I stayed here recently and didn’t get a wink of sleep due to the pigeons coo-ing all night! Pigeons have taken over the place, they’ll soon be taking the bookings!!

All the workers were super sweet and helpful and it had a bus stop right outside which was super helpful for us to get into the city and stuff like that the bed was extremely comfortable that was definitely my favourite part the only thing that i think needs improving is the lack of stuff to use to eat meals my mate and i really struggled with what to make for dinners and stuff when we didnt want to go out and eat it would be a good investment if microwaves were put into the rooms

Very poor service in the Bistro. You look everywhere on their website and it has hotel and bistro closing at midnight Go to get a meal a 9.10 only to be told Sorry Bistro closed at 9. No apology, no attempt to help, just a reply “Oh we didn’t know it wasn’t on there” Very poor service indeed

Room was spacious. Beds comfy. Food in the bistro was delicious!

Visited BCD last night to see The Angels. It’s an older, no frills venue but don’t let that bother you. The staff behind the bar were super friendly and accommodating and I literally had the best steak of my life! Perfectly cooked and so soft and delicious, the mash and veg were great too. Will definitely be visiting again for a meal.

Definitely a great place to stay. My son's and I were between moving house, a stressful time and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the house keepers really know how to make up and clean the rooms, also being so lovely. We were accidentally double charged, which was refunded but while awaiting the refund they gave us dinner and drinks on the house, the food and service was amazing. They also gave my sons food for school the next morning. I can't compliment enough. A big thank you to Robbie also for being amazing and accommodating, making our stay a wonderful one. Highly recommend and credit to the staff.

Room has everything you need, however hallways and unfortunately the room too smells like 20yrs of smoking inside. Management have tried to clean and apply perfumes to reduce the residual odor, however to mixed effect. Fortunately, bistro food very good and staff were friendly.

Great spot to stay

I frequent the blue cattle dog hotel often for a drink or 2 after work. It's a nice hotel. The beers could be cheaper ( woollies !! ) And at least 2 of the bar staff are great. Especially Danni, who's competence and thoughtfulness is at the highest level. She is one of the reasons that makes the hotel a pleasure to visit.

I Visited cattle dog hotel over the weekend and walked into the gaming room I was greeted with friendly smiles and great conversations. While playing the staff offered drinks and food. Was a nice atmosphere to relax and unwind and have a chat with staff. Felt very welcoming. I'll be coming back.

Visited BCD today and WOW the gaming team were amazing, service was on point. Hands down best experience I've had from visiting hotels weekly. Lucky I'm a local so will be seeing my face again. Thanks for the laughs Tammy and Keenan.

Stayed at the this hotel for the Sydney motor racing, the girl Danni at the bar was so friendly and accommadating. We were very impressed with her service. She is an absolute asset to the venue. What a legand.

Arrived on the Thursday with a group of friends to stay the weekend. Friday night wasn't the greatest as the girl behind the bar piper was quite rude most of the night. However the venue quickly redeemed itself on the Saturday with the bartender Danni behind the bar. what a character, funny and her service was top notch. Will be back again if she is pouring the beers.

Went here tonight while I was in town visiting my folks. Good food, well priced. If you're in make sure you say hello to Dani. She was absolutely amazing; first class service, lovely to chat to and was super helpful.

Stopped in for dinner as we passed through. The food was amazing and the staff were kind. We both had steaks which were perfectly cooked. The kids had nuggets and were able to play on the playground to pass the time. Will definitely come back again next time we visit Sydney.

Excellent meal didn't stay there

Really bad experience with them even the boos was not cooperative. We traveled from Melbourne to Sydney last night they given wrong room congested as well as no ventilation . We requested to change and as for big room happy to pay more but did help . Plz don’t waste your money and time with them .😡 Plumpton hotel are good and and best service and the boss helpful.

Worst place in the world staff are rude

Had dinner here a couple nights during our stay at the adjacent accommodation. Very good value and serving sizes. The schnitzel and steaks are especially nice. The mashed potato however was vile and inedible.

Awesome staff, friendly who went above and beyond. Rooms clean and had all we needed. Beds were really comfy! Parking was easy, and restaurant did really nice meals. Overall, would recommend highly.

Staff were great and the rooms were clean and comfy. Good amount of parking which was super handy as they are right near a super busy road.

I stayed there for a month for work back in 1998. Loved the place! I hated having to come back to America, but... Freedom 'n all. Had I known I would never again taste Victoria Bitter again, I wouldn't have left without a case to bring home. 😥. Tell Rod & Sharon I say hi if they are still around! One day, I'll renew my passport and come back.

Average food selling 6 dollars meat pie 🥧 from servo for dubel the price in main menu it's good for couples of beer afre the hot day .I haven't tried the rooms yet so no comments about them

Yummy yummy for my tummy love the service love the menu but the drinks were a bit water down or was it sugar free drinks but other than that I enjoy my meal 👍👍👍

This has got to be up there as one of the best pubs in the West! Had dinner with the fam and got the t-bone, rump, ribs, wings and pavlova. The steaks were amazing and cooked to perfection and the ribs were the best we’ve had! The wings were crunchy and moist and tasted so fresh with a slight tang and lastly the pavlova was so fluffy, fresh and had the perfect amount of sweetness. Finally, the customer service here was absolutely outstanding! all staff members were so so polite and welcoming. I have to admit, the service here has got to be up there with the best we’ve ever encountered anywhere. Food portions were also very generous. Blue Cattle will for sure be our new pub of choice! seriously so surprised!

Had a chance to stay two nights here during Sydney trip. Rooms are clean and way too big for single person.which is great. Can easily fit a family of four comfortably if needed. Comes with everything you need. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Danni is the best bar tennder ever

Awesome service and friendly staff especially the manager. And the cleaning company who was doing a job there was also awesome however I do understand that they are no longer they hence things look abit our place but overall was a great experience

Fairly standard western sydney pub. Cheap beer, quick service, dim lights.

The only thing bad about this place is some of the staff. If it wasn't for all my mates who drink here, I'd drink elsewhere..
