The girl working there very rude. I understand she is maybe new so I give her smiles be polite because the two costumers before me seemed very angry at her and took long. I didn’t mind as I am patient. I asked her if I can pay and take out money she said yes I just have to buy something so I added something cheap. I know my pin it works everywhere else, it didn’t work there. She looked at me and said I can’t take out money now. She seemed like she was judging me but it wasn’t anything on my end, she needs to be trained more or not left alone. Very upset as we’re others before me.

Staff in particular today but has several times left tripping hazards all over the store busy putting stock away while customers waiting to pay for fuel and other goods Often finding the pie oven empty in the mornings This is a new staff member the old staff member was much better Again today no pies containers all over the floor tripping hazards Attendant saw me walking in decided to go put stock away Another customer waiting for her to activate pump I had to call out to alert her there are customers waiting this attendsnt is very poor at managing time 3-4 days a week no pies in the warmer and always things laying in pathways making it impossible to navigate the store edit 31st January 515 am Staff member same lady sees customers in store and on driveway trying to get service she decides to go and load the fridge Had to ask her to one serve she said rudely hold on and its her job to restock fridges I told her customers come first as I was leaving she went back to filling the fridge and two people were waiting for her to turn on their pump for petrol She has no clue how to run this store The other morning she didn't rmeblven greet customers because she was busy on a phone call Really bad service Id give zero stars but theslres no option

Carwash never works, I think the chances are I've used it once in 100 times or more. Girl has no idea I think really.

Normally grabbing my coffee here every morning but since a new girl started night shift Wednesday Thursday and Friday thats not possible. She’s cleaning both machines at once,trying to restart the machines etc…

Worst experience ever. The staff was extremely rude didn’t even let me speak and keep saying things in a attitude tone while I was just transferring my money on my bank account and didn’t even did anything wrong. I was quiet the whole time and didn’t even want to reply her.

There was limited flavours at the 7/11 and when I came back two weeks later it’s was still the same. The worker’s are very lazy to stock the slurpee with more flavours and also some worker working at 7/11 charged me 5 dollars for the large slurpee.

The person at the register had been on the phone since I entered the gas station. When I went to pay for the fuel, there was no acknowledgment, and I was presented with the amount on the POS machine. Hoping for better customer experience.

Charged my daughter $2 for $1.50 slurpee because they didn't have the 50c to give her in change.

This is the petrol station closest to my house. But I will take a detour and avoid this one. They would not let a lettle girl use their toilet. I know it's staff only, but people are people, I wouldn't ask if not desperate. They also give me the wrong receipt for the petrol. The service is generally non-existent. We have two cars and will not come back Ever!

A dump - constantly understocked, coffee machines always broken, bare shelves, absolutely filthy, disinterested & unfriendly staff (guess who) who are on their phones all the time, owners should be ashamed, avoid, unless you really need petrol and your car can't make it another 300 metres to Ampol up the road. - a total disgrace

Dirty is an understatement. Filthy would be a better description. Filthy, staff dont even LOOK at you, let alone offer a hello, thank you or goodbye... she stayed on her mobike the entire time I was there including when paying. I suggest..go up the road to the store on Cheltenham Rd near Springvale Road and the Bunnings.. friendly, caring staff with a clean store and clean coffee machines. The machines at this store near Parkmore..like their store need a good deep clean. If 0 stars was an option I think it would be deserved.

Most rude attendant I have ever met. Ignored me because browsing on her phone , then yelled at me for trying to explain that there is no supreme fuel option at the pump I used.

Customer service is not what it used to be, the coffee machine is constantly dirty - hygiene levels are concerning especially during COVID. I prefer the 7/11 near Office-works! Don’t waste your time here.

Always dirty, not stocked, workers don't care

Worse customer service, went there few times in the afternoon, the cashier girl is so rude every single time, always throw receipts at customers. Don’t even understand why the boss will hire her. Can hear many other customers complaining and also just saw the reviews by others also mentioned her rudeness and bad customer service.

Appalling customer service. I understand it’s not an ideal job, but I don’t think it’s too much to ask that they look people in the eye when speaking to customers and maybe put in a bit of an effort. I went in at about 10:30am on a Friday just to pick up some Krispy Kreme’s, the girl was not helpful when I asked about their selection, popped the transaction through without a word and I had to ask for my receipt, she handed it over without a glance at me.

I went there today afternoon and Bought pepperoni pizza. It was so cold. The counter girl is rude and asked me to microwave it. Never go there.

I’ve been here many times and there is a poor selection or low stock on popular items in the pie oven and bakery. Don’t see any changes happening anytime soon.

I have been here twice and each time the same staff member was obnoxious and rude. He talked over the top of me and was utterly unhelpful. They obviously have no idea about Customer Service. I will never return and suggest others don't waste their time or their money

Customer service is too bad

I often come in as I live local and work late. I buy petrol for the next few days and normally a pie and some snacks. If you want people to prepay, please signs up or do not get them to prepay UNTIL you put signs up please... All I could hear was 2 people yelling at me through a mike and it was an INCONVENIENCE and upset me. What was the point in using the 7/11 app..???

Today ( 1/12/17 ) at 6.00 pm I hapen to steped into this store for a coffee and when I stepped in the cashier was trying to do something to the coffee mechine as to me I saw he was trying to take the milk out so I asked hi is the mechine working mate " then hereplied " yes its working and if its not working Y I should be putting milk as I would have taken milk home !! " he was very rood. Then I said sorry I just asked bcos I saw you were trying to do something to the mechine as the door of the mechine was opned !! I will never ever go to that place again !!!"
