I went looking for outdoor tiles and the lady said we don't have such tiles! 😂😂 Are they for real? Of course, I found outdoor tiles and took a photo. What a waste of salary and fear to think how this employee has affected their sales! Tragic!!!

I got good help from young man in the store for the leather gloves I wanted. Unfortunately there were no stock left in the store.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cafe and relaxing outdoor couches to watch kids on the playground from. Playground is great although equipment is quite tall, so be mindful with little ones. Large public toilets, with Male, Female, Accessible toilets and a parents room amd toilet with a change bench, although parents room wasn't super clean, but large toilet which can fit pram/ trolley in and lockable

Smaller than most Bunnings and still great variety of goods for what we need.

Always find what I need. All staff ready to assist. Able to get items quickly even using my mobility scooter.

Again a good example of untrained team member I went to Bunnings at Dandenong today to buy some electrical wires for led light upon asking a team member when the stock was not on shelf was given reply I am not sure when requested to check at the back off the store just in case was said I don’t know how to find out and not sure if anyone can help.

I had a lovely experience today at your dandenong branch . A young lady . Teaghan McClure noticed I was struggling with my trolley , not only did she take over for me , she also took it to my car and unloaded it for me .. all work a smile .. thank you again Teaghan.. Credit to bunnings

Friendly customer service.

Hate all bunnings stores. No staff when u need them. No respect for there customers. Think that everybody that walks in the store are thrives. Not everybody is dishonest only a minority.

A huge shout out to Ann, the activities organizer at Bunnings (Dandenong South), in 30+ degree heat, a Christmas Party was held and it was a sparkling success because there was something for everyone and that takes a ‘switched-on’ management team to pull that off… top effort !

Luv Bunnings, but they need to have more check outs working, it's rare the self check outs are open and just 2 check outs are not good enough. We ended up walking out without purchasing what we wanted.

Sold me Trojan Headlight Restoration Kit and it has destroyed my headlights. The film you apply after polishing and cleaning has cracked and can not be removed. They should not be selling this product, and there are my reviews saying the same. Pity I didn't read them before buying. Bunnings' response was to ask which store I bought it from and for proof of receipt. When they rang me, all they said was, they will pass on my feedback to the team. My headlights are ruined, and I didn't even get an offer for a refund. Not happy Jan.

Love bunnings everything you need under one roof

Friendly staff, just not enough of them.

Would suggest bunnings to give some training to the young female staff on how to talk and how to greet people . If one don’t feel like working , should sit at home with their ugly looking face rather than showing their face to everyone .

Horrible service no one wants to make a Decision on price matching which they heavily promote . The manager Taylor was to busy staring up the BBQ instead of managing the store and I was to wait she finished before helping me . Problem solved I went to Fountain Gate Bunnings and was in and out in 5 mins

Thank you to Graeme and Eric for their help. They were friendly, they were honest about wait time and services. My cousin went to the pakenham bunnings and the guy lied and said they do not cut wood sheets into pieces for personal projects even though I have been there no less than 3 times to have this done at a bunnings, it is a service they offer. They were not friendly and were just very unhelpful. This morning I travelled to Keysborough bunnings, Dennis said he of course we cut wood! We can do it for you, our machine is working. When I came back with the wood, the young man said sorry our machine is not working to which I replied is it that or you don't want to cut it, he said that would be Springvale bunnings. So I travelled to Dandenong, I appreciate the friendly greetings and they were more than happy to cut the wood for me and 3 sheets of it. Eric was happy to do it! Thank you so much. Serfino was happy to help in the tools section. Thank you Dandenong team! Highly recommend this bunnings!

This is our Sunday hangout place for family! My kid in the craft session with my wife, me shopping for gardening and woodworking items! We come here every weekend and this place has become our favourite shop!
