Beer on tap, nice beer garden with a big screen, could not ask for more

Participated in the Fireball Hot Wings Challenge and it was so much fun! It was well organised/coordinated and as always, the wings were amazing! Staff were nice, although a bit more water (which never came) might've helped the result! 😉

Eight dollars for a pint of coke zero was a little steep.

Overall, it was decent. I liked the vibe and the setup. I only had loaded fries, which were good enough, but it took over 2 hours to get my food. Luckily, I was watching the game on tv. Good beer selection, and the staff was very nice.

There is not much to say; it is what the name says! It’s the perfect place to go with a group of people. The hot wings and Mac and Cheese bites are on point!

If you're looking for cheap beers and good food you're in luck. Just don't expect them to remember your booking even if you call to confirm twice before attending.

Overall Very Good Great Sporting Venue Excellent array of Beers 🍻 and Spirts, Plenty of room downstairs and upstairs. Nice outside sunroof on the Deck. StafFrare Friendly and Food Yummy 😋

Cheap beer and friendly staff

I Drove 40+ minutes and i had a booking for dinner tonight and upon entering the restaurant the security stopped me and didnt let my partner in although i had an ID and we both looked clearly over the age of 25 they didnt let my partner in because he didnt bring his ID. We explained to the staff that we are not drinking and that we just booked for dinner and drove over 40 minutes. My partner lost his ID and even went to the lengths of calling prior to making the booking to ask the staff if it is ok and and they said it would be fine if however when we showed up they didnt let us in and didnt even apologise. Stupid staff dont even know there own rules. What a waist of time, im never going here again!

Unreal lunch! In on a Monday and it was still busy with a great atmosphere! The food was yummy and perfectly matched for catching up with friends and watching your favorite live sport. The daily specials/promotions were also very well received. Great venue, great service, great food!

Amazing service at the sporting globe! Had a few issues with the dartboard and Callum in particular looked after us and made sure our night went as smooth as possible. The sporting globe is a better place for blokes like Callum!

Go to place for your Sunday UFC fix, giant screens on the rooftop section with an upstairs bar and little huts with LED screens to round out the atmosphere, heaps of seating and crown vibes with the sports being palyed on the big projector and surrounding screens throughout

Amazing place to watch sports

Sports bar with many branches around, the food menu reminds me of a certain other American sports bar that used to be popular (TGIF). We came on a Monday to take advantage of their deal on half price ribs, wings, pints and wine. We opted for the ribs with buffalo flavour, the meat is soft and the sauce is tangy and a bit spicy. We also got wings with two different flavors, buffalo and habanero. Be careful the habanero is actually spicy! The MVP Parma is your average Parma with generous serving but felt thick and heavy. Markdown on the service because it took almost an hour for our food to come out and it's not ideal with kids. Each booth has its own screen where you can choose one of the many sports channels that they have or there are some basic mini games for the kids. Food - 7 Service - 5 Vibe - 8 Price - $$

Hello. I had a delicious Portuguese chicken wrap and I had consumed 55% of the wrap and 55% of the chips and for some unbeknownst reason the DISH WAS TAKEN FROM MY TABLE WHEN I WAS PLAYING DARTS. What part of this plate would look finished to you I ask? Very disheartening. Place is also unbelievably loud but that’s not the places fault. Stealing my food away is though. 1/5.

Great atmosphere for the footy. If you can’t get a ticket to the game, this is your best 2nd bet. Food was great, cooked through and crispy. Staff were on the ball, shout out to Arda for getting us a booth. Will be back!

Wow! What a great trivia night for with Quiz Master Tobin, staff Edna & Ireland. We felt taken cared of and had loads of fun! This place is such a gem even on a weekday. We will be back soon!

Came in for the first time last week with hubby and we both walked out so pleasantly surprised. Great food and drink selection. Indi at the bar made us feel so welcome— and the espresso martinis were just terrific! We’ll be back for sure 😊🥂

Such a good vibe at this pub. Great to watch the footy and also have some casual drinks after work. The staff remember your order as a regular and genuinely want you to have a fun time.

Some meals a bit expensive but great food for the price. Table of 5 with 4 alcoholic drinks and a soda was $200 but we had entree’s, share plates and our main course and 3 deserts. I think it was great value and service. 10/10 Well done guys in Richmond Sporting globe.

Yummy food, great beer and fantastic atmosphere

Went there with a group of friends for the LOTR trivia night. They were very accommodating and helpful regarding a mistake I had made booking tickets for the event. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful. The toilets were also very clean. I would highly recommend going there just on a regular night, but if you are able to book in to the trivia nights they hold there it is a wonderful experience.

Great buffalo wings here. Really lovely service from the bartending team who were quick to show us to a table and hand us some menus. Super keen to get back to watch a big sporting event here and get stuck into the other food items on offer. Not a heap of parking but super accessible via tram.

Great little spot if you like sports.ufc, afl, rugby. You name it and they show it (no football/soccer though). The staff are friendly and it's a great atmosphere on match days.

Recently, celebrated my son 21st birthday in the function room and couldn't have asked for a better venue. Feedback from our guests was excellent. Food was great, they loved the outdoor area, and the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.

Excellent food! Hands down the best. Cocktail Towers could use some Improvement. They are warm, not mixed. So the first few cups are syrup/alcohol and then just fizz at the top.

I felt like I lost my money specially when you’re. porterhouse steak I ordered it medium well and it was the driest, not juicy at all I had to eat it with beer so it doesn’t feel that bad in your mouse, also when getting the cutlery the guy put them on a table which was not cleaned without serviettes for me to clean it. So disappointing this time

Our ski club has used the Sporting Globe for a number of years for our AGM. The venue is great. There's always great drink and meal deals.

Best GLOBE in Oz

We first went to this venue in January 2023 and thought it was quite good, so recently returned with a group of friends on our recommendation. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience this time! Two of us shared the Pulled Pork sliders and it was dry, also the 12x Chicken Wings were cold. We are hearty eaters and not very fussy, but on this occasion we couldn’t eat much of it, as it was too unpleasant! Luckily the others in our group ordered different meals and were satisfied with their food. I left our table to go to the toilet, when I returned all the dishes were collected by the staff, so I didn’t get the opportunity to mention it to them. The others in our group sitting at the table were too embarrassed to complain on my behalf. Admittedly, the venue was very busy, service was still good and we found the staff to be friendly! Not sure if we will visit this venue again for a meal, as I didn’t feel we had good value for money! 😂
