The best experience compared to Burwood branch. Douglas is an excellent sales person who guided me in choosing an air fryer. He was also helpful when I had to return and replace the item. The staff was friendly and warm.

I bought the Garmin 55 from 'Adam'. He gave incredible service. The item was not in stock at Rhodes, but was in another store, so the product was shipped to Liverpool, to be collected. He provided a discount to $316. Satisfied with the performance of the machine. Thank you Adam.

Demi is super professional and helpful. I have been to different binglee stores and Demi is one of the best. Not like the first salesperson I met at Rhodes store today. The salesperson mistakenly assumed I would make a payment today, despite my request being solely for a quotation. When I declined to pay, he responded by stating that if I wasn't willing to make a purchase on the spot, it would be a waste of time. He further emphasized that the special price offered was contingent upon immediate payment. I must express my gratitude to Demi, as my experience would have been significantly less satisfactory without her assistance. In fact I would given a zero star if not for her exceptional service.

Horrible customer service if that even exists. Waited 20 mins for someone to be available, then had to approach one but told he's busy. Eventually I grabbed someone who seemed quite disinterested. Why bother, just go somewhere else!

I bought our LG wash tower from Bing Lee Rhodes and Bill was the salesman that helped us with the purchase. It was a pleasure buying from Bill, he was very helpful in-store with our purchase. And even post-purchase, while waiting for delivery Bill was always very responsive helping with any of our delivery questions. Bill was very accommodating even the evening before delivery assisting me via phone call and text message. Fantastic experience buying through Bill. In addition, Drew and Luke (the delivery drivers on the day) were champions. Great communication on arrival and very professional from the point of unloading, unboxing through to installation and removal of our old washer. Very grateful we got such professionals in Drew and Luke.

I visited the store at Rhodes due to repetitive issues with my Philips toothbrush. I was served by Danny at the service counter, who was very professional and kind. He was knowledgeable and eager to provide me with a range of solutions for my problem. The service was excellent, and he is the person to see if you need help or want to make a purchase at the store!

Great customer service, namely from Troy. He was extremely helpful, accommodating, and pleasant to talk to! He made the process of buying a new TV seamless and even fun. He informed us of the best deals (and their end dates), as well as the best way to transport our purchase and take it home with ease! Some of these things seem like the ‘bare minimum’ or qualities that every person working in customer service should possess, but you’d be surprised that that’s not usually the case (as unfortunate as it may be). Troy is a stellar employee, and I’d be lucky enough if I were to run into him again the next time I purchase anything at Bing Lee.

They sell second hand used product as a brand new! Dont buy from here.

Bought a fridge includes delivery. Was told that the delivery will be on your chosen day, couldn’t provide the exact delivery time. Delivery time will be informed on delivery day. On the delivery day, a notification received at 6 am fridge will arrive between 6 to 8 am which I don’t expect that early. It’s a new house have not move in yet. It’s take us 30mins driving to the new house. Called the driver for exact time, the driver told us fridge arrive in 15mins, time cannot be negotiate to 30min later. The delivery failed on that day. My experience with Bing Lee wasn’t that great anymore and found that the quality is dropping include customer delivery. Wouldn’t recommend buying large appliance from them or price match for large appliance as their price is not reasonable compare with other retail. Don’t expect they will do a better customer and quality delivery with paying higher cost than other retail.

The manager was not only unhelpful but also displayed a complete lack of respect and courtesy. That was an utterly dreadful experience to endure.

If I could give no stars at all I would It’s not the fact that my problem wasn’t resolved, my issue is at the fact of how rude the ladies at the front desk were. They are in customer service, all I got was arrogance and they were very rude. Never shopping here again!

Bing Lee Rhodes is amazing! I wanted an elegant, efficient & well designed 500L French door refrigerator with glass doors. Spoke to Keith on Friday & I paid online. They delivered a very good Hitachi model next day on Saturday. They unpacked it & removed all packaging. Thanks Team Bing Lee.

Fridge I bought from Binglee was good when I first use it, of course Japanese made few thousand dollars. But soon, there was issue of making ice , I called Bing Lee Rhonda, as they promised if any problems they will contact manufacturers for us thus we bought extra 5 year’s warranty for the fridge.. However terrible customer service, I called few time, they asked me to contact the manufacturer, and I tried so many times, no one pick the phone up, I emailed… never received reply. It is terrible to have customer service like this, I felt been cheated by the store. Never ever go back, terrible.

We came to find a washing machine but we have a very dissappointed moment. Luckily we met front desk guy with the spike hair is so kind and helpful. Otherwise we won't come back to this shop again .. one of the staff look down on us and talk a bit loud . It's very embarrassing If they dont want us to buy cheap thing , make sure don't sell any cheap thing!

Firstly I want to thank David and the two ladies (Front desk and store staff) that were really friendly and attempted to help with my return enquiry, they really deserve a 5 star if any of them was the store manager. I don't live close to Rhodes and because I purchased the coffee machine from this store I thought it was easier to deal with them when returning it. Big mistake despite confirming on the phone that it was okay to bring it to store so I drove all the way then having the store manager to send me back home, he was rude and unprofessional as other reviews say as well. Luckily I went to Carlingford store and the store manager there was fabulous, he spent 15 minutes with me along with 3 other staff discussing my concerns and going through every detail. Shop from other bing lees or JB or Harvey Norman for a much better experience.

You always get a good bargain here, where they will price match and give you a discount if you ask them. We brought a new Front Loader Washing Machine, and it was $150 cheaper than most stores, even the online ones. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I felt really uncomfortable in Bing Lee Rhodes the other day. I had one female salesperson follow me around the store like a vulture and she then intercepted me as I was walking to the counter to purchase something.

Bill at the Rhodes Bing Lee is a star performer. The dishwasher purchase was seamless. After delivery the mounting brackets for the front panel were not in the box. I contacted Bill (who had provided is mobile phone number on the invoice) and told him of the problem, and he mailed to me a new set of brackets at no cost. This is what I call going above and beyond for customer service. Well done.

I have bought a couple of appliances here, and have never had any issues with them. It is a small shop, but you can still get what you want if it's in stock.

Recently moved to AUS and have found much of what we need to set up a new household at Bing Lee! Great selection and prices as well helpful, knowledgeable salespeople. Transactions and delivery have been smooth. The true measure of any store is when something goes wrong - like when our new 75 TV was delivered and we found a huge crack in the screen when unboxed. Called the store and told the rep what happened. Store manager called back within the hour and personally delivered and set up a replacement TV the next morning. Super impressed!!"

We saved $750! In the time standing in front of the microwaves and trying to get the attention of someone to make the sale, we managed to convince ourselves out of buying one.

I bought a Samsung there, it is the worst phone I had so far. I was put in a long queue waiting for 15 min to listen to advertisements in order to get serviced and sorted out the misfunctional phone.

Ok looking store but customer service atrocious. They would rather look at their phones rather than be bothered recommending stock. AND next time don’t screw up your face when someone tells you their budget because $600 is still quite a bit and $600 in BING LEE account is better than $0. I used to buy most of my stuff from Eastwood Bing Lee, when the staff were actually interested in selling and serving….. MANY MOONS AGO! Hasta la vista, Bing Lee 👋

Purchased a pair of nice wireless headphones in June 22. Easy pick up, quick and hygienic process. Its now mid September and the left earcup has detached from the headband. I called up my local store in Chatswood to see if they can help, but perhaps due to a system limitation, they weren't able to see my order or invoice. Fair enough, they redirected me to my store of purchase. I then called up the store in Rhodes, where I purchased it. Although the do not have the model in stock anymore, they are arranging for another store to help me do a warranty swap. Truly helpful if you can explain clearly what you're after with the store of purchase. Excellent service, but will see when the swap is completed!

We needed a lot of things after we moved to Australia from abroad. I have a good memory about Binglee 15 years ago, so of course I visited Binglee when I need home appliances, and I meet Mr. Jacob ghopur, who is so kind and considerate of customers, and I enjoy shopping every time. Although it is far from home, I will definitely use Rhodes Binglee. Thank you so much always mr.Jacob. be safe.

Fantastic service from Than, purchased two Samsung frame TVs and an apple laptop and he was an expert on all products and gave us fantastic prices.

Very doggy dealers I ordered a Samsung Phone Order Number #BL02251780 for click and collect from Bing Lee Rhodes NSW. Seeing they have stock available online. Paid online soon after customer care called and said we have one stock which is opened. I said no I wont take a opened or used phone as I paid for Brand New. On which he said he has to arrange and will take 3-4 days. I agreed and hung up. However I lost trust and called back to cancel the order. To which he said oh we have another one we can give you that. Oh so doggy I asked him to cancel the order as they might just try stich back an open box and give it to me. I requested cancellation on which he banged the phone on me. Now I am struggling to get refund.

Still waiting on an online order to be ready for pickup. Pickup date has passed. The sent me a text saying it was ready a couple of days ago and when I arrived it was not in stock. Not too sure what the go is but seems to happen every time I go here. Definitely the last time shopping at bing lee.

Inaccurate working hours listed. I decided to visit this store as the closing hour fitted my working hour as most stores close at 5:30pm. I rushed to the store as I finished work, arrived at 5:45pm but was not allowed to go in. If you’re not letting customers into the store 15 minutes before the written closing hour, please adjust your working hours or clearly specify that only people who ordered online and chose pick up in store are allowed after a specific time to 6pm. If I knew of this rule I would have saved myself a trip instead of rushing my way to the store and be disappointed. I hope this review gets attention and something will be done so that there aren’t anymore possible customers get disappointed.
