I had my parts handed to me by a robot...A ROBOT.... in a PC store.... my sons were blown away and wont stop talking about it...

Bought the motherboard brand new went home and opened cpu socket already damage and they cant claim warranty The damage was manufacture when they packed Now i dont get anything beside wasted my money Open at the store next time before bring it home learn my lesson

I’ve consistently had issues with Scorptec’s customer service. Every time I’ve lodged a complaint, the process has been frustrating. I send an email, receive a response within five business days, I respond the same day—only to hear nothing back until I receive an auto-generated message saying, “We have not heard from you, your ticket is now closed.” This pattern has repeated multiple times, forcing me to follow up with phone calls and send multiple emails just to get a response. My most recent issue involved an $800 chair with a failed tilt-locking mechanism. After several follow-ups and speaking with Jennifer, I took the initiative to bring the chair to their warranty team in Silverwater, hoping for a resolution. Instead of a replacement, they only offered a repair using existing parts from a new whole unit. They could have easily saved me the time and effort by simply swapping it for a new chair, but they refused. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of proper customer support and unwillingness to offer straightforward solutions make it clear that Scorptec does not stand behind their products. Moving forward, I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Purchased a monitor and monitor arms with the help of a consultant, well the arms dont fit on the monitor, called about 10 times they never actually answered the phone. The one time they did i was put on hold so long that the system closed the phone in my face.

Had what I needed, no one else had it in stock so would have to wait 3 to 5 days plus shipping.

Bought a dud printer from brother which they replaced on the spot after talking to brother services. Easy friendly service and great prices.

Store has a good selection of products but mostly located out the back. The sales floor has limited stock. Mostly setup as a 1 on 1 with a a sales rep as opposed to a pick up what you want off the shelf store

Scorptec used to be a reliable shop, sadly they've turned into a shady bunch lately. I pre-ordered a gpu from Scorptec and paid the full amount, even got an ETA email but when I called them to check when I can pick it up they said that more units were sold than they had available. I asked if they could hold my order in a queue as I wasn't fussed about the money - but no, they cancelled ALL the preorders for that item, mine included. I missed out on the gpu and now it's sold out everywhere else too, because I trusted these guys would deliver. Why allow pre-orders / accept 4.6k aud in cash, when you can't even guarantee a spot in future??! Absolutely livid, last time I give business to these jokers. 👎👎👎

I ordered a gpu from Scorptec and paid the full amount. I even got a confirmation email but when I called them to check when I can pick it up they said that more units were sold than they had available. This resulted in every other gpu being sold out when I HAD to call them. They even did not give me any compensation for the error that was caused by Scorptec. Horrible!

Went there today to buy a new PSU because the graphics card I bought from here recently was not compatible with my old one. Turns out the GPU I bought was also faulty and they replaced it on the spot, no questions asked. Plus they cleaned all the dust from my PC and replaced the thermal paste on my CPU for no extra charge. Great service!

Don’t take their free postage if your order qualifies because it takes them a week to fulfil it. It’s the 10th today: Order placed on 6th January with free postage still in processing despite items in stock for delivery, meanwhile Order placed on 7th January with paid express post delivered on 8th January. Previous order: Placed on 30th December with free postage, was still processing on 3rd January, while order placed on 31st December with express post, delivered on 3rd January. The conditions for free delivery don’t stipulate a 1 week+ processing time

Paid $30 premium on a $220 monitor, and have neither received the item on time nor did the driver leave a miss note. Ridiculous shitty service, and as usual bad call centre experience prevails with both star track and scorptec. Amazon is best.

Ordered a headset for my son for Christmas, the audio quality was incredibly poor, so I attempted to start the return and refund process. However Scorptec have made this process SO difficult and arduous (filling in a very detailed form, seeking an authorisation code etc.), with vague threats throughout the process of charging a $50 diagnostic fee and charging you the courier’s fee to send them back to you if they are not deemed to be faulty that I just ended up throwing them in the bin instead for fear of being charged another $70-odd dollars for a headset that is so poor quality it is unusable. Will stick to JB HiFi from now on and not buy from here again.

Today I got a raspberry pi 5 4GB from this store. Got it in a great price. Totally happy with the purchase.

Karl from warranty and service has the poorest customer service ever. Came in and he didnt even greet me and asked me what do you want?" in the most rudest tone ever. Wanted to exchange an item but they didnt have it in stock so we arranged for it to be delivered to my address. Karl then prints out the reference paper and it states "preferred delivery: pick up". I then proceed to ask him why does it say pick up when i asked for delivery and he then says "dont worry it will get delivered to your address" and walks off to the back as if he was trying to avoid fixing his mistake. Two weeks goes by and i get an email saying my order is ready for pickup. So much for "dont worry it will get delievered to your address". DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM KARL. Been served by him twice and he's always in a bad mood. My friend also went to scroptec and got served by him and he also said he was terrible. Scorptec team please do something about this worker or you'll lose customers."

Nice atmosphere, extremely helpful, very nice customer service representatives. Will definitely come back for more. I decided to purchase on of the revenant gaming pc’s which included 9800x3d etc, while doing so I did go back and forth deciding on a monitor + mouse + keyboard (was confused on what to get as addons for the pc.) Representatives were very patient in helping which I found very welcoming. I was given the time to decide between choices while tips and recommendations were given. I have now swapped from razor to the Glorious keyboard and mouse. Have upgraded monitor for the 4090 as well. Thank you Scorptec!

Nice Shop, Friendly Staff. They spend time with you to discuss the best available options. After shopping you can load the trolley, keep the stuff in car and hand it back to shop. Their are some pc, laptops for demo. Parking is OK. During both my visits Shop was full. So plan and come earlier.

Easy pick up and friendly service

The staff at Scorptec are outstanding. The moment that you enter the building, the atmosphere is fantastic, and you are almost always attended to immediately. The only downfall is during busy periods, where there doesn’t seem to be a concierge present, which can make newcomers feel lost or unsure where to go to receive assistance. Beyond this, we are taken care of as customers and it clearly shows from the passion that the staff here have. Highly recommend.

Got my pc and 2 screens from there 2 years ago. 1 screen stopped working and it has 3 years warrenty. So i took the screen in and i was turned around and kicked out after them telling me i never got the screen from there even tho on cam you can see me walking out with it and i have the order number and paper work that shows i did. They refused to fix the screen or have a look at it. So do not buy any thing from this store unless you make sure every single thing is currect on paper and confirm that they have not dont any shifty again

A little vexing that the pick up counter is always closed, so you generally need to go via sales to collect your pick up order. This sometimes takes a while, but the store and range itself is really good.

Bought a headset went to read the instructions released it was for a playstation and not a xbox told me I can no longer return it because its been opened despite not going anywhere near my head. Won't be using this company again for any future purchases.

Great for computers, laptops and accessories. Brought a Gaming laptop and it was amazing got even $300 discount than official site.

Took a PC to get a diagnostic, $100 fair enough, 1-2 weeks later gear back that the pc has a cpu or motherboard controller issue but they were not sure which one. In response to this i purchased new motherboard and cpu, as well as a few other upgrade to go with. When i get the new pc back, it never worked, over the next 4 months of back and forth with them telling me nothing was wrong with the PC i gave up and took it to mwave for another diagnostic, turns out the problem was the gpu (which i was able to get replaced under warrenty) also on the BRAND NEW parts, the CPU was mounted incorrectly and PCIe clips on the motherboard had been broken off, took the pc back to scorptec as i wanted a refund on the un needed upgrade since they gave me the wrong info and damaged the new componants apon building, outright refusing refund.

Poor click and collect . Counter for it was closed had to wait in line for 30 minutes with people in the sales line and wait while people made up their m8nd about stuff.

Thats very unprofessional SCORPTEC.Rang them 2 times and same reponse which was that I ordered on the weekend and they dont send orders on weekends.Fair enough but then- Took 6 days to finally send my order of solid state drives. Ordered on Saturday and now its Friday and still not recieved my order . One week to pick and send 6 ssds. WHY? .Just lost a customer

Great showroom with helpful staff

Just wanted to say thank you to the guys at Scorptec Silverwater. I had to urgently replace a dead router with a last minute click and collect. The traffic getting there was a mess and with a phone call on route the guys not only had the new router ready to go but also waited a few extra minutes after closing for me, as I couldn’t quite make it in time. No grief or hassle. The guys on the phone did everything to help me out and when I got there the manager knew I was coming and waited with a smile. Not a the first time I have dealt with Scorptec (online previously with good pricing and delivery) but the first time in person and I couldn’t be more impressed. Thanks again guys.

Bought a brand new custom build PC, very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful, he helped me swapped a few parts from my original plan and everything works stable. Only complaint is that some parts are out of stock, but nothing major.

Was after a 6TB hard drive. They were $10 dearer, but they had it in stock. Nice people behind the desk, polite, funny, and super helpful. Would definitely use them again.

The staff is very helpful, i had some questions regarding the asus tuf f15 laptop the lady helped me to solve all of my queries regarding the product. Prices are cheap compared to other stores.

Great place for all your computer needs

Bought a HP laptop, on the spec GPU is Intel Iris Xe Graphics, but it turns out only an Inter UHD Graphics, which is a lower grade GPU. Called support, emailed them, it's been 3 weeks already and not a single response from them. Very disappointing. Update : After I put 1 star review, I got some feedback from this company and they have a solution. So I replied and asked for detail arrangement, but after that there is no further response since then. It's been more than 2 weeks. I wonder whether this business is still running or not.
