The technicians are very friendly and helpful, informative when necessary and willing to accomodate your needs. I am personally satisfied with the PC they built and it was well worth the price I paid for it. Now for all that positive talk you may wonder, why only 4 stars? I regret to say that it was simply unfortunate timing with the lack of stock of certain parts due to Chinese New Year, which led to a week's delay then another week delay on top of that when the actual computer tower itself wasn't compatible with the parts themselves. I ended up waiting about 2 weeks in total which was slightly frustrating. Still, the actual service is very good and if you're not bothered by waiting times then its a really solid place to go for all your PC and tech needs.

My HP laptop's battery died last week. I contacted the store through their landline and I got a callback and I coordinated with the store's representative for the correct model number of the laptop. They ordered the battery from Melbourne and I was told to go to the store the following Tuesday for the installation of the replacement battery. The store staff Marvin (Filipino) fixed my laptop and also advised the proper way of charging the laptop. Great service and I recommend this shop.

My parents PC needed significant upgrades. Abi took the computer for few days took back ups and installed new SSD card. Also reinstalled all software and returned old hardware. The work was done quickly and Abi took time explaining what was was happening on the PC. On the pick up there was problem with Tax Invoice print outs but few days later I received the invoices via email. Overall very happy with Abiscom Computer Store.

I bought a gaming PC from elsewhere in 2021. And recently i started to power it up but the PC would not boot up. On 29/12/24 I called Abiscom and asked whether he'd have time to fix my PC. Abhi had responded to bring it in immediately. As soon as I brought it in, within 1 hour (40 mins to be exact), Abhi had replaced the SSD and installed all required updates and showed to me that the PC was back in working order. I don't like the price gouging that Abi used. The price is higher than other place I know. I will let other people to judge this store. It could have been a better experience for me. Abi didn't know what he was doing. Fortunately the technician was able to helped changed my PSU the following day, thank you! Edit: it stated on the door screen and google the store is open Sunday. But Abi was reluctant to open and did the service on Sunday, also it's not more than $30 price increase, stop lying!

I went to this store because not only did my computer crash but my external hard drive did not work in reloading the files. I thought I lost everything and needed a new computer. Not only was all my data recovered but the initiative was taken to update my computer to make sure I didn't have to purchase a whole new computer. Communication was through regular texts and I was kept in the loop of what was happening and updated timelines. I would recomend this place for anyone in a similar circumstance.

This is the 2nd time I use the services of Abiscom and as I expected Abi was professional, honest and quick in repairing my computer !!

Absolutley professional and truly quality hardware, with the price being ridiculousy reasonable. My problem was that my hard drive, an ancient 2010 model, died. Looking at Google, I realised that the cheapest I could find was about $700. However, as I was walking to the supermarket, I glanced in the window of Abiscom Computer Store (Church Street North Parramatta) to find he had a hard drive selling for $300.00 This was a fully refurbished hard drive that was refurbished by someone with actual knowledge and experience. I write this some six weeks later after I purchased the hard drive, which, whilst of the same era as my old hard drive, works smoothly and with speed. I cannot recommend enougth this true professional who will deliver to you goods of the utmost quality with an extraordinarily reasonable price

Aug 2022 - Cruising along on a Monday early afternoon, all ready to scan 21 receipts for medical benefits claim, print other docs for properties and so on, then guess what? The printer did not want to play. It worked the day before, but not today. I phoned Abi and explained. Within 5 minutes he had liaised with his office technician and in an hour I was soon on my way with computer and printer in hand. Two hours later a beaut new Epsom XP2105 was all aligned to my computer for scanning, printing and so on. To say that the fee was value for money is an understatement. Thank you Abi for looking after me. It is very much appreciated. Jan 2022 - Abi is a gentleman and a first class IT man to have on your side. He is knowledgeable, calm and courteous. Amazing collection of refurbished, second hand, and new desktops, macbooks, laptops, you name it. Couldn't believe the deals on some of those laptops and iMacs. Just incredible deals and Abi is patient, understanding and was more than helpful with everything we were asking or weren't sure about. Other odds and ends like chargers, cables, auxes etc affordably available too. Also continued to look after us by going beyond and fixing an issue with an initial purchase.
