I try to give positive reviews especially near the end of the night but I had the worst customer experience. I had workers literally ignore me and when I finally got someone he was so uninterested, like I’m buying a tech product maybe tell me something about a warranty or something. Or like talk to me at all? Am I just a wallet lmao?

Horribly late delivery, bought a week ahead yet still not delivered on Valentine date. This item transfer from nearby JB Hifi east-garden.
Worst in store experience I have had in a long time. I very rarely write reviews but what an absolute joke. I knew exactly what I needed to buy (Apple AirPods) they are locked in a case so needed staffs assistance. Waited for 15 minutes asked 5 different staff members to just open the case for me all said with an attitude “I’m too busy”. How ridiculous having a store you can’t even make a purchase at. Don’t come here if you need to buy anything.
Don’t choose this store to buy any stuff. Staff and managers all are worst come there to clock in clock out just for money not for customer service.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Among the ones that helped me were Echo and Holly and 2 managers. Echo helped me a lot in getting the best deal with my new device s25 ultra. She was so approachable, knowledgeable and gave an amazing service. Holly was also very helpful and friendly. She greatly helped me with an issue I had with the phone. All the managers were very caring and helpful and other staff members tried to help and they did!

I have been in many times, today is the third time Holy has helped me and I probably should have left a 5 star review each time. She has consistently gone above and beyond for my purchases. The store itself is just like every other JB Hi-Fi, however it would prove the staff are above the rest.
Bought a washing machine took more than two week to be delivered..had to go 3 time at the store to remind them Disgusting customer service and the staff wont even help you…
Friendly staffs with great services
I am usually more generous with my reviews. However, I have never encountered such sleepy staff in all of my shopping sprees! Some staff were, metaphorically speaking, on another planet! When I walked to the counter, one lady was talking to a customer while the other lady stared off into space looking like she was experiencing an alien encounter! Eyes were glazed, and animation was absent. I was tempted to shout, Wake Up!" I even felt like locating management to suggest that they close the store off for 20 minutes to give their staff some nap time. Poor buggers!"
Jade went above and beyond on the service. She is knowledgeable and helpful. I had complicated case purchasing an item, and been SENT AWAY by other staffs that has POOR knowledge about their job. Jade step up , as I was seen being there for a long time. She took time to resolve the problem I am very delighted and impressed of her going extra mile. I can only thank her enough. I hope JB HIFI employ more like her, smart and commited to their job. Thanks Jade now I'm enjoying my 16 promax 😉

I ordered a fridge to my unit complex and played extra 85$ to have them delivered to inside of my home but the delivery people just said they could do that and left with the fridge.
Called ahead to ensure the product i was after was available, i was told they were too busy and i would get a call back. Didn’t receive a call and took a chance going anyway, parking was a nightmare staff were not available had to find the item myself take it to the register. No help was offered in no way shape or form. On the plus side found the item and my son was pleased.
I've had a problem with an order that I made at the store and after long time waiting and calling and getting frustrated I went to the store and I found out that my order has more issues and not what i paid for,I met Stewart the manger who is absolutely professional and fits right for this position,I would like to thank him again now for his great attitude and great service,the best thing I realised that he tries his best to do better for the business but when it becomes frustrating to the customer and the customer is losing his rights he's definitely so professional to deal with that, he is a blessing for jbhif to have him as a manager or any other business,please ask for him if you have any issues and if you 100% have rights,he will definitely make you walking out of the store very happy. Horrible customer service!!!!! I went for a replacement for my google earbuds because they broke and were still under warranty, went to the media area, and when I told the girl about the reason for my presence, she told me she had no time for me as it was boxing Day sale and to do it online, when I told the manager, she proceeded to tell me the same thing but in a polite way...... I will never step foot in jb hurstville......
Confusing vibe in here, almost like staff are actively avoiding customers. I decided what I wanted to buy and needed to wait around for half an hour for someone to check stock.
I woild give 0 star, but the minimum is 1 star. Worst in store experience ever, manager assisted for like a minute then asked another staff to help. Despite the manager got nothing else to do. When raised the issue, manager would send the staff back and forth and does not even speak to the customer directly. Someone in a leadership position displaying this type of behaviour, I sincerely question the ability of this particular manager to lead the store.
I was given the most personalised service from Ethan who demonstrated problem solving skills and customer service that exceeded expectations. Thank you again.

Today i bought a 16 Pro from you guys.Before that i talked to one of your tall asian guy to talk about the phone but he wasnot professional and looked like he don't care about the sale of jb hifi.I hope it concerns the related authority.I think its because he may be he saw that we looked south asian so its not a problem to show no interest on us.Dont forget we are too many in sydney.Remember the impact.Anyway I got the phone from aussie girl she was sweet and i hope she gets good bonus. This is why you make less sale than harvey normn .Focus on your customer service . HAVE A GOOD NIGHT!!
Horrible. The staff numbers are low and no matter if it’s click & collect or in store purchase. On the 4 occasions, I am here to make a purchase I have to wait over 15min just to be served and pick up my products (mainly TV)

Updated review of the hursville store. They are by far the best store here in st george sutherland shire area. Easy to make a deal with. No wonder they are always busy. Happy to wait the extra time for a good deal.

Staff are so busy, its hard to find someone available
They are so helpful here. Seriously. They go above and beyond to ensure your questions are answered. I love it in here. Chris is fantastic too! I think he’s a manager.

The staff wasn’t really helpful and feels like he was testing and playing with us. We just want to get the product itself without adding more products. Still asking us if we were getting other products. Legit answered his question that we are only getting the product ITSELF. Turns out he just wants to tell us that there’s $100 off if we add on other products on top of it. Just get straight to the POINT.
A very garbage buying experience. I went to the store to buy a laptop, but after a long time, no one paid attention to it. Later, an Asian shop assistant wearing glasses came over and casually promoted bundled consumption to me. Seeing that I wasn't fooled, he started yawning in front of me. Calling me 'body' is just too exaggerated.
I wish the customer service was better. Plenty of staff but it seems like everyone is anti social. When dealing with staff they were not interested in helping find the best suited product for my needs.
The girl was short & abrupt
Jason, our salesperson, was incredibly patient and helpful in locating DVDs the Avenges & Christian Bale's Batman trilogy. He also honoured the sale promotions which contributed to us making a number of purchases. Thank you Jason!

Does not always carry blood ray movies that are available on their website. This can include new releases
Not happy with this store. Unaccommadating. Fine while your buying,the minute your product doesn't work like Electricals this shop doesn't want to help left me with a broken down Fridge,for 2 months now still has Not accessed it, where as MacArthur Shopping Centre JB HI-FI is so great,pity they don't sell Electrical goods. And l was told that they can't fix my fridge which is not very old and close to 1,000 l have spent so much money in Electrical goods at this Hurstville store and a few goods lve bought are not work,they like to sell to you but won't fix it,which is shameful good at taking money but not fixing it. They delivered my Fridge and damaged it left dents in my Fridge which is definitely unacceptable and also left me without food as they didn't deliver on time and l lost nearly 300 of food had to throw the lit out and now same thing accept this fridge stopped working and l lost all my shopping over200 worth, Unacceptable,and an expensive vacuum is not working as well as the filter in my washing machine torn straight away only weeks after buying,l have had Bad luck from your store.plus l was told l could Not get the DVD called IF.well l did get from MacArthur Shopping Centre JB HI-FI. Hurstville Store you definitely need to Improve you're whole Customer service and make it Friendly and Helpful and Resolve and Issues that customers have,as you Don't do this,which is Unacceptable and shockingly discraceful!😡😠 Services years ago were a great deal better than what they are today! And Electrical goods are not take away,or throw away items,when you spend thousands of dollars ok!! My friend and I went to Hurstville store to buy an adaptor today. Then she was interested in their new Telstra plan with $750 gift card and even plan to buy a new IPhone 16 pro max. Reda helped us to check the stock every where and provided alternative solutions but unfortunately it out of stocks currently. Then he assisted her to set up new account with the mobile plan. She doesn’t speak fluent English which made the things even harder. He is so nice and patient to explain and teach her a step by step. He treated her not just like a customer but a family member. I was so touched by all these. We are so lucky to have Reda today and it is also very lucky for JB Hifi hurstville to have a staff like Reda!
Management ensure u have sufficient staff to take customer's money! Waiting 20 mins for u to scan item and take payment not good enough
Staff aren't very useful or attentive. Click and collect takes forever and staff are always trying to upsell you on every item.
One star because I can’t give 0! Most of the staff is useless. When trying to buy a speaker, the first girl at the door couldn’t seem any more unhappy to be there and avoided contact with customers at all cost. Second girl we saw asked if we needed help, when we asked for a speaker she said “oh yeah, give me a min as I’m with a customer”.. then why would she offer help?? We asked same girl later for different colours of the speaker and she said they had only black left in stock. We left the shop and when we came back to buy we asked a different attendant (guy this time) and he pointed us to the display where they had a huge bunch of different colours except for black!! He did confirm the price was 89 dollars and asked his colleague (now a 3rd girl) to help us with the purchase and she was charging us 99 dollars. We told her her colleague had just told us it was 89 and she said “no, it says 99” so we looked on the website and it was 89. When we showed her she said “oh okay, yeah sorry it’s 89”.. what is wrong with the staff in this shop!!??? Looks like recruiters need to do a better job and owners change the business model
Standard retail experience. Staff have always been busy engaging with customers when I've visited the store. My main interaction with this store to return an online order. There was a bit of a wait time, but it got sorted without too much fuss. They tried to push me to get my refund as store credit or a jb gift card. I was firm on getting a refund, as is my consumer right for a faulty product.
My local JB HI-FI and the staff are always super friendly. Always willing to help and always looking to help for discounts. They are very knowledgeable and know their stuff. Always price match so guaranteed to get best price available. If not in stock they can bring in or deliver. Thanks team.

Absolutely worst customer service. The first guy said they had the new iphone in stock and told us to wait for a sales" team member. Asked one guy from the department he said he's helping someone else and told to wait. We waited for 30mins and the guy tried to ignore us we called him and asked if the pro max is in store didn't bother to check just said No and walked away in hurry. Unprofessional and lack respect for other people's time."
The guy working kept pushing on me to get the higher range model of TV than the one I was after and seemed annoyed on me wanting to get the one I like.
I oredered from jb hi fi several times now and i am so happy with my products prices and service I ordered digital photo frames yesterday and it was delivered today so happy Ty Staff and delivery people for a wonderful service
THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I do no recommend to buy anything from this store. They use a terrible delivery company... I got a LG faulty fridge from them and i have been living a nightmare to get it replaced... they already rescheduled my delivery FOR 6 TIMES (YES 6 TIMES !!!) Every time they come with a different excuse... couldn't find parking? the driver didn't have an offsider to help him... they got delayed with the other deliveries etc... They treat the client like idiots I'M VERY FRUSTRADED

Had a pathetic experience today in store. One of the staff completely denied us of selling iPhone. Even though it was in stock and other staff member confirmed they had in stock. We checked online and it showed availability in store and also for click and collect. Other staff member sent us to telecom sector to queue where no one attended us for 30 mins. Totally careless and irresponsible staff. Never going there again to buy anything.
Horrible experience, no one is bothered to sell merchandise. Although Iphone was available in store, one sales guy said its not available while other said its available. Waited for almost 30 minutes to no avail.
