The one year warranty was a bonus and much more peace of mind than an eBay purchase. It is in perfect condition. You wouldn't pick that it's second hand. i was happy with them, i bought 2 laptop and when i needed double screen, i tried to open second one after long time but it says harddrive not found, as it was long time since i bought that laptop i decideed to open it up then i found it taped inside, the model was latitude e7270 and there was no screw connecting sd card the sd card was not fixed.

The Recompute company is a great one. They called me after one min payment and confirmed what I ordered. I received my laptop in less than a week. It is a very clean laptop like new with some lines on the bottom (they are tiny). I do recommend to purchase your products from them.

I saw them on ozbargain. Decided to purchase a Lenovo x1 yoga. Price was good for a decent refurbished laptop. This was not ! The product looked like it went through a grinder. I had to change the battery also. $70+ labor. The battery lasted 3 mins after disconnecting. It literally had a hole in it which was taped up. This was a while ago so I won’t bother with warranty claim. However I won’t be doing business with them again. I don’t recommend them either, unless you are after a $100 laptop that needs to be thrown out.

Bought computor $1800 Arrived, overheated and fan too loud. Returned it in 24 hours, the owner said there was water damage. It’s a lie. I have no recall,or say . I did not get water in it. He will not replace laptop. This company is a con. Do not buy anything. I feel so ripped off. I’m getting lawyers. Wonder how many other people he has conned . Do not buy from this man !!!!!! Unfortunately I cannot recommend shopping here. I bought a refurbished Lenovo laptop last year which had a faulty keyboard and screen. I drove out to the shop which, after briefly using the laptop themselves, confirmed that I needed a replacement. If that is the case, why was it sold to me in the first place? The replacement was fine for the first couple of months before the screen became faulty again. After advising Recompute of this further issue, I brought the second laptop back in and after review, they said they could not identify the issue. The screen is still faulty; as I write this the bottom of my screen is flashing purple. Do not shop here.

Unfortunately i had a very poor experience. I have ordered a quiet pricy laptop which I really needed for university and received it not working. It didn't charge or play sound and was hardly working overall.after sending it back it took over a week for the technician to confirm its broken and I have not received any apology or offer to compensate. Even though Francis from costumer service responded quickly, I have waited a further 2 weeks and needed to pay extra for another laptop. After asking if I'd get any discount I received ridiculous 15 dollars and had to pay 20 for the express shipping as I would have not received the laptop in time. I also had to tell them to check it prior to sending which should be done anyway ?? The new laptop is faulty again and I am not getting any response anymore. It's a shame and I am very disappointed and 1200 dollar lighter. never ever buy there, unfortunately just a rip off and they don't really seem to know what they are doing.

To me it's about after sales service. These guy's just 'shine' they are always friendly, helpful and courteous on the phone. Their return system works flawlessly, they posted a laptop back to me on Tuesday and it arrived before lunch on Wednesday, that's Bankstown to Morisset in under 24hrs !! The laptop is exactly as described. If there is a negative the power supply is though the usb-c port and not the regular supply but that was probably beyond there control. They sent the laptop within 24hrs and this is over the Christmas period. So well done

Received a phone call after I ordered to say they received my order, then received my computer within 3 days of ordering, which is amazing seeing i live regional NSW. Im using this for work from home remotely and works perfect. Great service and speedy delivery . The only thing I didn't look at was it didn't have a camera for zoom or teams but that was my fault. Other than that very happy and would purchase again from here .

If you're looking for a drive caddy for an R610/R710, they want ~$30 each, compared to ~$15 which 99% of retailers sell them for. SAS drives? Forget about it. I recently had my laptop fixed with Recompute but that was not successful, I told them about it, so they took it back kept it there for another 2 weeks until they found the problem and fix it, then they gave it back to me, and they didn't charge me any extra for that service, I was very happy with their service.

Man, was my experience a roller coaster. I was looking to purchase a laptop as a gift, and I was in contact with one of the staff who was willing to get a better deal for me.
