Worst Rappa wrap i had today. Too much oily and not enough filling, feel like i am having pita bread dipped in chilli oil.

In Google it says it closes at 18:30 but it was already not taking orders at 18:00. I told them it says its open till 18:30 in Google but the team member said that the manager can change that.

Although customer was ok , food was good , however this franchise denied to give discount to the Oporto staff which is legal.

there is two indian girls not sure they are looking similar to indian , Their attitude not good and also gossiping but didn’t take order from me. so lazy and unprofessional.

I had an unfortunate experience at Oporto recently, where the service was disappointing and rude. I understand that busy times 12:05 fri 22 Nov can be stressful, but the staff's attitude was not acceptable. One tall lady, in particular, was especially unhelpful and displayed a lack of professionalism when interacting with customers. It's important for businesses to train their employees on how to handle customers with respect and kindness. I believe that some of the staff, including this particular employee, could greatly benefit from additional training on customer service and communication. I hope Oporto will take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service standards to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.

I ordered spicy chicken with my meal but there was not a single chilli sauce on the chicken.

Staff were so poker faced that I wasn’t sure what to expect really. Ordered salad bowl thinking i would have a healthy meal, salad portion was very small, chicken was okay but no flavour and i ended up buying other stuff from other places to eat cuz i was left hungry

Most rude customer service I ever had .i oder bondi chicken raps meal and she give me burger 🍔.that Indian lady was so rude to me definitely she need to learn some gd manner .I didn’t say anything just walk way .i will never go there .

I had a meal here with my acquaintances. We ended up getting burgers with fries. The portions were small and there was no flavor. They gave us a sauce which was surprisingly bland but I still believe they can become better.

i visit yesterday for getting a burger. very bad service and food quality. No smiling on the face of any staff member. if i am asking for no chilli sauce she behaved very rude me. even not asking hello to me when i am going to start my order and no thanku as well. very bad behaviour towards the customer. Really feel bad😞.

I said no sauce to tall lady at the counter . They put chilli sauce inside a lot . Whenever, I come they always make a mistake ( sometimes no tissues ) I went for tissue she gave me in very rude way also don’t know how to attend a customer no sorry no , no thank you , no hello . Look at the customer same like we are enemy . Now I’m went for complaint she ignored me . Need to change the all staff.

Quality of burger is not good in comparision of before . please management team take this issues seriously

I ordered whole chicken family fries take away When i was 5 minutes away ordered in application and showing said 15 minutes to collect which i wish to have fresh food take home When i went in 5 minutes food was already packed in bag ready to go even chips was in package I ask staff members if i can have fresh chips coz in taking away, staff said yes but instead of she give me fresh fries she open old pack and put the chips in fryer again (food safety forgot about it 😔) and staff packed give me and i told her i ask fresh chips now refry my chip she said this is new one Sorry but people not blind!!!! even fryer just behind bench i can see everything This is so really poor service if i need reheated chips which ill ask her to reheat or if i know she refry i would never ask her fresh chips So disappointed

they made me wait 20 mins for a half chicken box, i waited and then they told me they don’t have so they said they only had a quarter chicken box but i wasn’t told that when i asked them first and then they made me wait another 20 mins for it and i ended up just getting a quarter chicken box and like 3 chicken tenders that were soggy. they made me wait 40mins altogether for my order and didn’t even get my order right

The food was not good. The salad was not fresh. Told me the food will be ready after 9 minutes but I got it after 23 minutes. Very bad service. It was my first time and definitely my last.

BEWARE VEGETARIANS….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! been to oparto westfield which is located to level 1 i ordered vegan rappa and chips. They fried veggie patty in same fryer where they’re frying chips,chicken and fish for other order and i just told this thing to noted down for manager and she said yeah i told him bt everyone is doing same process here and we’re using vegetarian side for meat as well so there is no difference between any of that and this guys are not listening anything for this…!!!!! What a irresponsible answer she gave me with some of the weird fact of store so beware vegeterian’s isn’t is place where you can eat..!!! Poor sevice poor hygiene and poor management…!!!!

Worst experience - Unorganised. Under cooked chips.. late service.

I had ordered for the fries at the Oporto parramatta Westfield and when I opened it, it had a very different smell. It could be due to the chicken or fish and it might have been fried in the same oil. When I went back to the counter they bluntly said that nothing can be done and threw it in the bin. Is this the customer service that I should expect from one of the leading chain in Australia? It was definitely not a pleasant experience for me.

Poor customer service, ordered quarter chicken strips box and Bondi burger by showing the promotion but denied giving the promotional price and asked to visit next time.

Had the Bondi bowl. Taste wasn’t too bad especially when the chilli sauce was added. The chicken was very thin and the salad portion was very minuscule. Did not look anything like the advertised picture unfortunately.

Tell ur staff to write the instructions on docket or if not pass the msg to kitchen staff if customer has requested something. Rather than laughing and talking about the customer.

Located at the basement level of Westfield Parramatta. Decent salad options. Tried the Vegan salad bowl.

Veggie rappa & chocolate mousse good in taste and service is also quick. We can also customise the way we want.

I was there today at 5:57 to order my meal but the front of house lady didn’t took my order saying that they are closed and it was not 6 pm yet.

Disappointed to see my chips being fried in the same fryer that chicken was being fried in. When I clearly stated while ordering that I wanted Vegan chips. I was under the impression that the fryers were not being mixed because they are clearly labelled Vegan, but obviously not the case. So glad, I spotted the staff doing this while waiting for my order.

Here are all the things Oporto did well: (I ordered a Bondi Burger Box) 1. The staff were well mannered, polite & very helpful, especially when I had never ordered before, they showed me how things worked. 2. The meal was ready in (I kid you not) 5 minutes! And they packaged it very well. 3. Although the meal looked like not as much as I expected for $16.96, it definitely satisfied me, and filled me up. 4. The burger was very well made, tasted superb, beyond comparison to KFC. The chips were perfectly seasoned and the dipping and chilli sauces had the perfect flavours. 5. Presentation was perfect, no spilled sauce in the wrapper, burger was upright and the layers were clearly visible. Chips were nicely placed next to the burger, and the space was shared 50/50 between them. The 2 pieces of fried chicken were done a little too long, but still tasted great. Overall I Rate Oporto Parramatta 5/5 stars. I would highly recommend to my friends, and even for a date!

I bought my lunch from Porto level 1 today. The order was quarter chicken and salad and to my surprise I was served with green salad dressing, garlic dressing, one pita bread and plenty of fresh salad with of course a nice piece of grilled chicken. Really enjoyed my lunch today. Thank you so much Oporto for the lovely lunch.

i literally got food poisoning after eating your chicken salad. i vomited about 10-12 times after 2-3 hours after eating it non stop. the chicken was uncooked and hard the salad looked old. this is despicable for a restaurant and i work in a restaurant myself and never ever have i seen food make a person so sick. please don’t go here unless you wanna cop food poisoning and possibly end up in hospital from the pain !

If I could leave a zero I would!!! I will never eat from this place again. Chicken was burnt and maybe 3 pieces of lettuce and no mayo. Looks like a 2 year old made it!!

Ordered veg burger and was given chicken instead. Took it back and was given refund saying person who handled was new. Be cautious what you order and what you get.

I mean I haven’t gotten sick in the 6 years I’ve came here so that’s something right? I usually get the wraps or the Oprego burger and haven’t had an issue. Only suggestion is MORE salt on your chips as sometimes I think you forget and they can taste bland otherwise all good

Round 2 12/6/22. Had to downgrade last review. Cook your chips please!!! Customer service was they have been cooked. Dead set called me a liar, Burger good however large chips as family size chips was the intent when requesting a large meal, literally I did not pull you up on your uncooked chips to receive more of them.

usually never disappointed with oporto but however this restaurant was horrible. the customer service wasn’t very friendly and the chicken we bought wasn’t well cooked as it felt really stringy. never would come back to this specific place.

Person who took my order didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Eventually gave me my order, then when I was halfway through it asked for it back because they’d mixed mine up with another customer’s. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I like Oporto as a chain, but this branch: Avoid.

A big time fan of the Half chicken+ 2 sides box!
