The food was very nice and well presented. Steak was cooked to perfection.

Great old school club, and possibly the last true community club. There is mostly locals in the club from Riverwood, Peakhurst, Hurstville, Mortdale and many other surroubing suburbs the reason they come is for true club membership facilities like community give always of money up të 2k and great meat and food trays. The staff and local are the friendlest and down to earth people yoi will ever meet. It is refreshing for me comming from the Sydney City to find a club that is not a poke den ripping off Australians, it still has machines for your pleasure though evident by the club proportions this is a side attraction to the live bands, karaoke and community give always they provide, not to mention the cheapest beer in Sydney at December 2024 amd Jan 2025 under 6 dollars a beer is very impressive. I thank the the staff and also the club members who I have met that run many community support groups amd to the beautiful Maori Australiam lady who I won't name because she is humbje for the volounteer community support she has provided for years giving food and local support to the community like many of the other members. I hope other clubs and Managers look at this club amd see what the core values of an Australian community club should be and not base there clubs predomanntly around profit and gambling. Great Job Riverwood Sports Club and staff yoi truely are not just an akset to the community but an example of the great Australuan values that I am proud of.

Lovely friendly community. If you're a nice person that treats people with respect and expects the same back, you'll love it here. Karaoke nights are a treat of great entertainment. The restaurant is fantastic. The staff delightful. Love the place!!

Working mans pub

For a small club the entertainment was excellent and air conditioner actually worked. Usually I get up a sweat but inside was a comfortable temperature even with the crowd 😄

Yummy food😋

I've been enjoying their pub food for the past four months and I love it! The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and the portion sizes are perfect for me and the boys who appreciate a big meal. Meals cost between $16 - $26. Highly recommend!

Small club attended by locals mostly... good service & cheap beers. Great meat trays, karaoke & live music nights... members badge draws twice a week... cheap meals available on some days... check their web site... well worth a visit

Both food and service was 10/10. I'm totally obsessed with the food. And the downstairs environment is perfect for parents and kids.

Nice club riverwood sports club,omly needs wheel chair access no shelter if raims i had to buy a tarp incase it rained there is disability company 2 doors up,maybe a awning on front of club for shelter ,my wheelchair is electric,if control of chair gets wet it goes rusty and corroded

Very quiet place to go for a break to have a beer or coke, not many people gather here during the day which makes it perfect for that little hideaway when you need time to yourself! There are pokies but to me they don't seem to pay out much at all!

Decent food, great customer service, Friday and Sunday evening the club offers fun karaoke entertainment... Go on down and give your voice a little workout 😂

Quiet place to sit and have a drink or something to eat!

Good food and excellent chef. (We were here on Sunday 7th August)He was so friendly to us. We will be back for your mean burgers and will try your special breakfast on Sundays. Thank you. Keep up the good work. We need more people like you in hospitality.

Good little club. Karaoke on Friday nights. They have raffles also. If you are a member you can get a uber for $5 upto 5km. Lots of drinkers here. A place that likes beer drinkers. Has a good range of pokies also.

It's a pub with a layout and good restaurant

What's really sad is that this place has potential. Really need to have a dress code, well at least no hats for guys. I have tried to give them a chance so many times, but the loitering of what appears to be lads or junkies by the mannerisms and the way they are loitering makes this establishment so uninviting. I'm all for a low key pub like experience. But the vibes are too unsafe. Whilst staff seem to be very nice and the guy who runs the kitchen is also nice, management really needs to set a better tone starting with no loitering at the front, no hats. I can now appreciate and understand why many clubs have dress codes. Sadly I heard the kitchen will be closing and they're unaware when they'll reopen. Was hoping to eat there again but the sight of anti-social young men.

Went along to check out the meat raffles on Thursday night. 50 meat trays on offer which was great. Friendly service from bar staff, cheap drinks and a great bistro offering yummy well priced meals. Definitely recommended checking it out if your in the area.

Old place but alright

Have much fun in this lovely club. Really enjoy Tuesday 5:30pm-7pm & Thursday 7:30pm-9 pm “happy hour”with $3 schooner beer.

Karaoke bar is Very nice and friendly place, enjoy it.

This club is small in size but big in friendliness.The food in the bistro on the lower level is absolutely wonderful and fresh.They have entertainment throughout the week as well as karaoke on Friday nights and Sunday afternoons.For a small club it's worth visiting or even joining up I highly recommend it.

Good club friendly people good

The place has a pulse....loads of people at all hours, service is quick and professional (if not a little dry and bored with their jobs), the place is clean and well managed. But if your not into pokies........you have no business at this place. I lost a couple hundred my first night there and I only went there to charge my phone. Which only 4 machines in the whole place would allow me the opportunity to do. If they fixed the 2 of those machines that have USB ports a fraction to small to fit my charger cable into....i would give them another star. Response time to service button calls at the machines is excellent.
