The worst customer service I have ever recieved. Ordered a dishwasher and was told that this would be installed today for a property we look after. Was very clear I do not live there and that someone would need to be onsite for delivery. They call at 7am and then refuse delivery as no one can get there on time (only gave 10 minutes notice). They then mention the best solution is for me to come collect this and install this myself out of my own pocket. Please note I run a business and spend thousands a month with Bing Lee. I will never be shopping with Bing Lee again and will take my business elsewhere. There was no apologies, empathy or anything. Disgusting service and management.

What a great team of people at bing lee mona vale , the managers and staff are all helpful and friendly, and with all the rude people i have witnessed them deal with , they remain happy and polite

Provided a gift card for $200 with a 3 month expiry date when the ACL requires gift cards and vouchers to have a mandatory minimum expiry period of three years from the date the business sells the gift card to a consumer. Tried to speak to the manager who was rude and unsympathetic when asking to use the card after 3.5 months. I have always brought my appliances from Bing Lee Mona Vale but no longer. Absolutely shocking customer service from staff who state that they've been working at Bing Lee for 22 years but the customer service is from 22 years ago.

I hard the worst customer service by John ,I was planning to go to Bing Lee Mona Vale in my day off for buy new tv , freezer and food processar . I was waiting he to finish the another customer , when eventually he started talking to me he ask me to guess the prices , said all tvs all the same and did not stop for service , keeping change tvs prices . I have very short time to spend there, I felt was disrespectful . It is a shame I used to drive for Mona Vale to buy in being Lee because the other sells man Simon was brilliant. Now the John make me not buy anything from there anymore .

Great service friendly staff

I bought a coffee machine at Bing Lee on Wednesday 5th April. John and his colleagues were really good, resolving a question I had about the machine on the spot. The machine works very well - Sunbeam mini barista 4300.

Bingley is a great place for Chinese Food and pet supplies. Most erudite and ergonomic. Go grab some Koala Sushi - you'll love it - highly recommended

Great service! I purchased a Delonghi coffee machine from Bing Lee and after less than three months it was not working. The team replaced the broken one with a new one in a matter of days.

Very helpful and prompt ( next day ) of new fridge ( 29-39 December !! )

I ordered a washing machine for delivery on 22nd December, it was delivered by 5pm on the 23rd, the friday before christmas. Very happy with the delivery service.

Good store for small appliances tv white goods hard to find staff to serve you

If you haven't been here before, do not even try, you first will not find it anyways. There are no clear signs, entrance is hidden in the middle of nowhere. Second, they lied they have goods in stock, I paid and after that they told me, Oh, it is actually coming on Tuesday. Still waiting for the refund. Worst shop in Sydney🤬

Initial experience with Denis the manager was great, however when chasing my Miele which has gone missing for 2 weeks (2 months old and needing repair) I had the absolute misfortune of speaking with “I only work one day a week” Winston, which really let the Mona vale team down. Terrible customer service, very rude, very unhelpful. He assumed to tell me he only worked one day a week so didn’t know anything about my missing hoover even after giving him the job number. Bing Lee please consider training your team that if a customer is given a job number perhaps the team could look it up and consider recording notes or updates so the customer is left with at least some level of update… genius I know but would help “mr one day a week acting manager!”

Ordered a washing machine online click and collect. Simple process and picked up on a Sunday morning.

The product I wanted was in stock and the whole process was seamless and from initiation of my order to having it put in my car was just 45 minutes bar any delay by my availability.

Bing Lee Mona Vale were terrific from the very start. I found what I needed to purchase online and called the store direct to confirm stock availability. The lady was extremely lovely and she checked & confirmed the item was in stock. She explained if I went on line and completed an order for Click n Collect she'd be able to process it straight away and I'd be able to pick up most likely within the hour. This is exactly what happened ! Communication re emails, payment and SMS were seamless. When I arrived, as per the SMS, I called their number and was directed to the click n collect area and as I arrived a gentlemen was wheeling out my new printer, he confirmed details and gave me the paperwork and kindly wheeled it up the ramp and put it in the boot - all 20kg of it ! - I would sincerely recommend this store to anyone :)

Ordered laptop online to be picked from Mona vale Bing lee as it was the closet store that had it in stock. click and collect within 2 hours, so i drive down from the central coast the next day to find out on arrival that my laptop is being delivered sometime that day. only display model was in store. A total waste of my time.

Great customer service big range to choose from

Although they didn't have what I was after, the staff were more than happy to help me find some where that did have it. I have been into this store only twice but both times I have been served by friendly knowledgeable staff.

Walked in with money in my pocket ready to buy a dishwasher. I never would have thought an appliance store in Mona Vale would be that busy, it certainly didn't look busy as i think there was only 1 other customer in there at the time. After standing there fo 15 minutes with out having anyone even look sideways at me, i walked out and went to Harvey Norman.

Worst customer service.... I wanted to buy a new smart tv. Had the one picked out. It took them 15 mins to find out if they had any in stock, the answer was yes one on display and one in a box. They could give $15 off the cost and delivery was around $50. Talk about wasting my time, I went to Harvey Norman Belrose and purchased the same tv with a $100 discount and free delivery, the guy I spoke to was knowledgeable on all the tvs I enquired about. . I will never shop at Bing Lee mona vale again.

Bought on line with click and collect. Ready within an hour. Service good. Price good. And they had stock. But wished the alternative Bing Lee delivery service could have been quicker than 5-7 days. If it was 3 days, I would have had it delivered.

Store is reletively small but is packed with all the great things any Bing Lee has to offer. Staff are friendly definately went the extra mile for me. I had a tv to pick up that wasn't in stock anywhere else. Coming from the Central Coast after work, staff kindly offered to stay back after close 10-15min to help me as I couldn't get there any other day. Took me a while to find the entrance which is in the Carpark on the bottom story. But staff member was at the door when I arrived late and even helped pack the tv in my car. I Ended up leaving there 40min after close with many apologies along the way. Staff member was very professional and very grateful for his willingness to help.

I always ask for Dave. He is both knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help, even to the point of delivering stuff personally me personally when I get really stuck and it's urgent. They don't always have the range of products I am looking for but I always give them the opportunity to compete and Dave has always been able to better my price or offer advice. Not all the staff here have quite the same helpful approach but most are very good I find. Dealing with the general public is not easy, many customers have unrealistic expectations or are simply stupid or don't take responsibility for anything. Approach people with the right attitude and most will go out of their way to assist you.

Have bought a few items from Samsung phones to stereos, speakers etc etc and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Would def. recommend them. (p.s Okay a quick update (2019): I bought some new headphones and a new Epson printer yesterday and the staff were amazing!! Great deals!! If I could give 6 stars out of 5 stars - I would!!!

Cold as if service on picking up click and collect order. Store is empty staff just standing around. Never again. Customer service is dead.

The entrance to this store is impossible to find and the any signage that might help is non-existent. Don't bother to comment on your frustration to the staff in the hope they might listen, theytake it personally. They told two customers off while I was there for taking photos of items and whinged to each other about work. Unpleasant store with rotten access.
