My 8 year old had an excellent birthday party at Timezone Macquarie on Saturday. We were the 9am slot, which is definitely early for a party, but the venue was very quiet and we were able to use the party table right from the start. Our party host Theerun was great with the kids and made sure everything ran smoothly. The venue doesn’t do food but, with so many supermarkets, food outlets and bakeries at Macquarie Centre, it was easy to pick up what we needed. We picked up some party balloons from Big W just before the party (pre-ordered), but could have skipped that because there was a nice balloon display already on the table.

We booked our daughter’s birthday party at Macquarie Centre. Bo was an amazing party host. We found him to be approachable and helpful with all our needs on the day. Thank you for making our daughters birthday party special and memorable!

Went to TimeZone Macquarie Park for some light entertainment. Surprisingly we played the “Cut The Rope Game” and miraculously in two tries nailed the game and won a huge Star Wars Goodie Packs. We know the games are challenging and it’s not always a win, but this time it was. Thanks TimeZone Macquarie Park

We had an amazing time with our host Bo at my son’s 7th Birthday Party on the weekend. Bo was so lovely and approachable for the kids - not to mention fun! They loved trying to beat him at games and he was a very good sport. The venue was well set up and the kids had such a great time overall.we’d definitely recommend having a party at Macquarie Timezone to any parent - be it for a little boy or girl - we had a mixed group of boys and girls and they all enjoyed themselves!

Terrible experience! I’m writing to share some terrible experiences regarding our recent visit with this Timezone’s hanging machines. My wife and our boys spent over $100 trying to enjoy the game, but unfortunately, they were unable to win anything. The boys and my wife were extremely disappointed, as they felt the machine might not have been adjusted fairly to provide a reasonable chance of success. We understand that these games are designed to be challenging, but this experience felt particularly frustrating, leaving the impression that it was more discouraging than entertaining. We value fair and enjoyable activities when visiting your venue and hope this feedback is helpful in ensuring other families have a more positive experience in the future.

I won a ps5 here! I was in Sydney from the US for just a couple weeks and there were some delays in getting it shipped from the third party company. Elmo (and really the whole staff) were suuuuuper helpful in helping get the shipping expedited so that I could collect the prize in time for my return flight (and avoid a big shipping fee)! Thanks yall!

Super friendly and reasonable staff. Smaller than other time zone but staff are fantastic!

Honestly, the reason why I'm changing my review is because of the machines. Staff are really nice but ever since they started to get more busy, Toto and the Golden Ticket don't come out even after 100's of dollars put into the machine, the tower of tickets used to give 2 plays but now one, Taj Mahal used to be skill and now it chucks the rings into the back corner. Quite dissapointed, been going to Top Ryde ever since. Also wish they had more recent games like Rick&Morty or some games from other locations.

Great place to have a kids party! Staff are friendly and helpful. They set you up for the party really well with a birthday sign and a balloon arrangement so you really don't have to do much.

Lexi did a great job with the kids, communicating with us about using the party space and offering help at every step. Our son and his friends had a great time.

With the School holiday rush crowding the arcades, it amazes me how the Macquarie Timezone staff are managing it so well. Tendering to the large crowd swiftly and with respect. A good jobs to the staff at this place. Smashing it!

Great for gamers had plenty of games to try and a long initialD section but I did see a kid going nuts due to the branch not having a locked glass prize room like most others.

Really enjoy going here after coffee and shopping even for just a game or 2. Staff are super friendly and helpful when buying credit or exchanging gift. We had a great 8th birthday party at Timezone Macquarie Park. The staff were very helpful and engaged, despite there being a big crowd of people in the place at that time. We had access to our own party area on time (& cleaned by the staff for us). The kids had a great time in a safe environment so parents could relax a bit while they supervised. All in all a great venue for this kind of experience.

The attractive men working at this fine establishment are incredibly handsome! The’vr got wonderful and hard working lads and the new manager is killing it running timezone Macquarie! The only issue I have is the noisy Happy Hippos machine in chatswood which is malevolently placed by some meanie next to the MaiMai cabs! Otherwise my experience was most spectacular! :3
