Exactly what you need at the most competitive prices. I reached out to the team via Facebook as I wanted to enquire regarding a product, fast reply, in stock and cheap. When I was served by the team member, they recognised me from Facebook and were immediately able to assist me with the products in question. They also were accommodating with the payment method choices An excellent store. Well worth the visit.

Absolutely most amazing place ever in the entire world, I spent about 3 hours a day here regularly and have spent just over 1000 dollars worth of store credit and real money on snacks/ actual stuff here. This is my favourite place in the entire world ever and I am so glad to be part of the community here.

Really friendly staff, and it's great to have a place to be able to play Magic The Gathering with new people. However, PLEASE do something about the smell for the love of Christ. The smell is what pushed me to write this review. Please either ventilate the place better, make use of air freshners and/or have a no smell policy if needed. All the best

Kind staff, good selection of products, inclusive events

I was served yesterday by the lady with red hair and a broken arm she was very kind and polite and processed a difficult return for me which involved calling two managers so I would like to thank her for her care and service. The owner of this store should recognise how much of an asset she is to your business.

I went into the store tonight to make a purchase Bell and Alec were amazing and helped explained some board games and helped me get some great gifts for myself and others would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a board games or any trading card games to come into the Miranda store to this amazing team.

If you are looking to be disrespected, good games Miranda is the place to go. Female staff member was terribly rude, granted she did ask if we needed anything to just ask which we politely declined for the time being. However the issues arose when we stood at the counter for a number of minutes waiting to be served as she had a conversation with what seemed to be another staff member. We were only served when my partner spoke up to which she replied with snarky and inappropriate comments as if we had interrupted an important conversation, we where also futher degraded as when we requested the pricing of an item we were told 'oh probably too much'. Terrible customer service and such a shame this individual took it upon herself to have a sarcastic and nasty attitude towards customers.

Great space for playing table top games and a friendly staff that love to go the extra mile helping you learn how to play the games you are interested in as well as organising social gaming activities like mini painting lessons and competitions. Staff have always been willing to explain games and make suggestions that meet your expectations.

I called in earlier today in the early afternoon (05/04/2024) but I don't remember the name of the person who picked up. Whoever they were was super helpful in solving the problem I had. I was looking for an airbrush adapter (Badger Airbrush to Iwata Hose Adaptor) and wanted to know if any were in stock at the Miranda store. The person who picked up checked the system for me and unfortunately none was in stock. I had checked the online store earlier and saw they had them in stock at the online store and wanted to know which other stores had them. He then proceeded to explain to me that the online store was stocked in Parramatta, but also went out of his way to check the other stores and if any of the distributors also shipped that specific part to the Miranda store and also explained how the Miranda store usually didn't keep airbrush parts (understandable, its quite niche). Unfortunately the distributors weren't shipping that part to the Miranda store so he then helped recommend other stores that were located near where I lived that could potentially stock the part I needed and even gave a brief description of each store and their location. He even went out of his way to mention ways to check the different stores to see if they had the part I was looking for and accounted for how long the travel time would be. Throughout the entire conversation, he was very friendly and extremely helpful. I regret not remembering to ask his name but I hope only the best for him. Hopefully someone can pass this review onto him so he knows that he deserves a raise. Amazing employee and superb human being. I ended up going to the Parramatta store in the end to get the piece I needed. The Parramatta employees were nowhere near as helpful as the Miranda guy and they even gave me the wrong part at first lol. Ended up going back and swapping it for the proper part later. No hate on the Parramatta employees though, just didn't give me as much info as the Miranda dude. Anyways, cheers for the help super nice Miranda employee, good luck to all your future endeavours. The experience at Good Games Miranda is next level! Aside from being an amazing Australian business, the care and service from the staff there is second to none. Whether you play TCG, Warhammer or Board Games in General, Good Games not only can source what you are after but also make sure you get a warm introduction into the game. They do all the little things that make your experience a great one!

Long term customer of GG Miranda (more than a decade). But most recent experience and interaction with the team leader (TL) of the store was disappointing. The TL was condescending, argumentative and misleading about company policies. From a HR perspective, the TL acted inappropriately. I will not be coming back to GG Miranda and potentially all GG stores. Good Games should coach the TL into his dealings with external stakeholders.

My son loves coming to good games. The owner Phil and his wife Kylie always take the time to make you feel welcome and their enthusiasm for table top gaming is contagious. My son has discovered what I'm sure is a life love of strategy games and a community to enjoy it 😊 Even the family pet is welcome 🐶

I was just at Good Games Miranda, and met one of the staff, Phil. I've played a lot of games at many games stores and many Good Games franchises and Phil was probably one of the nicest most knowledgeable GG staff I've ever met (spanning 6 or so years of GG patronage). Super personable, friendly and helpful. Honestly, its not my closest GG. Shop but I will prioritise it because of the great customer experience I just had. Well done GG Miranda

Purchased single MTG cards from the store, charged a price which is approx 30% then advertised price (re invoice upon prickup). When asked about it the representative was rude and abusive, said we don't care. In other words, dishonest business practice. Do not recommend

Great selection of games. Best place to visit if you want to try something before you buy with their game library. Very supportive environment and multiple opportunities to engage with different communities (D&D, board games, Legion etc). Staff always willing to take the time to speak to you and will answer any questions that you have. Never had a negative experience thank you Phil, Kieran and Kylie.

As a relatively new player of D&D, Good Games Miranda & its staff have been super friendly & helpful as I’ve been learning the game. The more I’ve played it, the more I’ve enjoyed it, & I have these guys to thank for it. I can honestly say this store has brought me more joy than any other game store I’ve visited.

Such a great place to meet like minded people. Here you can play your favourite board games, it seems to me that they have got all the games that I love to play. They run regular events for kids and adults. My son learnt to play dungeon and dragons and he was so impressed with the game, he can't wait to go to Good Games again. Also there's a big collection of games for sale and for hire.

The Staff are always friendly. Since the change of ownership and relocation, Good Games Miranda has a great gaming area. Overall it has a great vibe to the place. Great posts on their Facebook page providing good updates. The Dungeons and Dragons room as I like to call it (as that is my preferred game) is great to get the group together. I have since moved interstate but I still order directly through them because I know they are reliable, can get what I need if they don't have it in stock, and the merchandise is always in top condition when I get it.

Not a lot of stock for a retail store and only look after there regulars, made many orders where money was taken and stock never arrived.

Play space is accomodating for card games, board game, war games or others like Dungeon and Dragons. Helps with gaming communities teaching new people and hosting events for anyone to join.

More like a club than a shop. Great social space out front with comfy sofas and a games library, tables out back for serious gamers. Also, not just a shop for nerds, but also has old-skool games like backgammon and Uno. Friendly, helpful staff top off a wonderful shop.

Friendly staff who know their stuff! This shop has a great range of games to play at home with your family and friends, or give as gifts. I love the games library where you can try before you buy. It's also nice that the shop is a community hub, usually with people playing together at tables up the back.

I am a regular customer at this store and wend to the Yu-Gi-Oh tournament today, bought some snacks and spent around $20 total. Half way through the tournament I was taken outside and accused of taking a card and given a 2 month ban, kicked out of the tournament and couldn’t even say goodbye! What actually happened was; the week before, I saw a pile of cards on the side, when rushed to leave, asked if they belonged to anyone and I was told I could have them so I put them in my deck box and headed home! When at home I saw the card, read what it does and realised that is was the perfect card for my deck. Do not EVER got to Good Games Miranda and definitely do not enter the tournament or spend money!

The staff are friendly, and the prices are fair. Unfortunately, there is a lingering odour in the premise - it smells like a gym and I wanted to leave as soon as possible.

They're always super helpful but aren't pushy and when they haven't known something (which isn't often) they've taken the time to search for it while we're there.
