A great experience thanks to the staff and the services. Although I am not a casino person, I'd go again. Excellent food, friendly atmosphere, clean restrooms, fantastic view to the Oval from the balcony were smokers gather. Situated in the city centre, thus easily accessible.

No atmosphere at all, Indian security guard looked like he was falling asleep, couldn't be arsed with our questions, good food though.

Pretty chill cas, food is pretty good. Average amount of slot machines and a good enough variety of table games. You can bring your bags in free of charge which is convenient.

Very cold atmosphere, pokies have terrible odds. We were there 5 hours and not even a small jackpot. Just. Sucked our money. Went to eat fish and chips but they were like frozen just heated with no flavour. An overall scrappy experience and not because we dropped over $1000 but just felt no excitement as I have in other casinos in Australia and around the world. Only thing good was the free park in the Festival car park.

Hi, my husband and I had ordered three of the dishes from the Central Cafe at 4:15 pm today, Saturday 8th February 2025. When we couldn't eat all the food and we had leftovers we wanted to take home, my husband approached the three counter staff serving at the time (and they were not doing anything else), and he asked for a take away container which we didn't mind paying for, he was told by two of the same female staff that they did not have take away containers. My husband then asked for aluminium foil instead to wrap the food in. After twenty seconds of thought, the reply of one of the female staff was the kitchen didn't have any. No other solutions were offered at any stage! Luckily, I realised I had an old plastic bag in my purse which I could use instead. My husband and I each have a large amount of shares in SkyCity Entertainment Group Ltd. If I was a multi-million dollar gambler, this incident could have easily put me off returning to this venue. PLEASE CONSIDER HOW YOUR CASINO PATRONS ARE TREATED AND I WOULD SUGGEST YOU MAY CONSIDER TRYING MYSTERY SHOPPERS AS THE WESTFARMER GROUP DOES!

i have a terrible experience there. They have a limit of 5k cash in & cash out daily per person. After that if their guests still wanna play, they will encourage you to transfer money to them. After a few days, they said they need you to fill out a form. Otherwise you can’t get in the gaming floor anymore. My point is why don’t they tell their customers in advance? It normally takes 2-3business days to process that shit form. That means you are not allowed to enter or you are banned at the timeframe. It’s ridiculous and won’t come back again. Crown casino is better.

Sky City Adelaide, love this casino and EOS for a staycation is just fabulous, a place to relax enjoy in a clean friendly atmosphere, where you are 10 minutes away from the station, shopping, and nightlife, excellent food coffee deserts and special VIP days and senior prices for meals amazing offers. We go back time after time the staff are welcoming friendly and full of knowledge, nothing is too much. If you are booking into EOS well enjoy, what a great hotel, the rooms are beautifully set up with amazing views of the river, shower and bath are to die for, and the bed just wow so dreamy. Enjoy your stay or visit its worth every effort. Thank you Sky City and EOS we can't wait for next time.

Fabulous for the rooftop drinks

Security guards act like they trained at a seedy strip club. If they are not tiny little women, they are old or are weight.. bit sad to be completely honest.. apart from the security and the over priced alcohol and stale smell in the air.. it's ok I guess.. its not as if we have any where else to go....

SkyCity Adelaide is a great casino with a party type atmosphere. They have great resturants to suit most people's appetites. I've been a few times and enjoyed every visit. My last visit was the best as I won some cash on the pokie machines.

Saw an absolutely awesome band there a couple of weekends ago. The Rock Hudson Ensemble. Great atmosphere. There wasn't a spare seat and everyone was Rockin on the dance floor!

I enjoy it here. I win some, I lose some but I always have a great time regardless. Very clean and spacious and the staff are always very friendly.

Highly recommend Madame Hanoi. Pork belly was exceptional!

What an embarrassment. Thought we would show interstate guests our once lovely casino. Then trying to get a feed...only the Central Cafe open. Ended up going over to The Strathmore. As for the atmosphere....Pass!

Went to have a drink on the Thursday 2nd Jan We went to the rewards desk to see about my card when the lad said please wait as someone would like to talk to us I was then handed a notice to cancel our relationship with sky city and escorted out No bloody reason why the bloke escorting us out had no idea why either Bloody joke these big mobs treat people with zero respect Still no answers as to why falling on stuck up ears

Fun enough place, however rolled 5 reds on roulette in a row, which is a 4% chance of occurring, I'm probably just extremely unlucky, but I wanna suspect the house cheats a little 🤏

Greedy scammers $50 didn’t even last one minute in the machines at least other casinos you can last longer than a minute must be programmed to take all your money scammers

Itl was a great place for Christmas dinner.

The staff upstairs in the Opal Room are first class. Very friendly, my favourites are Anthony, Anne, Rosie and Sophia.

Located inside Railway, the entrance is on the main rood with big red doors as you can see in the pictures. Nice cosy casino, lots of varieties of machines. Atm is located inside the casino near the entrance.

I have visited sky city Adelaide on a number of occasions and always enjoyed the experience particular in the new EOS hotel.

To be honest i was expecting more, the atmosphere was like a bunch on money zombies all stuck at tables, it got a little better heading up where the club was but the vibe was off by then and we all left

Extremely rude security closing time was 12 confirmed over the phone, they didn't allow us to enter at 11.14 pm , very disappointing.
