Unfortunately, I lost a cable for my portable speaker. No after-market replacement is immediately available. It was not a problem. The young man worked through several options until a solution was found. Thank you so much.

Been going here for years, but today got the most amazing old-fashioned high level of service. The staff member went to great lengths to help, they're normally good, but this was a level above. Thanks, keep up the great service!

This place is like the Tardis, seems tiny on the outside but is massive on the inside. Nearly every electronics component you can imagine. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back.

Service was a little lacking the last two times. Having to wait while staff rummaged around in bins to find stock. Understand that they are moving stock but this has been going on for a while. No appologise for time inconvenience or lack of stock. Cheeper and easier to order online but trying to buy local and support local jobs etc. Have returned a few times now over a period of time since last post and am happy to say things have improved. Still not the best and friendliest customer service but ok 👍

Great stock staff and experience

The guys here are great. The assistant store manager Jeremy went above and beyond for me what a great guy.

Great service from the team here, always know what they're talking about without making you feel stupid. Feel happy to keep coming back spending especially when they're so helpful when something goes wrong. No rubbish when there's something out of stock (not common) they'll tell you where to find it. Solid effort.

Went to buy a security system

Ordered 10 pm, notified at 7.58.am next day ready to pick up ay 0830. Excellent service. Why shop off shore..Excellent staff.

There are lots of great products here at jaycar when it comes to electronic toys, devices, gadgets and the electronic components themselves. Remote control, robotics, sound equipment and visual security aids. These things are only a start in explaining what they actually do carry. Lithium-ion battery, 12/24/240V or solar powered fridge /freezer options and pricing that just oozes great value. If you like the idea of rolling with new technologies these guys ar right up there and their team advice approach ensures you are confident and on the right track. Four stars seems to be light on here to me but there is no half star rating option available and I can't quite give the full five stars ✨.

I wish I could give more stars, but I never seen such a helpful customer services before, Been to Jaycar today to find out the charger for my Lenovo tab unfortunately can't find it at the store. But Jeremy didn't want to lose it until he finds the charger for my tab tried couple of charges unfortunately we couldn't find any but Jeremy said He hates to lose" love his words and his dedication. Would love to visit Jaycar again."

Left my goods on the shelf. Couldn't get served. FFS you didn't deserve the 1 star. Customers weren't even acknowledged, you wouldn't know who I was. Don't argue, take it on the chin and fix it!

The smart tall handsome one I think his name is Jeremy. He can help me all day long. Knowledgeable, friendly staff can tell you a lot about LEDs and all other products in-store.

Drove for over 4 hours today, 2 hours there and 2 back to Launceston to go to jaycar because it said online they had aerials to put on your vehicle to give you a stronger wifi signal, when we walked in we instantly found the aerials, then a young bloke came up to serve us and told us that the aerials had to be plugged into a phone (the plugs are like huge) and only old phones like the old flip phones have the plugs on them and if telstra caught us doing this we would cop a huge fine, so why even sell the aerials? 🤷‍♀️ I honestly left so confused that I actually felt dumber🤦‍♀️ I will never ever shop here again.

I always find good staff at jaycar but this time it was superbe. I got helped by Schaun which was patient and well knowledged. He solved my issue with professionality and a bunch of advices. Also if you get the jaycar card you get discounts and point. Highly recommended.
