Amazing customer service and great product knowledge from Nick and Spyros. Happy with my LG washer and dryer.

The staff don't offer assistance and leave the customer wandering. This particular store has extremely arrogant staff and a poor work culture that doesn't prioritise customer service.

A very good customer service

Terrible customer service from Bing Lee Rockdale. They're good at getting the payment but not delivering the order. Everyone will try to talk to you when you come in but not delivering the product. We have ordered a fridge worth $1k plus. They have asked us to wait for two weeks. If we knew that they will not deliver on the promised date, we would have ordered somewhere else. Fridge keeps the food which is a necessity. Bing Lee doesn't care at all. We have waited and when it is supposed to be delivered on 30-Oct-2024, they called on 28-Oct-2024 advising that the fridge is not coming. They're offering to deliver the one on display for the same price(seriously? Are we that dumb) or else we have to wait for another 3 weeks. No compensation offered or any sort of vouchers/discount to show they're really sorry. Except for just Sorry" words from Jason. They just took our money for two weeks. I wonder how many of us are being used like this. We'll try to search more on how buyers can be protected by false promises of the sellers."

I'm a Real Estate Agent and only use Bing Lee Rockdale for my replacements. Their price point is keen, their service fast and efficent. 99% of the time thay can handle the install themselves and have a broad range from top grade and expensive to tightarse. If they don't have it (discontinued or such) they can provide the next best available version.

I find staff at this store incredibly helpful and friendly and not overbearing when trying to purchase items. Staff are professional and friendly, difficult to come across nowadays! Julie at the front desk is always attentive and responsive and is able to resolve difficult transactions very quickly. Spiro, the store manager, is friendly and professional - clearly runs an efficient store. Thanks, BL - Rockdale.

Legend. Order my heater and it was delivered within a day in cold rainy weather. The warmest heater I’ve ever had too. Love it. Will keep that heater forever, made my rainy day and night.

6 staff behind the counter, all chatting to each other and ignoring customers. No staff on the floor engaging with customers. I looked closely and eagerly at vacuums for about 15 minutes but not a single staff member approached me. Just kept talking to each other and ignoring the few customers they had in store. I understand why they have so few customers

I can’t thank Bing Lee Rockdale enough for their help in resolving a warranty case we were having trouble getting fulfilled, their dedication towards their customers is absolutely amazing, thank you so much for getting this issue that has been so long and stressful for me resolved straight away, I should have contacted you sooner instead of trying to battle the manufacturer alone, Again, can’t thank you enough 🙏🏻

My order was cancelled without any reason

Standard store located in Rockdale Plaza on the first floor. It is well presented. Staff are polite. Competitively priced. On the smaller side for an appliance store.

Purchased a washing machine WITH the extra warranty thinking that’s a good idea which we soon learnt it wasn’t. Bing Lee are quick to charge for the back up warranty but when it comes to actually doing something about a faulty product especially when we can’t get anywhere with the manufacturer, they wipe their hands clean and don’t want to get involved. Thank you and now we know for next time to go somewhere else.

Bought a washing machine yesterday. The initial model I wanted was out of stock. Staff helped me pick out a different one. It was delivered today. They were very efficient.

Billy served us at Bing Lee Rockdale. He was friendly and insightful. Very helpful and provided us with lots of honest information even when we were unsure whether we want to buy or not. When we decided to buy, the transaction happened quickly and the fridge was delivered the next day. Not the cheapest, but a fridge is supposed to last 10 years. So we want to know that we are dealing with a real human in a reputable brand.

I was greeted as I entered the shop - unusual these days - and they left me alone until I needed help. Then they were friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy and I got what I wanted at a better-than-exoected price. Perfect.

I purchased an item yesterday around lunch time. A Chinese man assisted us around lunch time who had very poor customer service and needs intense training. He was extremely unhelpful, careless, indolent, unaware of the price match policy, disorganised, lacked time-management, and did not even know who his own manager was!!!! We waited for him for around an hour as he went back and forth in the back room. I understand he was checking things for us however it seemed he was taking his time at the back doing nothing, even we found what he was looking for which was just right behind the item! The stock we wanted was sold out, so we agreed to purchase the display without the box! All we wanted was a price match which complies with the Competitor Pricing Policy conditions but somehow he was full of excuses! Firstly, he insisted that the company I was price matching it with wasn't in the system. Secondly, another reason he cannot price match it is due to the current promotion of 10% gift card of the total costs. I advised I do not want the gift card, I just wanted to price match! He advised for me to go elsewhere if I wasn't happy with the price, and if I wanted to I could speak to the manager at the counter. The person at the counter was busy with another customer so I waited for another 10-15 minutes, once he was free he advised he wasn't even the manager!!! Although this employee was very helpful and was able to price match the item for us straight away! It is extremely disappointing that a simple task could take so much time without any helpful effort. This person is in the wrong industry!! I will never come back again!

It was ok... but an individual has their fav locations for this store, Rockdale plaza is not one of them..

Nothing much impressed, didn't have what I was looking for.

The customer service at the Rockdale store is outstanding. Over time we have bought smaller items as well as all our appliances for a kitchen renovation. The staff here and in particular, the manager Spiro, go above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lots of stock in a relatively small venue friendly helpful staff.

Julie at front desk was very professional and helpful with a difficult returned online purchase situation and she resolved it in less than 30mins. The other staff were just as professional and friendly with another purchase I was making love this store.

I went to the Bing Lee store last week to purchase a trimming product and was not sure which i wanted. James came to assist me and provided outstanding customer service to help me understand products better and choose an appropriate product for me. As someone who works in the retail industry myself, i was very impressed with the service. I hope management sees this and recognizes how good of a worker James is. Well done James!!

We've been to this particular store twice in the last couple of months, The first time we were there, we were looking for a new dishwasher. Almost immediately, a sale guy approached us offered us assistance. This felt very nice, considering that awful experience we had at Harvey Norman where we were completely ignored. The man that helped us was very patience and not pushy at all. He even assisted my wife with looking at the ratings for each of the washing machines on his computer. After spending at least 30 minutes with us, we purchased our dishwasher. He was able to organise delivery of the machine, installation and removal of the old machine 2 days after. The delivery man came as scheduled, it was pouring rain that day and he hesitated to bring he machine up our stairs. This was a bit annoying as we advised Bing Lee we had stairs, which they assured us which was fine. After a discussion with the delivery man, he decided to take it up with my help. Thankfully, the rest went smoothly! We are happy with Bing Lee, the only thing I would complain about would be the range of stock. There wasn't much selection at the store. When we went to the same store for a new washing machine, they had only 3 or 4 top loaders in stock. However, their service guys are always pleasant and helpful which is a huge bonus these days!

Bought a new tv this morning (Sunday) delivered by 4pm ! By the young sales guy. Knew what I was after totally and too boot helped me by taking not just taking 1one but 2 clunkers too the nature strip. (council clean_up) ten out of ten isn't enough .right Price right store .well done .Bing Lee .

I bought a new vaccum cleaner from Bing lee which I paid $449 in January 2021. In 21st October I left the vaccum at the Bing Lee store (Rockdale - NSW) because the vaccum had just stopped work and I had warranty on it I haven’t got the vaccum back until now. I have called Bing Lee, Miele assistance every month. i have been to the store and nothing of the vaccum. Now, I just went to the store and they don’t have any idea where the vaccum cleaner is I am so disappointed. Honestly, I own a cleaning company in Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast. I used to recommend Miele to all of them and I used to love it. But this was just enough for me Really disrespectful that the maintenance team lost the vaccum, didn’t replace it. The warranty is about to expiry and I have not been using it for more than 6 months.

I purchased a vacuum online following the flooding of my home but called 2 days later to cancel the order and request a refund. It has now been 9 days, i have called 3 times, and my refund still has not been processed. The last time I was advised that only head office can authorise refunds which does not sound consistent with consumer laws. Given the item never left the store I am appalled at how long it has taken to get the refund (which still remains outstanding!)

Very good customer service I went in for click and collect they are so fast at preparing online orders great prices can't be beaten by any other store I was truly impressed ill definitely be back people should really compare prices before they buy it makes a difference I found bing Lee to be very competitive and cheaper then Harvey Norman and good guys I highly recommend bing Lee

I bought a new TV from this store but unfortunately had a problem with it as soon as I turned it on. They replaced it within the hour!!! They are fabulous people to deal with and the store has good prices - I know because I shopped around - but price isn't everything!!!! 10 out of 10 Rockdale Bing Lee!!!!! I will be back and so will my friends and ¹family.

I like Bing Lee because they always have good deals on TVs every 9 years when I decide to buy a new one.

Great place, I always shop my electronics goods from here. Big shout out to all the staff members for their outstanding service specially to Khan. Who always stand out from the crowd. With my recent purchase he surprised me with a bing lee gift card which i wasn’t aware during my purchase and convinced me to get the better laptop for my son which in turn made my son very happy. I bought two espessro machines from them and the thing I really love about them is the speed at which they get your order ready. You place your order online and 15 minutes later you get a SMS saying your order is ready for collection. Simply lovely.

I bought a washing machine, it's fast delievery and good condition. Thanks Jeremy and Joe who delievered the machine to me! My building have a 6-step stairs, Jeremy never complained about it and told me that I don't have to worry about it. Really wonderful experience.

Sold me a faulty laptop, and only offered to send it off for repairs - and told me it could be anywhere between 4-6 weeks till I get it back. I explained I was willing to pay whatever the difference was to get a new laptop, but they did not care. Do not purchase from this company. Pay more elsewhere and save yourself the headache that I am now going thru.
