Rude staff, front of house staff not welcoming ignored my partner and myself to help others even tho we were waiting longer, not helpful as didn't tell us how to get to room or didn't help where we could park Not enough amenities in the room such as fridge, microwave, small table and chairs for eating dinner. Blinding light thru the window at night making it almost impossible to sleep First room impression not overly welcoming ie paint falling from the roof, mold in the bathroom and pubic hair in the bathroom sink, toilet seat is broken Shower water pressure doesn't exist always goes cold even when the hot on full max Fresh towels provided, but bed was left unmade, oddly quite and feels like a ghost town didn't see a single staff member or any other hotel guests at all

don’t come here their garlic bread is mouldy 🤮

Very nice hotel and service. Everything as described and as expected! Maybe even a little better!

Clean basic room with amenities. Only downside is there's no lift so if you have heavy luggage you need to carry it up the stairs and a microwave and fridge in the room would have made it much better.

Great hotel great meals good staff. Rooms good apart from lacking tea towels and coffee and tea for guests. Not much to ask for. Had to get plates and cups from dishwasher and remove left over food from fridge. But overall good place to stay except for noise down stairs a bit loud at times

The working staff was rude and i noticed security guard he was just talking so rudely. Service was totally terrible.

I have visited quite a lot the pub restaurant, the food was good, huge service if you are hungry and delicious also very cheap.

Friendly staff, the train is not working atm so be mindful when booking , nearest train route is burwood so you need to a take a bus and train to get to the city. Also no lift so was difficult to carry our luggage. The shower water smelt like egg and was not powerful. Bed was comfy and room was okay but abit dusty. The outside street noise was a bit loud and there was constant light shining through the window which made it difficult to sleep.

Great location and close to station. Comfy beds. Do need fridges in single rooms and light blocking window furnishings would be good

Single guy in town just for the marathon. Stayed 3 nights. Next to the train station. Worked for me. Direct bus to the airport just 30 minutes away. No lifts / elevators. Be mindful it’s a male crowd downstairs as Its a TAB pub plus the pokies. Asian neighbourhood so you might want to hit the supermarket eg Coles /Woolies before coming back. Co sharing bathrooms. Cheap & mostly clean are its virtues. If I’m alone it’s my choice abode.

Booked a room and I loved it, the area and how close it is to buses, shops and trains. Great pub to have a snack 🥨 or a drink. Cons:: -You can hear next door making banging noises. -No fridge to store milk and bread. -So many stairs -Microwave would be great 👍

Is very good place. The staf . Are polite Only not area for smokin an 2 much smell. But is ok.

A great pub, good location, accomodation was brilliant for a pub locations. a bit rough around the edges but not bad. Just a bit of noise at night but again, not a huge deal. Enjoyed our stay.

I recently visited the Oasis on Beamish with friends, excited to enjoy a night out in their game room. Unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable, thanks to the rude behaviour of their security staff. After grabbing drinks, we decided to wait for a free poker machine since all were occupied. As we stood there, chatting and waiting, a security guard approached us with an unnecessarily harsh tone. He accused us of loitering and insisted we leave the game room, despite our explanation that we were just waiting for a machine to become available. The guard’s attitude was rude and condescending, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We were there as paying hotel guests, yet we were treated with suspicion and disrespect. It’s disheartening to think that this is how the Oasis on Beamish treats its patrons. I wouldn’t recommend this game room to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming environment. There are plenty of other places where you can enjoy your evening without being made to feel like you don’t belong. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

No frills old school pub with faultless service from Janaya ( may have spelt incorrect ).

This place is impossible to miss, and I’m glad I finally visited this establishment. If you’re looking for an upscale pub, probably best to look elsewhere. However, this pub has old school charm and they pour a nice Guinness. The food offering is from Gage Dining which was a pleasant surprise. Prices are great as well. I’ll be back.

The food here honestly top tier for its money you cannot go wrong. I always get the chicken schnitzel and it doesn’t disappoint, been eating here every fortnight.

At the food area, most of the time doesn't accept pay by card, it is suspicious only accept cash maybe the ATO has to do an inspection

The bloke behind the counter had attitude and didn’t listen as a result a different meal came out. I felt bad so I thought I try it what a mistake it was terrible and disgusting. I don’t recommend this place for a meal. The actual pub is nice the bistro should be dissolved.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and were very impressed with everything from checking to checkout, especially when you take in the price. Staff were very accomodating. Could not fault our overnight stay. Meals in the pub were also amazing.

Had lunch there today. Had the rump steak special for $19 with chips and salad. This meal was great. Cooked perfect, diane sauce was terrific. Definitely worth stopping in for lunch one day. Great value for money

I Could Check in After 9PM, which is usually Not possible. Room did smell a little like someone just smoked in it, which i did Not like. Shared bathrooms were clean. Overall a good experience for a Short stay in Sidney. No loud music at Night and lots of Restaurants around.

Het is een vrij simpel hotel maar wel goed voor de prijs! Gedeelde badkamers / toiletten die netjes worden bijgehouden! De schoonmaak van de kamer was bij onze ervaring wat minder. Gebeurde bij ons niet dagelijks en heb zelf om nieuwe handdoeken moeten vragen.

This place has a little bit going for it. However, Some of the staff are simply rude. Unfortunately however, there are very few alternatives in Campsie

The service was great, the pillows and bed were the comfiest, the meal down at the dining room was a 4/5 only because Im use to a certain parmy not one with eggplant on it and it wasnt a tomatoey sauce it was different, the room needed a mini fridge though as we couldn't keep anything cold. Other then those couple of things it was a great stay.

The food is reasonably priced and actually tastes good. The atmosphere is good and it's family friendly. Gets very busy at dinner time.

The girl name gee in bottle shop is very rude to me . I am regularl customer there . I wont go there anymore. Pls tell your staff to be nice with customer.

really good clean rooms, professional and fast check in, bathrooms and rooms reasonably modern and clean. A good value and pleasant option. Yes its a bit noisy - but its a main road pub in a town centre - no complaints here will be back next time i am in sydney.

I've been there a number of times and enjoyed it please feel free to go there and take the kids out for dinner I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Atmosphere beaut, food amazing. 10/10

I had been to this place once before about 2 years ago. I paid cash for my room to the guy at the front desk at the hotel, he also asked to me to pay a credit card deposit for the room, which I did. I was also told the money would be paid back into my account (the deposit never came back) after many calls to the hotel, they said the deposit will be paid back, the money never came back. So why did I go back and book this hotel again (HOW SILLY WAS I). The hotel was very close to where I had to go for a function. I was very reluctant to do it again but I did. (HOW SILLY WAS I). This time when I got to the hotel I was informed that the hotel was booked out and my room was booked for the Monday the 3rd of July, not Saturday the 1st of July. This hotel for me is a defiantly no-go zone. So, if you are going to book a room, or go the kitchen, or go to the bar, or deal with the staff, I will be saying. (HOW SILLY ARE YOU).. I gave this hotel a one star only because you have to give it a rating..... Phil.

Pleasant stay. Electronic entry doors to the room. I loved their cleaned linen. It was fresh, white, and crispy. It felt brand new. The television had a variety of channels to choose from. The was the wardrobe space with some cost hangers. A desk was provided as were mall hair necessities such as shampoo and conditioner. Internet service throughout. The shared bathroom had a hair dryer. The water in the shower was cold. Renovations have been ongoing for a month now, so this could have been corrected. Renovations were also going on during my stay to the floor I was staying on. The hot water issue could now be irrelevant.

Food price went up and the food size went down.....I'll never go back there ever again!!!!!@

Ho soggiornato a febbraio ed ho trovato la struttura e la stanza sporche. In camera ho trovato parecchi scarafaggi, in 3 giorni il letto non è mai stato rifatto e non abbiamo avuto nuove confezioni di bagnoschiuma o shampoo. Terribile.

Booked 2 rooms apartment here and it was excellent. We came here around 10AM and they let us check in right after that without any surcharge. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything you need during the stay. They have fridge, kitchen stuff, microwave and washing machine. Totally come back here for our next stay in Sydney.

It's called a sports bar with only 3 sports channels, we ordered calamari and got spring rolls instead so not only 3 sports but wrong food as well as when I went to the bar there were no bar staff for 5- 10 minutes.

I was surprised to be asked to pay deposit another 100$ after I paid 139 for the room. Room was OK

We had the towels changed on a daily basis, but the sheets were ignored and the mini soap wasn’t replaced. |This place is just a dream for the cockroaches-lovers, smoke-addicted, dust breathers. For anyone else: please don’t.

The rooms are not soundproofed, you can't open the window because it smells like barbecue because of the snacks in front. There was work all week, so every morning awakened by drill noises. A man was smoking on our floor so it smelled of cigarettes in our rooms. A door in the room that overlooked a common balcony did not lock. I will never go to this hotel again

If you live cigarette smoke, this is the place for you!!!

Stupidly cheap; from the food to the grog. Very friendly atomsophere and always got some form of sports on TV. Rare to see a pub like this these days

Big servings of fresh delicious food Reasonably priced drinks

I stayed in this hotel for a little bit more than a week. 3 days in a Queen Room with shared toilet and 5 days in a Single Room with shared toilet. The rooms were super clean, nice decorated with own tv and air conditioner. The only issue was that my Single Room had a pigeon nest on the roof and I could hear the pigeon during the day moving in the roof but it wasn't something that really bothered me. The hotel has many toilets that you can use, they were clean everyday. Housekeeper coming every morning at 10am to get you fresh towels and picking up rubbish. You have the hotel downstairs where you can eat a really nice and big meal for only 15 bucks! A bit far away from the city but I would definitely come back and I enjoyed staying here.

Great location. Even on top of a bar it's quiet.
