Nightcap at Caringbah Hotel

Clean and comfortable rooms, staff very kind and welcoming. Great pub and good feed.

We arrived late quite late and were welcomed by the security guy who was lovely The reception team was also friendly. Got 2 free drinks vouchers, so while me and the kids went to bed, my partner took advantage. He said the security guy was so helpful and offered him loads of info on spots to go, which was what we needed coming from the UK. Room was clean (carpet could probably do with a change though) shower was powerful and clean. Slept well. Loved the free breakfast packs in the morning which included cereal, milk wooden spoon, fruit juice and even plastic container for the cereal. Free water in room, tea coffee. On check out we were allowed ro store out luggage. I used my drinks voucher to grab coffee and the lovely woman at reception/bar gave my daughter packets of chocolates, pretzels and even gave is hot muffins! Really felt welcomed throughout and was definately value for money! Would return!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, and everything felt fresh and new, which made for a very comfortable experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, new, and cozy place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

Clean, simple, Tv could be updated and Netflix didn’t work but aside from that all good

Bast serveis I stayed at this hotel very much

Stayed here one night in a double queen room for the bed size and only a few bucks more than the double bed room. The furniture is a bit dated but the room was clean. And the bed was very comfortable for my older body - not too soft but not a plank either. The little bathroom has a large shower with a rain head and loads of pressure - an unexpected pleasure. Also, large, thick, soft towels. Dinner downstairs is typical pub food but quite acceptable. Yeah, I'd stay here again. Book direct with the hotel and get 10% of the best deal here.

We spent two nights at Nightcap in Caringbah. I wanted a twin room and we were given two rooms with a connecting door and very comfortable queen beds in both. Just great,|The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The bathroom was large with a rain shower head and plenty of hot water.|Friendly and efficient Saska checked us in and showed us to our room. Later she worked in the bar and waited on tables at the bistro. She’s an asset to the hotel. The bistro meals were reasonable and adequate for a hotel.|My only negative is that in the bathroom there is a hand basin and that’s all it is, a basin. The bathroom was large but there was nowhere to put toiletries or makeup. A cabinet would have been better.|The price was very reasonable for Sydney stay and we will certainly be back

Couldn’t recommend more! First stop in Australia and Shann was seriously the sweetest! Our booking was wrong but she got us a room for the night and was so helpful to get us settled in. Cozy room and perfect for one night till we were able to get our campervan.

The hotel was great - allowing us creadit for our unused room due to my partners' illnness. This was despite the booking agent Qantas Hotels have a no refund policy.

We stayed for 3 days and were impressed with the spacious modern rooms and the friendly and efficient staff. The tariff was very reasonable and the included continental breakfast was a bonus.

Nice rooms, clean, pleasant decor. The staff obviously pay attention to detail. Good location and sensible pricing!

Cleanliness was good, cute little breakfast packs along with shampoo and conditioner provided. Extremely disappointed with the room. I booked a room with two queen beds, and received two rooms with double beds. We were also put into the room closest to the main road, so was extremely noisey all night. We also had the please of the broken “strobe” light flashing in our room all night from a neighbouring nail salon. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great value for money accomodation

Stayed at the Caringbah Hotel for one night in early November. Check-in place was next to the bar counter and staff was very helpful with the whole process. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. There was also complimentary breakfast (juice, milk, cereal, muesli bar) which was a nice surprise. Plenty of parking outside of the hotel and entry to the hotel after hours would require your room swipe card so security wasn’t an issue for us.

I found this hotel was excellent with customer service, food, and accommodation. I was up from Melbourne for a funeral and every aspect of accommodation, food and customer service was fantastic. I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the funeral and wanted to explore Cronulla beaches which are very close by. I couldn't fault my stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend Caringbah hotel for accommodation and fantastic bistro.

It’s the small things that makes for an amazing stay. First the beds are to die for. Second they had complimentary water and continental breakfast. The rooms were spotless and inviting. However the stairs are a bit of a nightmare. It’s ok if your young. They really need a lift then it would be perfect but for the price it’s worth the stairs. I am definitely coming back here more so just to come to this hotel. The food is great the service is good.

To a person, the Staff were amazing. Left my phone in an Uber, I use it as a wallet so had everything in it. Staff went out of their way to help and got it back for me. Absolute legends..

Great location! Very clean and decent rooms except the bed quality which has been a down for me.

Outstanding venue. Mad if you don’t drop in for a beer. The managers and staff make you feel like you’re at home. Geoff, Phil and the team go out of their way to make your time here memorable. Drop in and say hi to them.

In my opinion there is no better hotel at this price point the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable! Even better than the rooms though are the staff they’re always happy to help and always have a smile which makes it all the more enjoyable. Would highly recommend night cap Caringbah to anyone needing well priced accommodation

room was clean and tidy, well laid out. food wasn’t too bad. staff were friendly and willing to help. small issue with the price of accommodation (went up in price from what I was quoted on the phone for the same room) and we weren’t told / asked about if we had any discount cards or worked at Woolworths- half price meals and discounted accommodation for Woolies staff members, which we both were. ||Overall, not a bad place to stay, but a little bit noisy during the night being on the main road

So bearing that in mind the rooms, whilst a bit on the spartan side, are clean and reasonably comfortable. Surprisingly however no breakfast, no options not even the old “continental” which was very inconvenient and a lost opportunity for them I would have thought.

Stayed with m hubby as a gateway to Cronulla for the spring festival, the location is great and the room was functional and clean. The staff were excellent as well and super helpful. The only let down, was that the night we stayed there was a band in the pub, that played till circa 3am, as we were in the first room, this meant that there was a lot of noise. I would imagine a mid week stay would be perfect.

What a pleasant stay. The rooms are very nicely renovated and as advertised the beds are extremely comfortable. A tricky location to find the car park unless you know the area but that is just a hint for future travellers. I also ate at the hotel and it was delicious. Service for both the hotel and the food was extremely efficient and friendly.
