Over the last five years, I've purchased several times from this store, from my battery & solar set-up for my van to audio equipment and car phone accessories etc. The service and product advice have always been great! Staff have a good knowledge of what they stock. They also have a wide variety of things I need so it's a good one-stop shop 👌

Courier lost my parcel, I got in touch with Jaycar team and they sorted the issue for me within a day by providing the item to be picked up from the nearest store to me.

Friendly helpful staff.

Terrible service and inadequate product selection. Multiple visits, staff have been unhelpful. I needed to return a product because the compromise I made in store wasn’t going to work, extraordinarily rude person behind the counter ensured personally I will never go back there. You are better off just rolling the dice with something online. Defeats the purpose of visiting a brick and mortar store if the service you’re after doesn’t exist.

Managed to unhook a pin from a connector for me. Didn't charge me anything so a good review is the least they deserve for providing great service eventide I visit for a problem or a part.

Located in a convenient spot on the main road but need to take a u turn to turn into the store if you're coming from it. Car park is small but staff is helpful and understand their products giving good suggestions so you don't buy more than what you need

Plenty of electrical components and parts to choose from for all your electronic needs. The salesmen are friendly and helpful.

Shop is located on the main road. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Clean and well presented store. Air-conditioned comfort. Reasonably priced. Great experience! Very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly staff. Thank you Alex for looking after us. Definitely a return customer.

The boys at Taren Point were great. I dealt with Paul and Kaleb and they were very helpful. Went over and above to help me out with my RC Car that I had an issue with. Well done boys ! Nice to see that there is still good customer service out there

Been too many shops that staff no idea what they selling or too busy to talk to you. But this shop at Jaycar Taren point is amazing experience. And the price very good. Please keep your hard work and customers experience is top end level 👍👍 everyone so friendly and knowledgeable.

Mitch went out of his way, patiently explaining a step by step process on laptop to tv connectivity as well as bluetooth variations for my car. The manager here is the best he knows so much makes sense why he is the manager! Jaycar is like a nerds paradise they have everything you could ever want or need electronics wise

Very quick efficient service

Don't trust them. Ordered something cick and collect. After a week I had no notification to pick it up. Checked the website, it said item collected. As I hadn't collected it i called jaycar, they advised me the item was out of stock and discontinued and that they would refund my money. Two weeks after that, I have not been refunded and jaycar is not responding. Poor service. They have lost a customer of 20 years...

Excellent customer service. Helped with what I needed to get the job done

Just finished at Jaycar with Pilippo the duty manager. I had a few questions all were answered, he then built what I was after for me, showed me how to do it and explained all the peices. It was only a computer fan to a wall outlet but I have no idea on what i would have had to purchased. What an excellent sales man. I hope im spelling your name correctly mate. Cheers!

Posting a one star review as I cannot select lower than this. The staff member who served me came across as rude & aggressive, not the type of service I am used to getting from Jaycar. After some words, I ordered 2 light globes and was purposely sold an incorrect part. I didn't even come back to this store for the return and chose to go to another branch. I would not be coming back to the Taren Point store again. The service was much better when the Huntsville store was still around.

Wanted to buy some York screwdrivers, had a great range and good advice from them, very happy, now back to pulling Xbox 360 apart.

Difficult to give one star, staff not interested person I begged help from was rude and arrogant. If you need tech help and advise steer well clear. Taren point don't need the sales obviously!!!!

Great team there and great customer service, From the floor team all the way up to the manager. It has to be one of the best Jaycar stores I have visited, the team are relaxed in a way that make you relaxed and feel like you will not be judged if you ask a dumb question, and best of all, between all team members all difficult questions are answered and heaps of advice is given

Had zero help from this place, completely uninterested in any kind help, most of the staff are unfriendly or have no idea what they are talking about. It used to be a good store before it moved. Padstow store were brilliant.

Have visited this store numerous times needing random things which they always seem to have! The staff are friendly and super knowledgeable. Their online store is also super easy to use and shows which stores have stock of your item which is super handy!

Took me 20 minutes to get LEDs that it was showing in-stock on online and two of guys them kept saying no it's not

Had a super awkward experience here trying to find some addapters. Wasnt sure which one fit my TV and the young guy wasnt much help at helping me figure it out. When I said I remember it being a particular one he just told me I was wrong. Then he just stood behind me before sloothing off back to the counter to chat with a coworker. I left with out anything feeling awkward as.

Staff member Kate gave great service helping sort out antenna problems with my TV. outstanding customer service

super rude staff. I went it to return something and after saying hi he literally never said another word. even when I had to sign a receipt, he just slid it over the counter with a pen and tapped on it with his finger. and the day I bought the item I spent a minute or so waiting at the counter for a young guy to finish repeatedly throwing something in the air and catching it while leaning on the counter before he decided to serve me. the store itself is as good as any other Jaycar I've been too but the staff are horrible.

Yesterday I purchased a hdd enclosure from your store. A very polite young man ( ?operator 5440) was extremely helpful. It was a delight to be served by such a helpful guy.

Called JayCar yet doesn’t have car stereos. What a joke.
