Friendly staff but what I bought was not useful

Asking for help but nobody help me out. I can see the staffs but I guessed they prefer chatting with their co worker than helping me out. They noticed me but they just keep talking. 😔

Customer service sucks. Asked the staff for some advice on how to connect a soundbar and he twice told me he is busy, and will see me soon. Found him on a ladder packing stock!!!

Went looking for a laptop charger. Daniel the young man in IT department couldn’t have been more helpful. Looked up the model found what I needed on the shelves then saved me from a long checkout wait by taking my payment himself. So efficient, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to this store if I need anything IT related. Thanks Daniel !

Hard to navigate stock and a few things missing

Poor (lack of) service during a quiet time

I spoke to a staff member who I later found out was the manager and asked for an item that I knew was in stock online. He outright said we only have whatever is in the display window without even bothering to inquire what I was after. I then called the store as well as another store only to find out they had plenty in stock out the back. What a waste of 4 hours searching at other stores when he could have done his job to begin with. Upon going into the store a second time the two gentlemen at the counter Luke being one of them were really helpful and apologised on their managers behalf. Would recommend speaking to Luke when you go to the store.

Awesome venue, awesome food. Definitely worth a visit. But get there early. Most shops in Broken Hill close early. Stop service by 8:30pm.

Went to buy a mobile phone today but the girl looking after the mobiles was too busy chatting with other staff I interrupted them and said I needed help still no help so I went to officeworks and got it cheaper.

Dude at JB Broady not so helpful (like at all!) sorry i didnt get his name, but rude and unhelpful, didnt want to serve or price (which is his job really) perhaps maccas is a good career option for him however he probably doesnt like to cook burgers either! lol! If anyone visits this place and wants to buy something pretty much the staff are all nice but go and find pegs, he is super friendly and his customer service is beyond an A+, been buying off him for a couple years now. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again pegs for your service.

I go there as it is close to where I live I have to say staff Always seem pre occupied on their phones don't bother to help, I was being served by a member that was eating chips as he spoke to me I told him to finish

I took my mother in law shopping on Sunday to purchase a TV. What a pleasure it was we had Daniel serve us and he was so Polite friendly and nothing was too much of a problem. If anyone need to get anything please go see Daniel you won’t be disappointed. I will def be going back if and when I need new items.

A big thank you to Nathan from Westfield Airport West. I needed help buying a phone last week and he was so patient and helpful. I recommend him to my husband who also needed a new mobile and Nathan once again was professional, informative without being pushy and overall lovely to deal with. I don't often leave reviews but felt he needed recognition as it was a pleasure shopping at this store with such wonderful service.

Be Warned, for some weird reason, there are no more $50 Steam gift cards. & if you grab the wrong type of $50 card in a rush, they will Refuse to exchange or refund it, even if you have the Receipt, and have not activated it. THESE GIFT CARDS ARE A TOTAL AND UTTER SCAM. And they go against Australian Consumer Law & our Rights. In future I will just give people $50 CASH, and they can buy whatever they want. Avoid headaches, DON'T BUY GIFT CARDS. Just give Cash.!

Truly pathetic customer service there. Asked 3 different staff members to get some rather basic information about a handset and all of them responded with I'll call somebody". After 15min I gave...it was also Monday late afternoon and very quiet in store. Seriously how this store would still pull a profit trading with these 'bozo staff' is beyond me…I'll head to JB Essendon to make my purchase instead where at least staff actually enjoy what they do."
