Worst customer service Bankstown stire manager and worker and worst complaint centre – If there is less than one star i should put it . I bought breville shopper and i paid the extra 3 years warranty after one and half year the chopper started to be very hot burning when i use it and the smoke goes out of it i took it to the store and i told the front customer service about it she didn't trust me then she told me i will test it she just turned it on for a second and empty and then she told me nothing wrong with the machine sorry i can't replace it or refund it i told her you didn't test it properly how you decide that it's not faulty while you just turn it on and off employee i asked her to let me test it for longer time but she refused and told me i am busy i asked to talk with the store manager because she was very rude with me and she made me embarrassed in front if other customers but unfortunately the store manager is more rude than her i offered him to not give me the money back until they take the machine to the technician and if he says that nothing wrong they return it to me if he says that is faulty i want replacement because still i have more than one year warranty but he told me no so i went home i put the machine on for 5 mns and the smoke started to come out and became very hot i took video and photos and at the same time i went back to the store i showed the same customer service the machine she got upset because i returned back i was upset i told her you are not technician to decide either it's faulty or not then the other lady came she admitted that the machine is burning and strong smell so she asked me either replace or refund i choose replacement she proceeded even she asked me to pay $20 for the extra warranty to have another warranty i paid and she did everything at the same time that first customer service went to the store manager i don't know what she told him so he came upset and he told the other lady to just give me my refund and not replace it i told him i don't want refund i need the machine plus i still have the extra warranty he refused and he told me in front of everyone customers and workers he told me take your money and i don't want to see your face in this store anymore i made so many complaints since November by phone and by emails up to today i didn't receive any response even they only refund me the price of the machine they didn't refund me the $20 that i added it plus i lost my right for the extras warranty that still more than one year remaining plus how the store manager can tell customer to not buy from that store anymore who is he to tell people to not buy from there the worst customer service and worst complaint centre
Range is either very low or extreme high no gud stuff for a medium range. I think that can improve
The worse store ever, rubbish gold services, all fake, I have problem with my stove , for more than a month now and they didn't fix it or do anything about it, the seller representative was lier, I never advice anyone to buy gold services or go to this store

My first time and last time to buy from this store! The lady who answered the phone is so rude ( 10/02/2025 at 12.32pm).
My first and also last time to order from this store. I placed an order on Thursday 30th January and spoke to Lisa to confirm the order and delivery for today Sunday as we have a shop and we need a freezer asap so I received the payment confirmation email on the same day 30/1. Until this morning I called them and they said no payment received until I sent them a payment receipt then they changed their mind and said the fund released and gone to their account. What a joke!!! Then they changed my delivery to tomorrow and I already booked a handyman to come and help us with installation for our shop. Not only did they waste my time and money to reschedule but they’re unprofessional and not caring about customers. Guys stay away from this store. Bing Lee and jb Hi-Fi are better options.
Unprofessional delivery guys.very rude, rush,hurry. Didn't install properly my washing machine. I paid paid for installation and delivery but delivery guy just delivery and lied to me someone's will come for installation. Asked me to bring my phone and he did himself 5star rating from phone. Didn't give a second to ask any questions put 5star himself and left. I call to to the store and they sent him next day for installation but didn't install properly.just took photos and left. Delivery guy was very rude. Wasn't happy at all. It's wasn't free delivery and installation.From Bankstown store only 8min my place but I paid $85 for it.
I purchased a kindle in November 2024 - the thing froze and wouldn’t work - after waiting a week for a copy of the invoice, I was advised to take it into the store for a replacement… Went into TGG Bankstown - the girl at the front counter went over the device with every single thing she could so that they could say I had damaged it…when she couldn’t find anything she went and took it to Gabby, the supposed-repairs-Guru. The girl returned and said “not our product, we can’t help you” I asked to speak to the manager, I was met with A disgusting attitude of the said Gabby… She said “you sat on it, it’s impact, I looked it up on the internet, not our problem” Well, let’s just say that I didn’t meet that response with anything positive. She proceeded to demand to see the protective case it lived in, which I produced and she was still unable to find anything evidence to her claim that I had damaged the device - she continued to tell me that the internet doesn’t lie and this is what I had done and she wasn’t going to assist with the replacement/repair. I asked if I was to google a sore finger and it told me I had cancer, would it be true? The comparison was ridiculous. She insisted that she would not help, slid the device right across the counter and told me to leave.. I asked for the area manager’s number, she said “call customer service you’ll never get my manager’s name” Let it be known, I will find it… The disgusting treatment of customers and flying accusations is nothing short of revolting.
The quality of their products it's not that good and they always push you to buy warranty when you always should get free warranty on a brand new product
It was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. Received text message the day before delivery, my delivery time is 8-10am. And I will be No1 in the queue. As no one live in that place yet. We all got up early on Saturday. And arrived the place at 7:45am. But until 10:15am, the delivery still not arrived. I called Bankstown store where we placed order. The girl told me will call me back in 15min. Ok, an hour later, no one called me, I called again. She said she can’t call the driver when he is driving. I called at2pm. Another staff told me my delivery will be at 2:30pm. And finally we got the delivery at 3pm. After 7.5hours wait, no text message, no calls from delivery team, we’ve been caught up the whole day waiting for the delivery. And no one give us a reason, no apologies. No nothing! I will not recommend Good Guys to any of my friend! Will not shop with Good Guys again! Very unprofessional!
Today afternoon I visited good guys Bankstown NSW store, I was there to get update about the fridge was bought on 27th November 2024. It should be delivered with in 2 weeks after purchase as the sales person mentioned. But when I arrived the counter we don't know when you will receive the product Max 4 weeks. Delivery was charged. After that 4 weeks passed no communication happened. I went to the store 27th December, so the lady at the counter told they don't have stock yet. It will arrive 6th December, they will deliver 7th December. After that I visited today again to get some updates about the delivery, now they were saying delivery was not booked yet. I asked for the manager. A lady came and introduced herself that she is the store manager. She doesn't have the manners that introduced herself with the name. As soon as she came she blamed me that I called you but you didn't receive the call, I said I didn't receive any call. She said she is not lying it means I am the liar. Next I said show me the call history but she can't provide any proof. Next she mentioned that if the fridge was not fit and opened the box there is 20 percent damage fee. She blamed her staff that they didn't explain to me on purchase day. Also she was mentioning it was my responsibility when I purchased any product to chase for it. She didn't what she was talking about. I believe good guys is reputed brand for electronic store. But when they hire people they didn't train the people well. She was very rude and unethical. I was keep saying my mom passed away, she had no condolences about that. I don't know how she got a job in this kind of reputed company. I believe the HR team should be more careful when they hire people. Overall experience is very bad on Bankstown NSW store.
Picked up a click and collect. The staff were efficient in getting my item but there was no one smiling.
The store manager of the Bankstown store is the most rude, dishonest, disrespectful person I’ve come across. I came into the The Good Guys Bankstown store to get a quote on different fridges. I got quoted originally $1676 price beat price the quoted me by sales person. I wasn’t quite sure if this fridge was going to fit in the spot were I wanted it go. So the sales team member told me to go get the measurements before purchasing the fridge and the price would be the same when you come the following day. So the following day I end up coming back into the good guys store to purchase the fridge. I go to pay for it and suddenly the price had changed to $1776. And I asked to speak to store manager and told him what I was quoted originally he kept denying that price off price beat on there online website and made me out to look like a lier making the price up. I ended up purchasing the fridge $1776 plus the $85 delivery fee. The following day I come into the store showing them the price beat price I got originally got quoted online. The store manager kept denying it and saying that this is new. He the store manager needs to be stood down from his position and retrained. I will not be coming back to the good guys they mislead people. The store manager is rude.
Just purchased a mircowave and oven cooktop today. Had a great experience instore. Staff Michelle L really helped me with my decision. Friendly, helpful and able to strike a good deal in my opinion with a very competitive price. Luckily the item was in stock and ready for pick up. staff Bruce at customer pick up point was able to helped me load the heavy item onto my vehicle. I would definitely come back if i ever need to buy any new appliances.
You pay for Delivery and it’s the worst service. Bankstown don’t answer the phones. Go somewhere else for proper service…..
My experience purchasing items online with a gift card has been terrible. Over the past 10 days, I’ve spent around 6-7 hours contacting the sales team, online support, and phone support, but have yet to receive a proper response. The wait times on chat or phone are extremely long. Even after waiting, I am often moved to a different queue and made to wait even longer. Half of the staff pass the issue to another team without resolving it. I’m unsure where to leave feedback online, so I’m sharing it here for the nearest store
Please don’t purchase any products from this store. They delivered a damaged fridge twice, took 2 days off work, had over $250 worth of food damaged. They couldn’t refund me my money and couldn’t pick up the fridge on time. It’s been 4 days since the damaged fridge was delivered and still no solution. I have made over 20 phones calls to get it resolved and they can’t even call their customers back. Please don’t purchase anything from this store.
Update: Called customer care asked ahead of time if the product I bought from Good Guys was still under warranty and all they told me was to bring to my local Good Guys so they can check it out. I specifically asked if there was anything else I need to do and she just said I needed to bring my receipt in and take to my local Good Guys. Forward to bringing it in. I was approached by a guy NOT in uniform and I had to look at him because he was wearing a jumper that covered his uniform because why am I getting approached by a random man. He told me to go to the side of the counter where the customer support is and not line up at the actual desk. I stand there for 5 minutes and told I need to wait in line and I just told the lady what the man told me and that he should've informed me correctly. I finally approach and show my tax invoice from my purchase. SHE THEN TELLS ME IT DOESN'T WORK BECAUSE IT'S NOT CLEAN. She said it doesnt work because it needs to be cleaned. I didn't know customer support were technicians, she didn't listen to me when I said that isn't the issue. She didn't even look when i explained that it doesnt turn on and when it goes it goes red. The issue is the battery because it turns on red. She keeps telling me it's needs to be cleaned. She has already seen the product and doesn't tell me it needed to be cleaned. She tells me it's their policy and I said well how am I supposed to know when the lady on the phone did not say that, the man in incorrect uniform didn't tell me and then she says I need to clean it. I wouldn't have been annoyed if I was informed at any point of contact prior to approaching the service desk. Turns out the front store is just like the warehouse First review: The actual customer service were fine but it was the warehouse workers. We ordered a 65 inch TV, so she directed us to the loading bay behind the shop which was easy to find. We got the order sorted and the white old man didn't even ask for ID but was quick to say that the TV would not fit in our hatchback. So I said that it would and we will do what we want with the TV we purchased. He continued to say he had a duty of care and I just restated that it would fit and if it didn't we will deal with it. So we reverse in and the Indian man brought a tape measure to measure the boot. Why ? I have no idea because they didn't even use the measurements for anything. They did not even know how to load it and we did it ourselves. They watched us fit it in and the white man kept saying things under his breath and walking away. Very poor service and do not listen. Overconfident and incompetent warehouse workers that are concerned about the wrong thing.
Today, I had the worst experience ever in my life with GoodGuys, they should be called BadGuys instead. The delivery man brought the fridge to my kitchen but refused to unbox it and install it he said in case there is damage in the fridge he does not carry responsibility. Omg!!! He was so unhelpful and rude that even he made me cry. He made me worried as if the fridge could be second-hand or had been damaged and they wanted to run with that. I refused to take the fridge unless he unboxed it and connected it to make sure the fridge was fine with no damage or scratch and working. The delivery man didn’t want to and took the fridge. I called GoodGuys Bankstown shop they were unhelpful they transferred me to another customer service who was unhelpful as well they gave me a phone number to call tomorrow, they even don’t work Sundays, what a company!!! So I have to wait until tomorrow and waste the time to organise another delivery. Bing Lee has the same fridge and they do better delivery but the delivery was on 8/10 I need the fridge earlier. Now, I don’t know when GoodGuys will deliver the fridge. I regret that I didn’t order the fridge from Bing Lee but I’m sure this is the last time I buy from GoodGuys I don’t recommend them at all, worst company ever regarding their service and delivery. They said if you want to unbox and instal you have to order premium delivery, how?!! you don’t have this feature on the page however they will charge me an extra $80 for that feature which was not there when I made the order, bing Lee was charging less for installing and taking the old fridge too GoodGuys is worse whom you can buy from, it looks like they sell faulty products for delivery only and make things harder on customers so they don’t check the product and give up their money like what happened to me I ended up today crying, with no new fridge, wasting my day and pay extra $80
It was the worst experience with them ever. After I bought most of the electrical appliances from this store and paid for a five-year warranty, my dryer LG broke down after seven months of use. When I contacted them several times, they sent one of the employees and claimed that the damage was our fault and they did not fix it for me. Its price is approximately $4,000.😡😡

Their ‘deals’ are atrocious. Some ‘sales prices’ are only valid when you purchase unnecessary extra warranty… making the item significant more expensive than the RRP. They also didn’t price match to another Australian retailer store, and the customer service team couldn’t care less about customer service.

Omg the customer service is embarrassing! The staff has absolutely no idea of the products they are selling and some of them are even unable to speak basic English. On top of that, most of the items we enquired about were out of stock. Terrible experience
Gonna avoid for this retail. My mom and dad was persuaded by the staff named MINH to buy the BOSCH Series 6 washing machine. They paid total $1200 (inc warranty, insurance, golden membership). That staff manipulated my parent to pay for such a bad product as the machine was crazily noisy and banging no matter which mode it’s on. Needless to say, I approached them numerous times for this issues, however, it ended up that they always passed the responsibily to the manufactuers and asked us to contact them for instead. The manufactoring company locates on Melbourne, which would let you wait for approximately 2 weeks for the home service. But 2 weeks later, all you got was just a random guy who checked around for 15 mins and charged you a called-out fee…. AND the problem is still there. Not so surprised with way of making the money I do not recommmend this product for 3-4 people family. That'a waste of your penny and mentality. You can consider Bing Lee for better and friendlier service.
Poor service, I ended up going to bing lee and got a great deal on a dryer and a vacuum cleaner. Someone else is always willing to have your business.

Zero stars, will avoid this retailer forever and stick to JB HIFI which have never disappointed. Ordered a new fridge plus installation, fridge came in the morning, plumber 6 hours later so food was in eskys. Fridge was dented and had to go back - took a million calls to arrange. New fridge was delivered and nobody can tell me when the plumbing will be done - UNACCEPTABLE customer service
Prices arent bad, but the customer service is hopeless you have to call them many times for the same issue to be revolved

Another excellent experience at Good Guys Bankstown. Have purchased multiple times (TV, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, range hood and most recently a drier). They’re the best at price matching - no arguments or bargaining. Omar has helped me out with all my new appliances. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a wishing machine delivered to my house. Instead of the driver calling 30 minutes before arrival they decided to call 1 minute before he turned up. Managers and CEO should address matters like this as it is creating a bad Name for the Business. Very frastrating
I phoned bankstown store to ask delivery time frames, I was told I could have next day delivery service if I pay the generated invoice sent to my mobile! I did so straight away in 10mins she called me back and said I would receive the very next day $85 for premium delivery! So next day comes to message for delivery, I call and they say it’s been moved to the day after, I get a message saying to disconnect my existing washing clean and empty it to have it removed! I paid $85 yet other companies charge $40 to provide this service without asking you to do it yourself! I was going to purchase a gas heater next and have it installed I know now not to use good guys! Harvey Norman is the place to buy they deliver without all the problems! Do better good guys how could an old woman unscrew washing machine taps why offer a service for a high price and not deliver on your word. Giant company scam!
I’m just one more to complain about the delivery. They said the truck is too big to stop in my area so need to reschedule, WT*. Isn’t part of YOUR SERVICE check the address first ? Isn’t part of logistics job? If you need the delivery don’t buy in this store they are unprofessional at all. I don’t have a fridge and I planned to have it today. You changed all my plans, now I’m going after another one. The service inside the store was good, but unfortunately very lazy and unprofessional to delivery.

There was nothing good about these guys. Service was so bad that it was laughable. The short skinny brown guy with soft hair gave me nothing but attitude every time I asked him a question. I had to remind him that he’s supposed to be a salesman, I only asked 4-5 questions and I was uncomfortable with every question. I told the floor manager and all she said was “sorry” then I told her that I was disappointed with the service and she said “ok” In the end I did not want to spend a penny in this store. It was a waste of my time and it was the first time in my life that I told someone off. I am still shocked! lol

Customer service is atrocious. I purchased an 85inch TV which was delivered. Upon opening the box and assembling the TV it was faulty. Contacted The Good Guys Bankstown and was abused by the staff. Was told that i couldn't return the product and that they would have to send out a technician. The good guys are not obiding by the consumer Laws and the return Policy as stated on the website. I will be taking this further as i have a clear right to return Faulty items

The delivery service is a disgrace. Considering over $1000 was spent Those lazy drivers don’t care when they turn up. I purchased a fridge on Tuesday and was told it would be delivered on Thursday, no show no phone call or nothing until I had to go to the store and find out what was going on. The lazy warehouse didn’t do their job properly. Then I get told I will be on priority delivery today being told It will be there first thing this morning and yet it is almost midday and still No show or no call. Once again I am the one having to chase them up to see what is going on. It’s time to change your delivery drivers and take someone that has more responsibility and cares more about their job rather than just the pay check at the end of the week. I won’t be returning back to your stores no more.😡😡😡
Bought a tv inside antenna 2 years ago. Never took out it of box .When I did it didn't work.Sorry nothing they could do. Tuff luck mate.
The customer service experience was highly unprofessional. Despite spending $982 on a new gas cooker and installation, I encountered a discrepancy of $60 in the installation fee. Instead of addressing the issue with understanding and accountability, they sales representative simply denied it and offered a refund. Lucky, the installer consumed the extra fee himself. While I acknowledge that miscommunications can occur, the complete lack of accountability and dismissive attitude made this one of the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
Unfortunately, we drove all the way to the store as their website said they had stock availability in-store only to find out they couldn't find any stock of it. Disappointed!

Good Guys acknowledge the product purchased was faulty and refused to exchange under warranty.Item is less than 3 months old Was told to wait 28 days for manufacturer to inspect after they already inspected and acknowledged item was faulty..I explained that this was not a satisfactory outcome… I Have spent thousands in that store will never go back. Good Guys Bankstown delivery service is an absolute worst. They called me to go down and meet them at the lobby. Once I was there, they cancelled the delivery. Nothing was said, no explanation, I saw the truck just left in front of me.....
Bought the fridge from here! Schedule for delivery is on 1st of january24 but oke i understand that still public holiday! Even though my fridge was dead for 2 days but still try my best to understand their shoes! And on the 2nd of jan the driver called us said that” no parking at your place i cant do delivery and need to be tomorrow for re delivery or maybe later in the afternoon! Long story short we went back home and called the good guys regarding about our fridge and dangg NO ONE PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!!! Amd i need to go to the store and seems like they not even aswering my question!!!after that we ended up refund the money! And bought from other store which is not good guys! And the fridge arrived without drama!!!! Thank you good guys you promise us something that you cant keep!

Please avoid this store at all cost. Some staff member are really racist. I wenr to store on 23 Dec 2023 at about 3:30 pm to buy an airpod. I spoke to the staff member to get the item and they went to grab the item. In the meantime another person asked for the same item and it was agreed that I asked for it first. The staff member found only one item in stock and straight gave it to the second customer without even considering that I asked for it first. When I asked they just lied on my face saying that they can’t remember. What I believe was racially motivated. No apologies given. Moreover manager argued with me for 15 minutes.
Amazing service and very informative. I've bought many appliances and phones with confidence from Diane. She was amazing at recommending the products and the options available. I didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase and that's why I've come back to buy more! Thank you Diane for all the help!

Good Staff but delivery services are horrible. Paid extra for delivery , installation and disposal, no installation done or disposal of old unit. Go somewhere else if you need delivery services.

Received sms saying delivery of my fridge is between 8:30am to 11:30am. Delivery never came. When I called them up, the person told us the delivery time on their system is 4:30pm to 6pm. So they somehow gave us the wrong delivery information, which meant I had to take a day off work, and had to take food out of the fridge risking them going off, all for nothing. Even funnier - when I placed the order in store, I specifically checked with the sales person to confirm that the delivery will never be after 5pm because I wouldn’t be home after 5pm. Look at all the bad reviews here, save your time and energy, place your order elsewhere.
If i can give no star that will be better. Thecustomer service is extremely bad. I called them today over 4 times and no one could help. i payed for a item for a Reincheck and was told they will recieve more by the end of september and i ha e not yet recieved a phone call nor email!!! Not happy they said i picked it up on the 15th of september but i have NOT hense why i called them today over 4 times. The store manager Alison or Alaice not sure her name she just called me back now and said that when they get the item in stock they will give me a call. Was also told that the system tells her that they should have had them by the end of SEPTEMBER ummm hello its OCTOBER THE 3RD and then was told when they get them they will call me. So gave them till the middle of this month if i dont get a call them i will be going the the store and make a big deal about it. Will keep you guys in touch 🤞

Even though it wasn’t the reason we bought the coffee machine but Being told we would receive a $200 voucher for coffee after purchasing breville coffee machine only to go and register and find out we had to sign up for a subscription for monthly top of coffee beans to then receive the voucher . Would’ve been good to know that prior. The idiot working there also told my wife we would get $200 store credit after the purchase to use next time - turns out that was another lie ! The “ breville specialist lady “ was also rude upon approaching her i didnt even say anything yet and she says “ i only look after breville sorry “ turned out i was after breville product so she looked like another idiot working there. Waited 25min out back to receive the machine after purchase , being a small box not sure why we had to go out back in the first place and wait that long with nobody else there waiting infront of us. Wont be going back there again that’s for sure !
Appalling service… the team at Good Guys Bankstown have no care for their customers! I went in to return a faulty product for repair 2 weeks ago; which they told me would be sent away and repaired within a week. A week later I heard nothing from them, and contacted them to find out that the item was still sitting in their store… they claimed they didn’t know the repairs team weren’t open and blatantly lied to me. I contacted kitchen aid (the company the product was from), and they authorised a brand new replacement of my product as it was under warranty still. I went to the store; and the team at the Good Guys advised me that I had to take the display model as a replacement… now correct me if I’m wrong but if a product is faulty you need a BRAND NEW PRODUCT. The team were so rude and uncaring. And then upon that wanted me to pay an additional cost… for a DISPLAY MODEL! I refused and demanded a refund. I will never step foot in this store again. Not to mention how RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL all their staff were. There were about 20 staff members standing around doing nothing as I was waiting for assistance. Disgusting
Worst customer service!!! Do not recommend, I am not sure of the spelling but Krisanthy was so rude. Had difficulty picking up a product for a family member and then when I asked about another product she just pointed her fingers and said ‘over there’ and then walked away. I would avoid this store, seems like they need to educate their staff on how to behave.
Gabby from repairs was an absolute gem, she was very efficient, kept me in the loop with all the details and was always enthusiastic when calling me to give me any updates. Thank you Gabby!

I recently purchased a Dyson hairdryer from this store and more than 3 weeks in the item is still not delivered. I am utterly and profoundly disappointed with the way The Good Guys handled my situation when I contacted them. Despite being transferred between multiple departments, I received no help whatsoever, only to be told that I had to resolve the issue with AusPost myself. It's been an excruciatingly frustrating experience, and I cannot express enough how utterly unimpressed I am with The Good Guys' customer service. Zero stars!

The delivery keep delay and the staff can not take my phone no. Correctly i drove my car back to the store to fit my delivery on the systerm and it still can not get it done. I been waitting for my fridge for 2weeks then till now i still have not received anything its wasted my time so much. I will not order anything again on this store. Frist time order from the good guy and it not that good .

Horrible store. Horrible experience. The manager, the delivery drivers the whole service. You are better taking your business elsewhere to Bing Lee and Harvey Norman. Paid for a premium delivery and the lazy staff member on the phone said they could refund it and we do it ourselves. Absolutely pathetic. All the review of this store recently are negative. Dumped a new fridge in an open garage slot and left. Lazy and horrible.
Worst customer service. Bought a fridge on Sunday payment went through. Received confirmation email and text. Was supposed to receive the fridge Tuesday No fridge!! I called the store they said payment didn’t go through. After a few days backwards and forwards still no fridge!! Now they said they are refunded me! How can they refund if no payment went through!!! The girl I spoke to was very rude too! Never going back there! Now I have to wait 3 days to get my money back Not happy
Worst customer service ever! Stuffed around with delivery times then tried to claim truck broke down. I ended up ringing head office to sort out the issue as the store staff are just hopeless. I spoke to 5 different people and gave the same information 5 times and they just continuously put you on hold and then tell you they will call back but they don’t. Told they would refund the delivery fee but I need to go in store to sort it. Never again. One of the most stressful days ever.
I saw good guys advertisement that they have the Sunbeam kettle that I wanted in the store. I traveled a long distance to the store to purchase it. they told me it is not available. I ordered a sunbeam kettle on 9th of June 2023 from the store and they told me it will arrive within few days. I have contacted twice so far they told me still not arrived. I asked for ETA. They didn’t know when I asked why you were advertising you’ve got in store where you don’t have item. they told me that this is a common practice good guys does it that is shame they have taken my money and using not providing the item.
Terrible customer service, try & avoid this store if you can. I had dramas trying to buy a sandwich press! a bloody sandwich press for Christ sake! Ended up waiting so long that I did an online search whilst in store & found the exact same $129 item for $96 on Amazon delivered the next day. Not the first time I've had issues with this store, staff only seem interested in flogging big $$$ TV's & sound bars.
Purchased a fridge,got premium service,delivery drivers came and they started to bring the fridge through back door but it wouldn’t fit I told they guy can you please go through the front and he said no we have wasted too much time,left the fridge outside and put on his delivery check completed I said it’s not completed it’s a fail .I then had to ring good guys and tell them wat happened and they were supposed to send someone out to finish the job no one came so I got a trolley and put the fridge inside myself then I rang them again and I told them to send someone to take the old fridge back as I put the new one in because ur incompetent delivery guys could not do it,I got no apology or reimbursement since I done the job myself.Big FAIL Have better service with Harvey Norman
