Stopped by to quickly grab two cables, walked out nearly an hour later with a bag full of things that I swear I need. Part of the 'delay' was some excellent service and support from the staff there who not only helped when I was looking for something else that I promise I needed, but after we couldn't find it went away researching it and finding what they did have that was similar. It's hard for brick and mortar stores to compete in this space with online stores and fast shipping, but with good customer service and knowledgeable employees there is still a very good reason to shop here.

Very good customer service at this shop. Was helped by John yesterday. He listened well, helped me find the two products that I needed. John looked up manual for one of the items to get more info and explained the aspects that I needed to understand. Nice guy. Have only been there once before and the person who served me then was also very good.

This store is unfortunately across the road from my work. I say unfortunately because the service is so good and the gadgets are so enticing that the VISA card is being smashed! All staff have been friendly, helpful and knowledgable. As for the reviewers complaining about them checking for vaccine status, this is a government mandate and they are doing their job. This is my GO TO shop....wishing you ALL a merry xmas!

I always experience top service from these guys. Bought a Brass Monkey fridge the other day. Faulty after 8 hrs. They replaced it, no nonsense... even had the replacement ready at the loading dock for us. Also special call out to Susan... knowledgeable, friendly and very proactive. Keep it up guys... you rock!!

Was treated rudely by the store owner i believe when i entered the store with a drink n mask in my pocket. Was told to drink outside.. We all have to follow the rules but respect is also an unspoken rule we should not forget... No need to be rude about it.... Wont be spending my hard earned money here... allot of other store owners still understand this despite being in the same situation.

Cheaper then other retail stores

I ordered a few things online for click & collect. My items were ready to collect less than 30 minutes after ordering. The pickup was very easy, items were packed well & the customer service was friendly. 🙂

Bought a remote control car for xmas for my son. The build of the car was very good but unfortunately the battery stopping working after one day. The staff were able to diagnose the problem and give me a new battery straight away. A pleasure to go into a store where the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and able to solve a problem very quickly.

Dropped in for a quick special tool purchase, walked out 30 minutes later with the tool and two other great products. Very friendly staff, excellent layout of store with no clutter and things easy to find. And best of all - it's just full of amazing electronic gadgetry - my partner had to drag me away! Thanks guys!
