My family & I visited good guys today to resolve an issue with our Television. It was resolved by the help of Sam & Adnan. Adnan thoroughly explained the situation and help my family & I with additional information regarding our other purchases. Adnan was patient, and had 5 star customer service, love it! Sam, the tall gentleman also really helped us choose the correct television with great amount of explanation, and he was also really patient and knowledgeable. We are really happy and satisfied with Sam's customer service. Adnan & Sam really made our visit memorable, and honestly Good Guys should be happy to have two superstars like Adnan & Sam. If you guys need help with anything, just go there and ask for Sam or Adnan guys! Thankyou!

They didn’t want to help me because I was buying a small item, and despite ‘sending someone for help’ to the section I was in and staff being available in the same section, no one assisted the whole time
HORRIBLE- DONT PAY FOR DELIVERY AND EXPECT YOUR PRODUCT. 2 separate days and 3 different delivery windows. I paid for the product and the service delivery- I still don't have what I PAID for. Multiple calls to the Auburn store as the delivery window i s closing or closed and I'm passed around with no answers or assistance other than we'll rebook for another day with no time frame other than between 8am and 6pm. How many days and hours do I need to waste waiting on a product and service that's been PAID for. Absolutely disgusted!!!
Unbelievably great customer service. I think it was Ann C (salesperson the on the receipt) made the process of purchasing what I needed stupid levels of easy with my click and collect order. Really hope she is being rewarded for that level of effort and communication.
I would like to make a special mention about Marissa Lodding who works for The Good Guys Auburn, Sydney. I went to the store to resolve an issue with the online order I placed. Marissa went above and beyond to resolve my issue successfully. It took almost an hour with many phone calls and all through it she was pleasant and willing to resolve our issue. Marissa is a great asset to The Good Guys and has great customer service skills. Thanks Marissa.
Online stock is different to their instore stock...they're too lazy to double check if they have the item in stock.
I recently visited Good Guys and had an amazing experience thanks to Lara and Bill. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help us find the best deals on the electronics we needed. Not only did they answer all our questions, but they also ensured we got the best value for our money. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. I purchased a TV 2 months ago, they promised it will be in my house in 3 weeks from day of purchase, still I am waiting for the product. and also no one is answering the phone when you call, you have to wait hours behind the phone and ultimately cut the line. Stupid service

One of the worst shops in Australia and maybe the world. I dealt with the manger 'N' himself and he made me pay $500 as a return fee for a tv that I had to change due the size. He claimed the fee which is %20 of the original purchase payment is within 'The Good Guys' regulations and policy, but when I went back and checked I couldn't find anywhere that 'The Good Guys' state that percentage. It was a subjective decision by the manager 'N'! Furthermore, he was very arrogant, disrespectful and despicable! Since then I stopped buying from 'The Good Guys' or should I say 'The Bad Guys' even if they have good offers. Buy somewhere else and pay more, but respectful and honest business. I would never recommend Good Guys Auburn to anyone unless dealing with the other manger 'T'. I kept my word and never purchased anything from the Bad Guys since my review. I purchase so many things from other shops, but never went back to this business.....

We went to buy a dishwasher on Boxing Day 26/12 .Was met and served by great people in the store and the department and also Sal who installed our dishwasher which is fisher and Pakel the best all round service
Bought a new Westinghouse top loader 7.5 kg washing machine . Great machine. Very satisfied. Great customer service and took away old washer and installed new with premium delivery .
There are staff members, but it's challenging to find the one with substantial 'product knowledge' beyond the basic information, which I already know. Best not to see unapproachable Manager S in Auburn Bad Guys. She has a vague, reluctant smile that sets the tone in that store. She certainly is not skilled in exceptional customer service, nor does she lead by the example, other than a sense of pride. Perhaps she believes she's too qualified for the role!

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Have been waiting to receive my Amazon fire stick for a month and they keep stuffing it up and doing store transfers but then nothing…. I’ve gone through 3 stores now with no confirmation or response then I call auburn asking on the stock to see if I can just go pick it up cause I’ve been waiting forever and the person says “I don’t know”…. So poor!
Went to shop here today at 7.30pm ish, There was a booming party sound box booming away at the front door, which could be heard as soon as walked in from the carpark, This is a retail store not a night club, should think about the other staffs hearing as to me was quite annoying and uncomfortable to my ears, i informed the staff member at the counter that this was not really acceptable.
Went to purchase a washing machine today and we actually did because of marcello ! He was amazing, friendly and super helpful! Such a good experience at the good guys auburn! He definitely deserves a raise. They had a great deal going on today that we got a gift voucher of $1000 and so my new washing machine was practically free! :)
The staff were easy to deal with and were quick to fulfill my request.

Watch the prices! I brought a kitchen small appliance to the checkout and price rang up $129. I informed employee it was listed on sale on the shelf for $99. She said NOTHING, but changed the price. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this at this location.
I received my delivery on 21st December, 2024 (11:25am). The experience was far below the standard I expected, especially given that I paid for a complete delivery and assembly service. The delivery driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was loud, furious, and completely unwilling to listen to my concerns. Despite the truck not fitting into my parking space, there were alternative options to deliver and assemble the items at my place, but the driver refused to consider them. Instead, he left all my belongings on the roadside. Furthermore, he forced me to send a message stating, “Leave the delivery outside,” which I felt coerced into doing. This was not what I paid for or agreed to. I am extremely disappointed with the service and expect a prompt response. I would appreciate a resolution to this matter, whether that includes a refund for the delivery service or another arrangement to complete the delivery and assembly as originally promised.
One of the worst good guys in Australia. I called them more than 15 times.... Around 15 mint with on each time and still no one can assist me with the right information. What's a shame that someone work in the store even can't provide a little information about customers purchase and etc. I hope this message will help them to improve

Avoid the Good Guys Auburn I recently had a terrible experience at the Good Guys Auburn. I purchased a washing machine from Van L who assured me it was in stock. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that there was no stock in NSW, only in Queensland. The warehouse staff then tried to give me a completely different lesser model, and Van L offered me the store's display model. Frustrated, I went to Harvey Norman and had the same washing machine that I wanted in my home within 30 minutes. I highly recommend avoiding the Good Guys Auburn and instead, choosing a reliable retailer like Harvey Norman.

Plenty of products but I felt harassed by a vendor. I connected to another one better and he came back to fight that he was helping me. I decided to buy nothing.
Heads up anyone who visited today 1/12/2024 around midday, black friday sales. There was a man, South Asian appearance, small in stature with a beige cap and light blue/turquoise short sleeved shirt who was recording women or something more sinister. Hung around the fridges when I spotted him and proceeded to move around the store
Terrible customer experience at Click & Collect. I stopped by at Auburn for collection and there’s specifically a sign for CLICK AND COLLECT. I was waiting in the queue for 10 min in Click and Collect area and there’s a very rude and serious lady saying I won’t be serving you here you need to go to the normal line where so many people are waiting. I am like there’s a sign here for Click and Collect customers. Ideally you should serve us and tell the new customers to go to the new lone. Why me? She’s like if you wanna wait here, then wait. We never had issues in the past and it’s a shame Good Guys hire these kinds of people that could potentially ruin its reputation.

Turab is very smart and have brilliant sense of customer service. He also have extensive knowledge about products, he also helped us with bundle package which I believe it’s a great way saving some $$$ Thank you Turab for your service
I have had the pleasure to interact for my sales of new home appliances with Turab. I would highly recommend asking for him when in the good guys auburn store. Turab not only understands the products well, his knowledge and ability of having correct information of the dimensions is beyond par. I took a fridge, washing machine, TV, microwave, fan and a toaster and kettle set. He assisted me so promptly and understanding the requirements I had. He is attentive and his services not only at the POS is excellent but also after services. He should be given the recognition he deserves. Thanks Turab. Keep up with the good work. Regards Aditi
Very happy with the customer service I received, especially how poorly I was treated by Bankstown Good Guys. I still had warranty on a cheaper Bosch vacuum I bought over a year ago and decided to take it into Auburn store after the Bankstown workers did not even look at it. I was served by a red haired woman who said I didn't even need to clean the vacuum and that Bosch vacuums were just being replaced. At Bankstown the worker said my vacuum did not work because it was not clean yet this lady knew that the vacuum was not charging and that was why it had a red light. So she directed me to another worker on the floor to show me the vacuums I could choose from. This other worker was filled in by the red haired worker what was happening and showed us the vacuums. She suggested that if I was happy to look at other vacuums and pay the difference it would work as well and did not need to be the same brand or price. She left us to look at all the vacuums which I appreciated and came back when she saw we were ready to pick the Electrolux vacuum. She processed it and explained it had 2 years warranty and offered the extended warranty. We took it to the front desk and the red haired lady made sure to tell the other worker the situation and the process was easy. So all we had to do was pay.
Had a delivery of a fridge this morning . Used the the track driver which said I would be 13th .When the driver arrived he said I was 3rd not true . Window frame 9-11 . They arrived at 10 with one minute notice . If like all other delivery drivers they contact you and give you the 30 minute window so my fridge would have been emptied for them and cleaned .I am not going to waste my food in the fridge waiting 2 hours on a hot day for a delivery .Poor service . Simply notify the customer 30 mins prior it’s not that difficult especially when there are two in the truck .Now I have to take another day off work for the removal . Who will reimburse me for that loss of income ?

Avoid taking gold service. It’s a scam. When you buy multiple gold service on different products. The credit will appear on different times just to make sure you can spend it together. On top of it the customer service staff is dishonest. They will never tell you this at the time of purchase.
Well the products I bought were perfectly fine but the service that the good guys provided was pathetic to say the least Ordered a Oven, microwave and Rangehood 1st thing is the oven arrived at the warehouse and was sitting in the warehouse for 2 weeks and no one in the store nor the warehouse called to let me know its arrived even though I was told by the sales rep that I would get it delivered for free and apparently it sat in warehouse for weeks pending a delivery fee but no one contact me to tell me this and everytime I would call the store I was given the run around it was like no one knew what was going on absolutely pathetic in my opinion 2nd of all the Rangehood wasn't in stock and was on back order which is again pathetic no one told me this when I made purchase they hassle you and annoy you for payment but haven't got a ounce of moral to tell you this item isn't in stock and there would be a wait almost 8 weeks later I've got my Rangehood but once again they wanted to charge for delivery so I decided to pick this item up myself And the most annoying and pathetic thing I got from the good guys was I would call be put on hold for an average 20-30 minutes and once they answered i was transferred from person to person it's like no one knows their job in that place Overall experience pathetic, don't think I'll be going to good guys anything soon
Very terrible! I am trying to buy an new iPhone, I arrived there at 5:27PM. Online even said closing soon, but it is now 5:28PM, I have been shut outside and been told they are closed. I was trying to come ASAP, but due to the bad traffic condition, I could only manage to arrive there few minutes before officers closed. Really dodge!
Went to buy an air fryer today at a good price but ended up getting an excellent price and great service from Paul. Will definitely be shopping here a lot more in the future.

Me and my mother in-law went to do some shopping for her new place, and we were served by a lady whom I now know as Tina. What a beautiful soul, 10/10 customer service, she gave us all the time that we needed and was very professional and helpful. I'd an employee of the year, to be honest. Thank you Tina for your help

Great place to shop for all kinds of tec, conveniently in one place. Not too many choices in some categories which made it disappointing. But tv, fridges, washing machines, dryer etc are all in abundant. Staff are good too, but sometime hard to flag someone down for assistance, perhaps just understaffed

The company should change its delivery drivers, lazy and rude Arabs, such a shame for our nice culture. The delivery driver caused damages but he lied that he didn’t…. such a shame….. a big scratch on the side of the fridge….not going to purchase anything from the good guys, they should call the bad guys!
Nightmare delivery service. They put my address wrongly to the driver even I double check when I purchase with the sales man. I missed the delivery for once because the store worker’s fault. I contacted store manager to correct and rearrange the delivery next day. I talked to admin and she said the delivery date sms will be sent on that night. They failed booking because they tried to re confirm with me via calling. I missed their calls My new home is the signal dead-zone and barely able to connect mobile network. It is totally different situation from what admin said. She said it is booked, but calling again for confirmation? I had to wake up 7am on Sunday and directly call the delivery center for confirmation. However they cannot deliver the item on the day, because their system doesn’t allow it. So I requested them to deliver after 2pm next day but they cannot assure the delivery time because the system again. Back to the first day, I received other appliances from 3 different stores on time. What a disappointing result. This business is totally failed to manage the risk of their workers’ mistake. The good guy is not capable of doing business but just display units. Do not buy anything here, and please buy new appliances from another store.

My driver with receipt in hand went to collect microwave and fridge, only to comeback with the fridge(they said that the microwave had already been picked up). Why would I pick up the microwave first, and hire a driver for the fridge. Upon calling again they said the order was active, which means I now have to go and pick it up. Silver lining its better than no microwave at all.
We bought a new oven and used Good Guys recommended electrician. He had no idea how to install the oven. I emailed store but no response. No care for customers after you make a purchase.

The worst customs service that you can expect from this store. They don’t care once you have purchased the item to take care of the customers if the product is faulty or has missing parts. Ann, Debbie, and their managers absolutely have no etiquette to speak well or with empathy. Their responses are unbelievably - that “I cannot stay on the line or I cannot serve you further.
