Waren gerade dort nach einen anstrengenden Tag in Sydney. Wollte mir mit meiner Frau noch ein Bier gönnen. Wir setzten uns draußen auf die Terrasse. Ich ging zum bestellen hinein und wollte 2 Bier. Da fragten Sie mich welches, da hab ich mir von der Schankanlage eines rausgesucht. Ich wurde schlecht verstanden da mein Englisch nicht soo toll ist, und Die sich auch nicht bemühten mich zu verstehen. Da haben Sie mich gefragt was ich heute schon getrunken habe, ich sagte, Mittag zum Essen zwei Bier, und warum sie fragen, da sagten Sie mir, dass Sie mir kein Bier mehr geben könnten da ich schon zuviel getrunken habe !! Frechheit! Darauf sind wir gegangen und kommen NIE wieder!!

Took out a membership at the Kingsgrove RSL. It means a great deal to me to hold a membership where my grandmother had been a member for so many years.

Food is great. Huge servings good prices

Went there on a week day for lunch,great meal and friendly service.

There is raffles and always too noise to be there talking or having funny.. Also the woman does the draw get inside looks after her friends to give than gift cards. Anyway it's only peanut gift card $15 So other club you can get over $50 gift card while you play so not good deal to be at this club There also is a promotion the laid never stop talk also too loud, so we cannot enjoy the place ..there is other two club more peacefully

They can't follow simple instructions to not put advertising material in the mailbox. All they want is to leech your money through the pokies, anyways.

Located at 8 Brocklehurst Lane, Kingsgrove, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 I have been to this club several times now with my group. It’s a very good club to come to with family and friends. It has a couple of options to where you can eat , first there’s the Fireside Brasserie which is where my group eats. The food is very tasteful and the prices are pretty reasonable. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The layout is very wheelchair 🦽 friendly which is good for us as we have disabled people in our group. The other option as to where you can eat is the Poloy Chinese Restaurant. I haven’t been there as we come on a Monday and it’s closed then. If you just want a drink 🥃, you can go to the Parkside Bar. The club has the usual Pokie Machines that every club has if you like that. The club overall is very welcoming and very wheelchair accessible. There’s good parking 🅿️ facilities with a car park attached and the toilet 🚻 facilities are good also. It’s located a stone throws away from Kingsgrove Railway Station 🚉 if you use public transportation and so is easy to get to. I would definitely recommend. Thumbs up 👍👍

20 friends and family went to the bistro for sunday lunch the club made us all feel very welcome the food was very nice and were all surprised at the live singing he was really good and helped set the atmosphere we all enjoyed the day and the prices and food quality was very reasonable. Looking forward to going back soon and trying the Chinese restaurant next time

Food is a bit overpriced compared to some other places. Otherwise it is a good place to meet up with friends.

The ladies at the bistro always look after my elderly Mum when we pop in for Sunday lunch or a family birthday group. Meals are delicious, served quickly & the bar staff do a great job with the wines & beers. All the club staff are friendly, it's always nice to visit.

Parking lacked lifts and signs...horrible experience. But the Poloy restaurant was ok. Good service.

Lovely little club, great feel about it, everyone is very friendly. Bistro food was number one! Had 2 Ceasar salads and 2 grilled Barra, all 4 meals were huge, tasty and reasonably priced. A hidden gem, loved it.

Visiting very often, particularly during footy seasons, and my lady always playing bingo twice a week, staffs are friendly

I took friends to eat there in the brasserie on a public holiday and we were not disappointed. The meals were prepared quickly and tasted very fresh. The chicken schnitzel was a full breast with gravy on side, salad and French fries. There is also a free drink voucher. I definitely recommend. There is plenty of parking at the club and membership is only $5. A very easy experience. Glad our first choice wasn’t open!

Amazing customer service in Kingsgrove RSL wonderful staff at the reception desk and Shashi is so amazing and friendly. Every Tuesday night when we come for our ACN meeting she has a great smile and welcomes us to the venue. Great food and atmosphere. I highly recommend Kingsgrove RSL. Well done team

After being away for some years i was dumbfounded by the way the club had reduced general seating but a phlethora of pokies,when you order a drink the gaming"noise is an insult to one's integrity."

Dinner - absolutely horrible. Hot chips were cold, my mash potatoes was disgusting, my mash colour was orange. Rump steak was over cooked and tasted really bad, they need to find better places to purchase there meat. I have been here afew times however food has been disgusting every time. I have tried to give it a chance every time I visit. But the Chinese food up stairs are really good. Bistro down stairs need ALOT of improvement, definitely 1 star Restaurants. I don't mind waiting for my food as long as it taste good especially for what I pay for.

Bunch of crooks. Let's begin by the fact if you want to join for 1 year only. It's June. You only get 6 months even though you paid for 12 months. I had attended this club for multiple lunch and dinners. Which accumulates points. July comes, to which I think I would like to redeem points for a drink, i was then told the points get reset on June 30!!! What complete nonsense. I'm not even getting an entire year with the membership THEN to be wiped away of the points. I am also disturbed about the RSL's ethics. They are charging a full year's membership fee, but only giving members 6 months or less of access. They are also resetting points within 1 month of a 6-month membership. This seems like a very money-hungry and unethical business practice. I would not recommend the RSL's membership program to anyone. They do not value their members, and they do not provide good customer service. I was not happy about the fact that my points had been reset, so I approached the staff member who was working at the time. She was busy talking to someone else (which was the same person she was talking with when I first came in - possibly a friend) she tells them to wait. I tried to explain my frustration but she dismissed me quickly and told me to call the 2IC during the week to complain. I was shocked that she didn't even bother to call over the duty manager who was on shift. She just gave me a business card and sent me away. This is a clear example of poor customer service. That experience simply skyrocketed and fueled my frustration to levels I have not had before. I also recall a time when I was at this RSL before, and I saw another patron complaining about something. The staff member at that time also disregarded the complaint. This leads me to believe that this RSL does not care about customer service. They are more interested in making money than in providing a good experience for their customers. I don't understand how the RSL can justify charging a full year's membership fee when the membership only lasts for six months or less. And then to reset the points within one month of the six-month membership period is just plain selfish. This is unethical business practice. I am just very disappointed with the RSL's customer service and it's business practices. I will not be renewing my membership with them.

What a find! New to the area. Friendly staff. Great Bar and amazing food.... love a relaxed game of bowls. Will be back for sure. Often!

This is a nice club, good prices in the bistro. Portions are not skimpy, food overall is very good. The patrons are friendly the staff are friendly. Beer isn't watered down. Big screens everywhere, there is a Chinese restaurant besides the bistro. I haven't tried it yet, next time around I'll give it a go.

Ordered a glass of wine 🍷 glass was dirty, rump stake more fat and grizzle than meat

Although the surroundings are fresh and modern the food at the Bistro was very bland and average and staff looked like they didn't want to be there. We will be unlikely to return.
