Nita always makes an immaculate coffee with very friendly service. All the staff are amazing.

Cornerstone was our favor place for lunch. We love the salad and sandwiches. So fresh and good taste. And we can choose what we like. But now the salad is pre-made and packed. it just no taste and dressing is far not enough. I wonder if chef has had a taste it himself.its lack of flavour and Some food just taste off as the pre made and mixed together too long time. You want a pre made and packed salad? Should just go to convince store or patrol station. At least it cheaper

Hello. The club is usually very good… however the cafe needs to keep the food in their display cases fresh. I suspect the food is left overnight and not thrown out. The latte’ I ordered to be in a glass however served in takeaway cup. Then to remedy they pour the cup into a glass, only to then spill it all over the counter, then had to start all over. The ham and salad roll purchased for brekky was not heated correctly, cold in the middle and I suspect from the previous day. The service attendant later confirmed it was not toasted enough and food is left overnight. The buzzers do not always work and cake is often stale. On mentioning this the female manager was very dismissive and defensive. I could not eat the roll. The staff need ensure the food in the display cases is fresh and not leave food and coffee sitting on the counter so others waiting can cough all over your food, when the buzzers do not all work or not activated. The rest rooms need more cleaning. Lately the standards seem to have dropped back at the club. The restrooms are filthy with little insects everywhere. It has been a few weeks since initially writing this review…..and updating.

Apparently, when you inconvenience a customer and lose their order, the best way to deal with it is to patronise the m and give them attitude. I've been here before and had excellent food and service. The last few time however have been problematic - sometimes good more often not. It has become a lottery. A gamble I won't be taking in future.

I got a coffee frappe and iced mocha, but neither tasted like coffee, and that chocolate syrup was fake. Don't bother with the coffee here; it was awful.

Misleading menus items. If you are planning to order food from here, I recommend ordering up front in person just in case. The online menus is out of date and incorrect (or so I have been told) and was not changed. Particularly, for me it was the fried chicken wings which was 6 piece on the menu, but was given 5 and when asked was told the menu has changed, even with the menu in hand. I didn't want to argue for just 1 piece of chicken, but shouldn't the first thing to do when changing price or quantity be changing the menus? That's an easily avoidable managerial mistake that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Really appreciate the service. Food was tasty and friendly staff. So much better than my previous visit 6 months ago.

Food was average . The place had a nice warm feel. Coffee was good. Tables around us were dirty but staff quickly cleaned them up once we sat down . Cake had a nice icing. My Rubin was a little over packed with sauerkraut but some people may enjoy that. It was still fine.

Had lunch at the coffee shop today. Rosie made me a very nice coffee.

I was very disapppinted to find they no longer had gluten free products

The staff were not friendly, and it's surprising how Campos Coffee could taste so bad. What's even more shocking is that an iced latte costs $9. I've never seen an iced latte more expensive than at an airport. Is there anywhere else in Australia where an iced latte costs $9? The price of coffee is too high.

It's ashame that the Cafe has changed its coffee and it's not the best of blends that is being served I'm a regular client at this place and it has changed a lot you now get your coffee with out suger and no spoon served on the saucer I can understand if the place was busy you could forgive if something was missing I got my coffee and teas and went back for suger and spoon and was ignored or maybe I was invisible at the end I went to the side of the counter got the suger and a straw to stir the my beverage. Guys get your house in order and pay attention to customer service thats what keeps you employed and paying your bills .

We have had coffee & cake here at least 15 times since joining the Club in Jan 2024 & have always enjoyed it. Our favourite cake by far is the Watermelon cake but it is hard to find & is often not available amongst the many selections. Please source more delicious Watermelon Cake. The coffee is always very tasty. The service could improve a little as a few times when ordering coffee I have specified it is for dine in expecting a cup & saucer only for it to be served in a take away cup but I accepted it with a smile after pointing out their mistake. They also seem to be a little short staffed as it can take quite a while for tables to be cleared & I have often seen a member of the Management team clearing the tables. We have not yet tried the breakfast or brunch / lunch menu selections.

Absolutely terrible. My wife and I came here on two seperate occasions. The first time we ordered 2 drinks and a plate of 6 wings. We had our drinks delivered quickly and they were ok. However I had to chase up my wings. When I finally got them, there was only 5. They were completely coated in crumbs, making them really hard to eat. The second time we came with my wife's sister and her partner. My wife and my sister in laws partner got food straight away, however the food wasn't cooked correctly. The eggs were meant to be poached but were completely solid in parts. My toast and my sister in law's eggs bene had to also be chased up. The toast was completely rock solid and tasted terrible. The staff at the counter were also some of the rudest people I had ever met. It took 5 minutes to get a knife for my toast and the woman at the desk ignored me for minutes. Avoid this place.

The coffee is amazing! The lady that served me keeley ( she had a orange vest on) needs to learn some customer service skills. No hi, how are you, not friendly at all couldn’t be bothered. Customer services plays a big part for every business without that people will not return. Manager needs to assess her.

Lovely cafe, great food and always have a smile on their face. Quick service and the smoothies are delicious!!

It's located inside Bankstown Sport Building. Parking is free with validation. It's just a regular coffee shop selling brunch menu such as egg bacon, fish chips, muffin, bread, coffee, and juice. There is nothing special with this coffee shop.

Two stuffed up orders even when I took the first wrong order back. How hard is it to make a toastie first thing in the morning. Fortunately the coffee was good. Don’t recommend

My breakfast experience at Cornerstone in Bankstown Sport was dreadful. Angela, the server, was incredibly rude and treated me with arrogance. The service was abysmal, and the atmosphere was unpleasant with a messy, dirty environment. I had to clean my table of rubbish personally to have a decent place to eat. While the food was passable, the overall experience was so repulsive that it overshadowed any culinary satisfaction.

Only had coffee

Below average customer service and got given regular milk in my coffee instead of what I had ordered (oat milk). The last time I came here they also gave me my matcha hot when I had asked for iced.

Waited 1h30 and was told food would be another 35min at least. Looks like they have 1 cook and 4 people taking orders. Poor guy. Eventually was refunded and we left hungry.

Slow slow and slow

Worst ever experience of dining we have ever received. It wasn't even busy. Took more than 1 hr to get bacon and eggs and they lost the order 3 times. All other customers had delays or wrong orders. Don't do it.

10th of August 2023 around 10.38am, there are two tills, I waited for like 5minutes on one end and everyone ignored me. I walked over to the other til where there was only one person before me and I was rudely told to go back to the end of the cue by an Edsel Asian lady, the cue has now 4people before me which would not have been an issue but her attitude and lack of hospitality putted me off. She just spoke to me like she was irritated, I’m irritated to have waited that long for you to tell me to go back to another cue. I recommend putting her somewhere else, she has no customer service personality whatsoever.

Bought a salmon poke bowl and was horrible. Not only did it taste horrible but something in this gave me food poisoning & it's made me very sick. Now needing medication to settle this. Food at this place has been a disaster last couple of times I've eaten here.

By far the best coffee nice and hot, the cake was moist fresh well done guys I enjoyed

Had a Double Beef Burger for $20. Order at the counter, table service. Solid burger, hot crispy chips, decent portion (the burger) for the money but a few more chips would have been nice. Friendly efficient service.

Kind service and the food was wonderful. Excellent chips that were still crunchy even by the end of our meal. Nice opening hours too after a late arrival to the hotel.

Really delicious meal. We got the avo and poached egg on toast. It tasted as good as the photo looks! The service was good and the space was nice to sit at, and adequately spaced out too.

The workers in this restaurant need to understand what is the customer service means , we are talking with the lady about what we need to order and suddenly she left us and start taking with her colleague without any notice, after she come back to us and not interested to hear what we are asking !!! My god so bad and so rude

Most lovely and hospitable staff. Yaya and her team over the weekend looked after me so much on the 2 days I was there. I have never experienced such kindness and hospitality from any other place. Thank you so much! Immaculate service and food at a great price.

Great to have early breakfast any day of week

One of the best coffee in town, the flower art was attractive. The coffee and cake combo for $9 was good. There are plenty of seats in the Bankstown Sports Club and they will deliver the coffee or food to your table after ordering at the counter yourself.

Been here a few times for coffee. Almost everytime I order cappuccino, I have to tell them coffee does not taste at all. Its almost milk. They keep saying to pay for extra shot. Why to pay for extra for a decent coffee. I never have this experience with other shops. Next time around, I'm better off going to other coffee shops in the club, e.g San Churro or La Piazza. They are heaps better. Should have learnt my lesson long time ago as this is not changing at all. Does not listen to customer feedback.

Whilst they make great coffee, the wait time on our food was horrendous. The service staff did warn us of a 30 minute wait, but at 1 hour and 10 mins our meals finally arrived. The queue of people waiting to ask how much longer their food was going to be was being completely ignored by the staff so I had to line up in the order queue just to ask my question without being avoided. Then on top of that, one our meals was not even correct - but after such a wait and being 40mins late to leave as we had planned I didn’t have the time to take it back and get what I ordered let alone complain to get my money back. I ate 1/3rd of what I incorrectly received so wasted food as well. Summary, if they look busy go elsewhere because whatever wait time they give you can minimum double it!!!

A nice place to enjoy a meal and a coffee. Meals are generously sized. Service was quick and staff were friendly. I would come back again.

Great food and coffee provided by great friendly service from Nhu, Lein, Jacqueline, Rose, Jennifer, Yia Yia, Andrew, Andrew, Lisa, Hong, Angela and many other ladies. The Chefs are also great. Kim makes some outstanding meals.

While this place is clean and modern the service is very slow. Placed an order of a simple bacon and egg roll, waited over 20 minutes before I had to approach the counter and be ignored by a number of staff before I asked about my order only to be told it will be out soon. I promptly replied that I had been waiting over 20 minutes and wanted my $15 back (most expensive bacon and egg roll o have ever paid for). Refund was given and I went else where. Whilst waiting for the refund to be processed another customer did comment to me that they were advised that the service was slow, slow is an understatement with the location not even being busy. I observed a steady flow for coffees but nothing above that. Coffee was mediocre with the large being about the size of a small to medium coffee sold at other locations. Menus is very limited and they do have a captured audience die to their location. Unfortunately won't be ordering here again.

Customer service was not all that, especially when you're paying for your food that is expensive and you're expecting them not to be burnt and to be told that's how it's supposed to be. It's plain ridiculous! My husband had to wait for his plate of food for a while as we've already finished our other food. So was it worth the amount we paid for, HELL NO! Would I go back there again, HELL NO! 😒

Been wanting to try the food here for months and finally made a visit the other day. Customer service was amazing, staff were super friendly. Great menu with some out of the ordinary dishes, which all sounded delicious. Great value for money, whole party was satisfied. I'll definitely be back :)

What an unexpected delight to find this great cafe within the Bankstown Sports Club precinct! Breakfast options all looked delicious and our party of 3 were all very happy with our meals! Great coffee too makes this a great brekky venue! Highly recommend

Very overpriced! Absolutely terrible service and the food was disgusting. Waited for 40 mins for the schnitzel burger and when I received it was so cold the bacon was so hard and so was the schnitzel. Could not even eat it. The chef forgot the steak sandwich an we had to wait another 20 mins for that. The staff have no idea whose order belonged to who and its such a disorganised cafe. I wouldn't recommend you rush to come to this cafe.

Overpriced - but the staff well and truly make up for it. The ladies in the mornings are so friendly - and really make an effort to remember their regular customers. It's a pleasure seeing them every morning when I am travelling for work.

overpriced and customer service desperately needs some work, but some food items are worth it. I loooove the backyard dog and even the chicken wings. make a mean ice chocolate/milkshake too.

The drink service is great and the staff are friendly behind the bar Over priced and the three times I have ordered an entree with a main they have come out at the same time. I will never eat ther again!
