These guys are amazing. They built a fantastic computer for my son before Christmas and also saved my crashed computer hard drive with important files and photos cheaper than anyone else. All of this was dealt with by my wife. Today I walked in with a cheap laptop as a dear friend had gone into a nursing home and he loved playing old disc solitaire games, and his room didn't allow anything bigger than that, and I told them his story and how I couldn't load the solitaire games he so loved. They sorted this for free without me even telling them that I was in fact a previous and regular customer. They probably did this because they could see that I was doing the right thing and they wanted to also assist, but this also proves that these guys are genuine and caring.

I had issues with an broken keyboard on my laptop. I have reached out to other local computer repair companies prior. They could not find an replacement keyboard unlike Jason and his team. The team replaced and installed the keyboard for a very excellent price. Their service was so good I made a google review. This is my first one btw.

I can not overstate just how much of an actual legend Jason is. I threw the gauntlet down for him and he went well above and beyond to get my horrible problems sorted, even staying open later than he honestly should have, so that I could waddle my way through traffic to pick up my computer. Jason kept me informed the whole way through his work and has a top notch sense of humor that I really can't stress how important it is when you do something stupid like forget to connect the power button to the motherboard. The price was well below what I had expected and I'm taking all my business to Jason from now on. Absolutely brilliant service! Expert, knowledgeable and through! I had issues with my three year old laptop playing up due to dust accumulation and overheating, but Jason did a great job of clearing it up and diagnosing other fixable issues. My laptop was EXTREMELY slow and as it was getting on in years I thought I would have to buy a new one. However I found Chilli Power Computing online and contacted Jason who assured me an upgrade in RAM and a new hard drive and she'd be like new. I would have been happy with an improvement in responsiveness but he was right and my laptop now is so fast and responsive I just had to write a review and thank Jason as I am no longer wanting to throw it out the window and I didn't have to go to the trouble and expense of getting and setting up a new computer. I contacted chilli power computers about building a custom loop water cooled pc and was very impressed. I had contacted more than a few other businesses about this build and all said they did not want the responsibility or did not have the experience to do it. When I contacted chilli power I was very impressed. Jason knew what I was talking about and delivered an amazing product. I also asked if I could be present during the build. Given I spent so much money on it, I wanted to see it being put together. Jason was more than accommodating, something his competitors would not allow. The photos I attached show the end product. Jason was also upfront on how much this would cost and did not charge hourly. Needless to say I'm very happy with the service and will be recommending them to anyone asking.

Although i never physically entered the store, i was extremely happy with nothing but outstanding help from Jason, who had helped me out with an issue wth windows (never the less in his own time, which goes to show his large amount of compassion to people in need and his extreme knowledge in this field).
