The person who was initially supposed to help me with my purchase was very rude. He just couldn't be bothered. He referred me to another person in the store who not only didn't have a clue what he was doing but also started serving another customer while leaving me. I was completely ignored.

Very bad be aware of hidden information happened twice with me They only rush you to do the payment and they don’t inform you nothing about the waiting time I paid for a washing machine with agitator and when i picked up it was with no agitator When i asked why they said it doesn’t come with agitator the staff who sold you doesn’t know Very unprofessional Doesn’t recommend

Bing Lee have assisted us for the last 20 years at hurstville. They are super helpful at sourcing exactly what we need in an efficient manner and at the right price. Will continue to use them as they always give us the best price and service with a smile. Easy phone orders too!

Worst customer service. Store person was not polite and not helpful. As if he didn't want to help. Oh well the stores loss I will find somewhere else to shop and much friendlier staff.

Below average service, everything is negotiable means everything is expensive, last week, after I showed the sales lady the Hisense TV price from one of the competitor’s website, she said she cannot matched that it was too low, then I trust her and purchased the TV at $763. Then what happened was I visited Good Guy Caringbah yesterday to buy a sound bar and saw the same TV model and just for curiosity I checked the price, the Good Guy can do 20% off, which means $650! My advice is do your homework properly before visiting this shop and don’t trust “this is the lowest price we can do” shxt Anyway, the TV is working OK though

Went to this store to get a price match. They told me to go online to get it done. However, online chat told me I could only price match an item in store for pick up. I called them after this and they told me the price match was too low and they couldnt do it. Waste of time.

Always Look for William. Happiest shopping experience with the Best customer service after purchasing washing machine. His motto is anything to make the customer happy.

Use to go to this store… Customer service gave very ‘blank’ treatment… the item I bought was for a gift for someone…. And the box the product was in, was torn down one side… which I had mentioned & asked if item was ok / undamaged…? anyway this was replaced with same product from the storeroom with one / box that looked like it was pushed around on the floor on all sides for a year & corners crumpled… As a customer, I had no say and was told to sign collection form… no thanks, no bye, nothing…. Anyway when this is presented as a birthday gift tomorrow - extended family members & relatives will ask where the heck I got that from & explain this is what they also spent their money on! & if it still works?! Yup from binglee with the matching service! (Woman at counter probably thought I was fussy, but zero conversation was entertained, with a get your item and now leave stare…) If anything I will avoid the Hurstville store & go to the city or Bankstown stores or jbhifi / Officeworks who will price match… It is unfortunate I had to write this review also…🙁

Good lines of product and pricing as you would expect from Bing lee, but the service is a bit below what you would typically expect from other Bing Lee store.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff

I have been shopping in Bing Lee Hurstville since 2015. The reason I have been going there because of the customer service they provide. I'm talking about Mr.Ben who is a fantastic sales representative. He looks after you, gives discount and moreover, if any issue arises he helps you. Recently, I had a issue in one of the item and still had warrranty. I went to the store and Ben was not working that day, I had to deal with someone else. He didn't even listen to me, he was super rude. I was shocked the way he dealt with the issue. Sorry, I won't recommend this store anymore especially, later, if you have to deal with some issues.

Very bad customer service. I had a grumpy staff member who kept yelling and always says no to any question I asked him. Too sad to see a store as big as this with poor customer service. I think staff members in this place should be either replaced or get intensive training in customer service.

Make sure you pay the cheapest delivery, staff will tell you anything in order to charge you more. Delivery guys will no unpack or take the rubish for you. it is unfortunate but ilenia didn't do a good job on providing the correct information.

Thanking Billy for his wonderfull service today. He went way above and beyond what is expected from a sales person . First time customer here and certainly won't be the last. Bing lee should be very proud of Billy and his 5 star service.

I had stuffed up an online order and Natalie helped me out. She was polite and very helpful with my query and saved me hundreds of dollars.

Bought 3 items online, and a lovely lady called to say they only had two in stock and that she’d try to find another. She called back a few days later to let me know she’d found a third and the order was ready to be picked up. Really appreciate it!

Quick and efficient service. Can get what you need at a great price.

I was well looked after. Have a problem with a TV I purchased about 8 months beforehand. Was loaned a second TV while original TV was sent for repairs. After it was unable to be repaired they had no problem replacing it with a brand new one with full warranty again. Very happy with the service I was given.

They have good pricing. Generally able to help with matching any deals around.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Bought a Speaker box , no microphones no care from guy I rang at store , basically said I through them away after first saying they don’t come with box. Bought plenty from here before never going back Jb hifi from now on

Staff are nice until you need a warranty claim. Then they are rude and refuse to speak to you. Tried to purchase a new item after the initial was refunded and was told no. Called manager to complain and manager said it didn't happen. Had to drive and buy from a different Bing Lee on the same day even though Hurstville had stock.

It’s a relatively small shop inside, however the service is still somewhat friendly. You can still expect the staff to give you minor discounts to what is priced on their website.

Nathan and the team at Bing Lee Hurstville are a pleasure to buy from. Great customer service, with strong product knowledge across the floor, along with competitive pricing.

For the past 10+ years, I’ve been coming to Bing Lee Hurstville for all my electrical appliances. The sales staff (and delivery staff) have always been professional, knowledgeable and courteous. A huge shoutout to Nathan for his attention to detail, his willingness to go above and beyond, and his forever cheerful demeanour. The prices are competitive, and stock plentiful. Would highly recommend Bing Lee Hurstville as your one-stop-shop!

False information provided in website. I checked CPU power cable in website and it was showing available. But when I go to store to buy it. They says “ we don’t sell power cable, go to near computer stores”.

Fantastic buying experience. Just had the pleasure of dealing with Tony and purchased a Westinghouse washing machine. Price matched and delivery arranged for tomorrow. Pick up the laptop that I ordered online.. It was fast and no issue.

Very impressed with my services received at Bing Lee Hurstville. I bought a 700$ hizero mop from them. Absolute garbage of a machine. I tried to return it directly at Hizero and they said no, giving me terrible reasons why they couldn't. The mop was so faulty it had required repairs 4 times. Bing Lee Hurstville took it back with no dramas. I dealt with BEN and would recommend you ask for him directly if you need any product or services. Will be returning back to shop with them because they can look after their customers. Well done!

Ordered a new TV at a fantastic price via click and collect. Was notified when it was ready via email and collected it within the hour. Waited all of 3 minutes to collect and they helped us load it into the Ute. Great product, price and service.

Been shopping at this store for over 20 year’s now. The staff there are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. Very honest and respectful. This store also price match plus beat the price and without asking. Won’t go to any other Bing Lee store or any other electrical store.

Not recommend at all. Very bad experience I purchased Samsung big fridge and ELECTROLUX 60CM BLK CERAMIC GAS COOKTOP and paid $600 deposit and I been told store will contact me to let me know when the delivery will coming and pay the amount I was waiting few days until I contact the store and advice me the cooktop out of stock and Tony the sales man mentioned we can take the display one and will same price and I was very disappointed because he should check if the cooktop in stock or no and I asked for refund and I confirmed to receive the Fridge on Saturday 4/12/21 I was waiting all day and my wife and cancel everything yo receive my new Fridge and unfortunately when we receive the Fridge at 3:00 pm it’s was not cover just plastic cover and my wife mentioned there is big damage in the fridge and crack and the delivery guy apologised and he said I will take back and I should contact the store.To make matters worse he said sorry it’s out of stock I chocked no honesty no good service and even I spend few thousand dollars last few month Purchased 3 I pads air speakers and vacuum plus Samsun fridge last year elc MY WIFE WENT TO THE STORE TODAY FOR REFUND AND THEY SAID WE CANT REFUND TILL TO CHECK WITH THE WARE HOUSE. very bad experience and costumer services Very disappointed

I had very bad experience with the store- the staff and the manager were both unprofessional and misleading.. I would never return to the store again and never refer any family members or friends to that store... Promised a certain delivery time for my fridge when I needed the fridge urgently but informed me later that the delivery was fully booked and I had to wait for the next day.. Complained to the manager but got told I better complain to the head office and fair trading...he stated the delivery got delayed wasn't their fault... If they had told me they couldn't deliver the fridge at the first place I would have gone to another place to purchase the fridge. The service was absolutely poor standard and I would never return.
