Bing Lee Taren Point did an amazing job with my recent fridge delivery. After a horrible experience with The Good Guys who refused to take a fridge I ordered up 1 flight of stairs (I told them about the stairs before paying for the fridge), I contacted the team at Bing Lee about the same fridge. They were super helpful and thorough, made sure they would be able to take the fridge up my stairs before letting me place an order. I got regular notifications about the delivery and the delivery team made taking that fridge upstairs look super easy! They were very quick and professional. I highly recommend Bing Lee, specifically in Taren Point and will never buy from the Good Guys again.

Have purchased several appliances from here and have always found the staff really helpful and honest. They have plenty of demo appliances for you to try (which can't be said for most other places) and even load them into your car for you.

We bought a Yamaha Amp from Bing Lee Taren Point. We couldn’t be happier with their service and after sales service. We aren’t technical, Nathan the salesman went out of his way to explain how to install our TV through the Amp. While my husband was busy buying the Amp other staff members were helpful with questions I had about an induction stove top. All in all a very satisfying experience. Plus we saved $50 on the nearest competitors price. Thanks Nathan and staff at Taren Point Bing Lee

0 Stars- My dad processed a $ 250 rice cooker few days ago. Without knowing I bought him another one and I offered to attend the Caringbah store and ask for a refund. My dad never used that rice cooker, had the receipt and the instructions inside. I went to the Caringbah store today, 16 October and Simon recognised me and remember selling that rice cooker to my dad. I've explained that I've bought another one and I would like to return the one bought few days ago. He refused and when I insisted he went to speak to the manager. Apparently the refusal was because I don't have the box as my dad said that he doesn't want it and according to their policy they are not refunding a product if is not returned in the original box. I've asked if he advised my dad about that and he avoided the answer. The policy was on the front desk covered with some discount prices so was hard to see. I left the store with the rice cooker and felt disrespected and humiliated by Simon and his manager. After today's event, I will never shop at Bing Lee.

Lazy, condescending, and incompetent customer service. Visit another store - even an extended trip will be worth it.

Bought a cooktop on special. Pickup at the parking area, delivered to the car by very helpful staff. They also have an installation service by a third party $220:00 +$35 to dispose of the old cooktop.

Small compact store. Has a pretty good range of home appliances. Staff were pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They were also happy to price match. Easy to deal with.

Came to pickup online order. Good store, a bit small but it is very clean and organized. Staffs was very helpful and willing to help and explained things to us.

Needed a new TV for my grandmother as hers had died (after nearly 10 years). Rang ahead to ask about the Hisense 32 Inch and confirm it’s what we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding, had a really positive customer service experience. I would recommend.

Due to an unexpected motor burnt out of our old washing machine, we need a new one desperately. We visited Bing Lee at Taren Point on 9th of August and spoke with Novi, one of the devoted staff who met our needs by answering all the important questions we needed to know about the brand of Westinghouse. It took almost one hour for Novi to serve us. We are completely satisfied with his professional knowledge about the product of Bing Lee. We got the washing machine and appliance mat with discounted price as well as bonus $75 digital Prepaid Mastercard voucher as part of the package. The voucher will take 7 to 14 days to complete. On August 11. Bing Lee delivered the washing machine to our door. We put the machine into test immediately. We highly recommend the WESTINGHOUSE CARE 500.The machine is quiet, water and energy efficient as well as user friendly. We made a great choice with the help of Novi.

ZERO STARS Paid for delivery new and dispose old item. Delivered new but DAMAGED. Removed old but dumped on common property. After numerous phone calls did not come back to take it from common property finding million excuses and than accused me of lying. NO further comments.

Brand new shop Not the biggest place, but good range of products

I had to return a brand new TV as it had a firmware issue. The staff were friendly and helpful as they assisted me in choosing an other brand which I am very happy with. The on-site parking is limited to 13 spaces.

My first trip to this store was just before Christmas and the manager (S?) was exceptional- he really helped save the day with outstanding customer service and excellent product knowledge plus a huge saving compared to other retailers at the time...I was really impressed with my experience. Returned again today to see if it could be repeated, and it was just as good, if not better. Novi was extremely helpful, knew his products, was very efficient (and even carried the new purchase to the car for me). Highly recommend giving them a go, especially if you're a Shire local and tired of going to Westfield Miranda (or feeling ripped off at HN, GG etc).

Taren Point Bing Lee went above and beyond delivering a last minute Xmas present from their central warehouse. Tremendous customer service two days out from Xmas, at the same time setting up their new store. Very grateful. This is not a requested or paid review.

I had a little predicament of stock transfer over at Macquarie Park Bing Lee, came to the Taren Point store for a solution to my problem. One of the managers (a lovely man) had worked their magic to help me get the product! Great customer service and very efficient! Very happy with my experience.
