. They even stock a small range of snacks for when you and your friends are all around the table, playing games. If you are an enthusiast for all things gaming, then Good Games Parramatta, is definately worth the visit.
