JB HiFi provides absolutely no support for defective items. The young staff members were all friendly but not the older grumpy manager. He has zero customer service skills. I will never shop here again.

I purchased a Pixel Tablet from JB Hi-fi, Warriewood, the other day. Frustrated to find that they don't sell any stylus compatible with the tablet - which I've had to order on Amazon instead. That's not good customer service by any stretch.

Some excellent service but the stock has been reduced in this store over time and I often don't have the choice I am looking for...

A smaller store with helpful staff. I had a questions about a tv, and the salesman was most helpful without being plushie. I have bought small items here before so would happily shop here again.

Love the price match policy JBHIFI offers. We unfortunately had to return an item that wasn't working and received great service here as they helped us test the new product before heading home. They were very patient and understanding.

Very sad experience. The staff is incompetent and have no idea of their own products. Came in to get a wireless headset for an x box, was sold one that we were reassured would work and was compatible with Xbox however it wasn’t, in fact the head set we purchased was already a returned item as it wasn’t compatible with switch so obviously some other customer went through the same inconvenience. EPIC FAILURES

Had an awful experience at JBHIFI warriwood. I was there to buy a new Apple Watch and when I was finally helped by a staff member he was very rude and did not offer any help or advise. After a very long time he ushered me over to the counter and refused to serve me. Other staff at the register were very rude in their service at the counter. After leaving I had been giving the wrong colour and had to return to the store. After speaking to the manager he had given me the new colour but too refused to serve me at the counter. Another staff member argued with the manager that she did not want to serve me either. Overall will not be returning to this store.

Was looking for refurbished laptop online. Found one at Warriewood, but phoned and was advised could get refurbished via delivery. As I was anxious to urgently replace older, which died in the morning. Staff were excellent to show me the new and discounted ASUS Chromebook laptop. It suited my purposes.

I was served by Ray (or Roy? Sorry!) who did an excellent job in addressing my questions and needs, resulting in a great laptop and printer bundled solution. Very friendly and knowledgable guy. Another reason why JB HiFi is my favourite retail experience!!

I ordered some items from JB-HI-FI website with uber delivery next day, only to find out after the time period of supposed delivery, after being on the phone for a good while with jbhifi team, and after calling the store itself, they never had the items in stock, absolutley terrible service will not be buying anything from there again, disgusting

Reasonable range of products, being a smaller store they don't always have things in stock that I'm looking for. Usually pretty poor staffing, often have to wait a long time for assistance, but when they do come they are generally quite helpful & knowledge on products.

I bought a Asus TUF A15 laptop from these guys on sat. I had some issues with the wifi card a week later , so I went back in to get some help to fix the issues. Jack the sales guy was super helpful had me fixed up in no time. Great sales and service 👍 Highly recommended

Leaves a lot to be desired in service. Staff very busy having what appears like private conversations. Large range of products but you are left alone in their narrow product crowded isles to find what you want if you can.

Bought a google chromecast here. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to understand my needs and recommended exactly what I needed. 5 star service, will definitely go back.

Thank you JB Hifi at Warriewood. Went there to buy some office equipment and they set up and tested it all before I left the store because I wanted to make sure it all worked the way I wanted. This meant unpacking monitor boxes (2), plugging in to my laptop and setting up multi-screen. I just cannot rate their service more highly. Every purchase, they go above and beyond for me. Thanks to Isaac today but broader, thanks to the whole team for consistently being wonderful. Sorry for leaving you with all the foam packing.

Recently bought a huge LGNano 91 TV and a couple of other smaller items (earbuds, 2 Ultimate Ears portable speakers). The products are fabulous. So happy with my purchases and it’s all thanks to probably the best salesperson I have encountered in a very long time…. JACK! No pressure and no hard sell. He is so friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and nothing was a problem for him. I will definitely be going to see him when it’s time to upgrade my laptop soon. Thank you Jack!

Just bought an LG Nano91 4K TV - Amazing! Jack J provided the best service & advice I have ever had. He took the time to ask questions to find out exactly what type of TV would suit my needs and the technology that would be required. He explained everything & his knowledge was exceptional. Came in ready to buy a Samsung S21 Ultra outright and didn’t even have a team member look in my direction as I waited…had to walk out and leave to take my business somewhere else.

If anyone calls into JB, please ask for JACK! ✨ He delighted me as a customer which is rare these days :) I asked for the impossible but he searched everywhere but unfortunately what I was looking for must be a myth. Thank you Jack, I hope you continue to delight customers everyday!
