Felt discriminated by the way club reception way of communication. Would not go there again.

A virtual new club with excellent staff - but always seems a little sterile compared to the original club across the road.

Modern clean club with friendly staff and great facilities. Beverages are very reasonably priced - probably the least expensive in Sydney. The tap beer is excellent - thanks Glen! The club's Chinese restaurant serves up good affordable food too. Recommend.

The receptionist is very rude.

My first visit with mixed freling. Place is relax n clean .have been waiting for hour plus for drinks to be serviced with attitudes from a young asian girl , telling me to put my shoe away from the machine . Which It was lightly touch the side not even on the bend. Complained to a lovely older manager who is acknowledged that I wasn't done anything wrong n apologise for it. So I leave it n trying move forwards..asked a western young girl for a drinks that didn't even come till I reminded her after over 10 mins. She apologised...she bought my water and finally I'm able to take my med. THE PROBLEM IS...THE GIRL WORN A PAIR OF GLOVES BOTH HANDS N COME BACK WITHIN FEW MINUTES WITH THE GLOVES ON...HOW DISGUSTONG AND DIRTY IS OT?..SO AGAINST THE SERVICES FOODS N DRIMKS HANDLING PROCEDURES N NSW PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS.. I hope this place can improve as i can see its a lovely club. Hope for better next time. Cheers

Great taste, great value, great portions. Service was OK, due to staff shortage that night. We 7 people had lobster, chicken, toufu dish, sweet and sour pork chops, veggies etc, for less than $250. Very satisfying.

There’s already people talking trash about the receptionists at the front and I don’t blame them. My mothers hard of hearing and was only just wandering around the lobby while the lady kept annoyingly repeating ‘Where’s your ID’ ‘You can’t go in without an ID’ in such a rude tone. I was surprised at the way she said it, never have I ever seen a worker be this unprofessional.

The Club Auburn Soccer Club is a Nice Club, but there are Manager's in this Club are Bias, Rude and very Conflict of Interest, the Club Manager Lesley Spoke so Rude to Customer on Phone, and had involve with Conflict with One of her new Staff on 22/12/2022, Who just recently started working for Club, where this new person have breach her duty of care on top, by disclosing private matter of others staffs and directors to outside people about the staffs and directors badly. causing gossip outside of work place and manager Lesley covers this staffs filippa to act unlawfully to other staffs private business from work place.

Really nice yum cha in the Chinese restaurant.

The two older guys at the front desk are extremely rude. Very poor attitude with no regard for customer service. So many complaints here from many people, no one wants to step foot in there when they're treated with no respect.

It is a RSL so you do need to get signed in as a visitor or guest of a member , great easy going staff nice looking restaurant

This has the makings of a really nice club, but the front desk staff need to be more welcoming. They are not operating a prison, it's a club where people should be made to feel welcome rather than worrying what the next unpleasant interaction will be. Aside from this, the bar staff are nice and the restaurant is pretty good. Schooner of VB $4.50 for members.

How come this club should be only member can entry? We only want to go yamcha. And the club reception staff did not let me in. She told me only members no vistors？？？Anyone have this exprience before! She also asked me to become a member for only $5. This is not a $ 5thing. I have never seen a club where you can only entry with join a member.

We went to yum cha for the first time, according to google information, they open at 1030am, but actually the yum cha place starts at 11am so we have a bit of time to kill before we can order stuff to eat. I have my toddler daughter with me, she can't sit still for half an hour doing nothing so she holds my hand and go down the stairs and up the escalator while we wait for the restaurant to open. The manager Shaun (or Sean) was initially giving us very unfriendly stare which I chose to ignore. But it escalated later as I walked past him while going back to the restaurant to order food (i was holding my daughter in my arm at this point), he decided to tell me off and said this is not a playground and she can't walk up and down stairs. I asked him what the issue is as I was supervising my daughter (and holding her hand the whole time), are we not allowed to walk around and what he said to me is unnecessary. I felt targeted and felt like he's power tripping (I am a small build Asian mum). My husband went to speak to him afterwards apparently he apologised to him (but he did not come back to apologise to me). If he can't learn how to treat other people with respect/ have good manner/ talk like a normal person, I don't think he should stay in hospitality business. The interaction with him has totally ruin my impression of this club.

Brand new club, seafood restaurant, Cafe shop and sport bar. Excellent place to dine and drink and breakfast and lunch at the Cafe

The place is really nice so the decor is Looking forward to enter because of lockdown.

We visited the Chinese Restaurant for dinner. The food was very good, albeit the prices not cheap. The ambience classy and service high standard. You must try their crab and steamed fish dishes. The wagyu beef was good too.

The customer service is worst.

Went there today was playing pokies with my brother the lady there that was controlling the social distances was very rude all my brother did was get up from pokie to go to another pokie she said to him your not following the distance ruling ... she just came around corner straight away she yelled at him for nothing ... we go there quite often NEVER had a problem with any other staff member...

Chinese style bistro food, very nice. Club area in general is standard, the gaming room, pokies takes up decent room, which is fair enough, only downer is the ppl who are spending lots of money on machines are Not even entitled to a free soft drink, let alone water bottle or general beverage... nearly $5.- for a schooner of Coke/soft drink....

Be there every day if l could, can not wait for the new club to be built.

Great Chinese menu fabulous reasonable prices. Nice courteous friendly staffs.

Cheap and best. You can go 'nuts' for $2. Staff are mostly wearing a smile. Senior citizens bring you telltale twinkles in your eyes.
