Served by Erin today. Her customer service was the best I have received in years. Her enthusiasm for her job and wonderful personality made shopping a breeze.
Still easy to get to, and never an issue to get staff help which in my opinion is a massive bonus when help is required. Parking is always a breeze and pick up for bigger items is also close and easy access just to the right hand side of the entrance. Enjoy keep up the great work and ill see you with your very competitive prices next visit. Happy new year to everyone and a special thank you to the good guys staff.

An incredible great range of products including highend products. Unfortunately, the day we went in, no one wanted to help. We asked if someone could help us, reluctantly a person came over to answer a question, then disappeared mid sentence. At the time, there were two other customers in the store and at least six staff on the floor. Maybe we got them on a bad day 🤷♀️
Tried to buy something they didn't have toilet and I was told by a worker there that they can't have public toilets because of Occupational Health & Safety. I was absolutely busting, so I went to harvey normon, who do have toilets, no OHS there. Bought my item, then on the way home remembered I needed a popcorn machine, so I stopped in at Good-guys again. They didn't have the $39 popcorn machine they were out of stock, apparently. To save yourself problems, go to harvey norman or another electrical appliance dealer.
Can’t speak to anyone unless visit the store. Very poor
They're good guys and gals at 'The Good Guys' Really helpfull friendly staff, who know their stuff & do their job well. Good products and deals. We shop there often and will keep going back.
Promised item not arrived. When tried to phone, was advised by the automated voice to go in to the store. I did so and was advised there was no facility to track my order and someone would call me back on Monday to advise when I should expect my delivery. Still getting the voice recording to go in to store. Not good enough customer service I will no longer consider shopping at Goid Guys.
I would like to thank Tyler and Jarrod for the excellent service I received on Sunday. I was impressed with cleanliness of store and the help I received. Definitely living up to their name The Good Guys 😉😁
Bisited good guys in kaunceston to buy a tv. Was in the storefor 20 minutes looking at the tv’s .No sales rep in sight .not one came near us. I went looking for some one..NO SALES REP anywhere insight or in the store. I shouted out “ hello “. Still no one .. i left the store. Never again will i go there. Lack ofservice all round TERRIBLE

Helped chhose out a new TV on a budget
Unhappy I can't give a zero star review. We bought an air fryer 8 months ago which subsequently died. Rang good guys to look up the receipt only to be told that it was out of warranty. Knew that was wrong and found the receipt at home clearly showing it was in warranty. After another call we were asked to bring the item into the store which we did. The air fryer was sent to Melbourne for repairs and was fixed 1 week later. The fryer was sent back with FedEx to GG store 17 days ago but has not been received. Several phone calls to staff members that didn't give a crap. One female staff member even threatened that she would not call us when it arrives in store. Launceston store has enormous customer service issues and we will not be shopping there ever again. All this for a $235 air fryer 😜
What a joke of a store,head office needs to change management, partners vacuum cleaner was meant to arrive within 3 days,day 4 still not sent so tried calling they didn't answer phone,called higher up they tried ringing them still wouldn't answer, so he emailed them gave my partner free delivery and said it looks like they have forgotten about the order, so stuff knows when it will eventually arrive not happy will never be shopping through them again

Laziest customer service staff ever encountered in Launceston. Customer service experience from the counter staff girl was exceptionally poor and said will only show the product if i am going to buy that product. How can someone buy a product without seeing or not knowing its features.
I could not be happier with the service purchasing a new fridge today. Ali was a gem, great price and the girls at the desk went above and beyond on a service issue. Went to the HN first who were not interested in making a sale at all. I'll keep coming back here.
Terrible service!!! Paid for a TV, only to be told it is not available to be picked up and it could be up to 8 weeks before they have the same TV in stock.. even though they still have my money.. stuck in call centre limbo as they can't even process my refund in store as the TV was purchased online... will never spend money with The Good Guys again
Wont be shopping here ever again. I payed for a playstation portal and 3 years gold service warranty, on day 2 (day i opened it) my left analogue stick was making clicking noises so i rang to try and get it fixed or replaced and they said no just report it via email 1 week later my portal's left analogue stick stoped moving left and wright so I called the good guys back to see what I can do either fix it or replace it for them to tell me there is nothing they can do about it it's not there fault I got a faulty portal and to send it to Sony my self to get it fixed my self. I am now trying to get a refund so I can purchase one els where gold service and that's how I am treated no offer to replace it or even take care of the repairs by either sending it to Sony there self or replacing it

Best service we have ever had from Callan ( the good guys.) He has really Representes the store name in real meaning. Best value for money, Best value for product. Equality between different background customers. Show compassion,efficient ,friendly,kind,polite,patience. Explain very very well about each product and suggest you the best product for customers need ,not just to sell product. Prompt reply of any questions with satisfaction. Really very happy with purchase and if he serves the same way he did ,we will never go to any other stores. He has truly represents the name of store THE GOOD GUYS. He is THE GOOD GUY. We havent got the items delivered yet so cant tell the qality of them but apart from them in regards to customer service and value for money, We recommend the good guys for any home appliances. I walked into the store and had a TV which i was going to purchase for over 3k. After 5 mins I decided to find someone to help me and said I would like to purchase this TV please. Response was I'm busy at the moment I will try to get someone over to help you. 15 minutes later I had to walk out with the 3k in my pocket. Looks like JB Hifi will be getting the money.
Worst customer service i have ever received. The staff are useless and their manager doesn’t take responsibility of anything at all. I ordered apple product with them and its been more than 6 weeks it hasn’t arrived yet. I order it for my wife on her birthday as i was told by one of their staffs it will arrive within a week. Ridiculous service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order anything with them. Totally disappointed. I would give zero star if there was an option for it. They don’t even deserve one star.
Worst experiences!!! Worst customer service , Pre-ordered iPhone nearly 5 weeks ago and I was told at the time of purchase that it will be available few days after release date and now they completely changed their statements three weeks ago I went to store they said it will be delivered within 2-3 weeks and today manager told me they have no idea all I can do is cancel my order and start from start again. When you go to buy their products they will give you different details and they have given me nearly 4-5 statements and after nearly 5 weeks now they offered me to cancel the order and go with another supplier. They don’t really care about customers all they care about sales once we made a purchase all they can help us is with cancellation. Don’t want to go there anymore and Do not buy any Apple products from them because they don’t have their contact information and they will tell you to call apple for any issues. I would strongly recommend do not buy any iPhones or Apple products from good guys.

Hi I recently brought a washing machine that when it was delivered it was damaged I called the number the delivery guys gave me on the day to speak to a man about getting a small refund for part of the price of the washing machine he agreed to a price which was great and said I should get it into my bank account within the week so nearly 2 weeks later still no refund so I called the store to which an awful employee said to me that no it takes 10 days to get the refund not 7 days to say I’m not happy with the customer service over the phone is completely right for starter I waited over an hour to speak to someone only for them to tell me they couldn’t help me not happy at all I won’t be shopping at the good guys again
Super happy with the guys in terms of price and service. Always cheerful and knowledgeable staff. Very positive group of staff members. Had a need to exchange a product today which went way smoother than I could have I expected, staff members Dylan and Kiahni supported me through that process awesomely and gave me great peace of mind about buying there and highly recommending Good Guys Launceston.
Worst customer service I've experienced in Launceston, or possibly anywhere. Went in to try out hand-held vacs only to find that all the displays were flat, or didn't have chargers. The staff were completely hopeless; finally got a 'manager' (name was Grace - could tell she was a manager because she had her important little headset on, and was doing even less than the rest of the staff), only for her to say she wasn't willing to write off an $80 unit in order to get a charger out. She mentioned the store has been there for 2 years, so I'm assuming she was saying that there hasn't been a charger there for that long? It's a multi-million dollar company, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't mind letting 80 bucks go so that people could actually try their products. Seriously rude and clueless staff. Won't ever me back. Went over to Harvey like l should've done in the first place.

Had to unfortunately go there a couple of weeks ago, terrible place to find anything, including the payments desk , finally got service, very unprofessional, in addressing me , took time to get my requested item . Went to pay ,but as I said gas a hidden pay counter , I said I couldn't find you to the salesperson , - their response, was to laugh at me . That is not a response I would of expected. Never will recommend, or walk in the store , unless I really need to. Bella

Just had awesome service from Shane- helped me out immensely with making sure I got exactly what I needed at a fair deal. Amazing customer service, so friendly and knowledgeable! I went in to buy a dryer, and walked out with that and with the phone upgrade I also badly needed. Can recommend that if you’re going to Good Guys, Shane is the Best Guy.
Today we visited the Launceston store. We were assisted by Callan who was most helpful, knowledgeable and personable. You are very lucky to have such a wonderful young sakes person.
The delivery of the purchased item was significantly delayed, which was quite unexpected. I would not recommend purchasing from the good guys, as it took a minimum of 4 weeks to receive the item.
Great customer service
I visited Good Guys today and had the pleasure of dealing with Jason, another manager. I must say that I was impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. He provided me with the best price possible and was very positive throughout our interaction. His excellent service was a welcome change from my previous experience at the store. I would like to commend Jason for his outstanding service and hope that the company recognizes his efforts. Overall, I had a positive experience with Good Guys today and would recommend their services to others.
Worst nightmare…Very disappointed with customer service, products everything! We bought dishwasher, cooktop, fridge, range hood everything from them for our new house. One can understand if problem arises with one item, I mean why don’t they take responsibility of their appliances! Dishwasher with dents, cooktop with no trivets!!!! Are you serious??? How will we cook, it’s just sitting in the corner like a show piece. Got the refund for dishwasher after 100 calls. Still waiting on thé trivets. When we talk to them they just start making excuses! You must know how to run the show! Never going back… 100 thumbs down!!!!
Just walked into good Guys Launceston to get some information and purchase wall oven and stove top for a kitchen upgrade soon, there was absolutely no one to help you eventually some young girl come up to me and said she will get somebody to give me a hand no one come! I just walked out and on the way out she was gasbagging with one of her colleagues useless customer service. Thanks for nothing. I will just go to Harvey Norman
Bought tv from them but my tv sitting in their courier company depot ( toll cambridge tasmania) from last 10 days… still havenot received

I've only been here once to collect a product I ordered online, but from the moment I walked in the door each member of staff I encountered was friendly, cheerful and helpful. I'm looking forward to shopping here again and hope to have a similar experience next time.
Had an Impeccable customer service, everytime we visited. All the sales person are extremely friendly and helpful. Today we had has another beautiful service from Robert who was funny, friendly and ofcourse helpful at Launceston Good guys.
The service I received at good guys is remarkable. There was a fella called Jack who helped me with loading up my washing machine onto my little car is so helpful and thoughtful. That’s what i called an excellent customer service. He should get a bonus 😀

Worst delivery experience ever had ordered and paid for our new stove and got told 6 weeks for delivery called after that time was up and got told it's going to another 6 to 8 weeks offered a refund if we did not want to wait but seriously why have it on your website and it being so hard to get 😕

The staff at the good guys launceston really are good guys and gal's. Grace in the kitchen section made the whole process very easy and stress free. Everyone who I'd spoken to or emailed where really friendly, very patient and not at all pushy. They where then willing to bundle the appliance together and give a discount. There normal prices are already better then some stores 'best price'. They didn't have what I was after instock but where able to get it in within a few weeks. Thanks very much! :)
2 stars only because of the in store sales people, who were nice and helpful. Bought a samsung french door fridge a few months ago now which was delivered with pin holes near temperature display. Does not effect use but not something you expect from the new product. Went back to store (within an hour of delivery) and they said they will do a minor damage reimbursement as redelivery would take a long time and i agreed. This is where the problem starts for me, it is less about the money and more about the principal and customer service. Note that I also opted for the concierge thingy - wasted money. The service desk lady was not the nicest, seemed annoyed. They said they will get in touch with samsung and get it sorted as I already called samsung and they said it's a store issue. I had to send the photos to the store thrice! First they didn't get it, second time they lost it. Anyway, forwarded me to samsung again who came back after more than a month (with back and forth exchanges in between) to say the same thing. Store issue. I have already wasted too much of my time. Not worth the hassle. Just easier to shop somewhere else. Wanted to give it a shot, stick to what works I guess. Never had such issues with Harvey or JB.

Walked into the store and there were hardly any customers in the store. The staff outnumbered the customers. Walked the entire store twice and was in the store for about 20 minutes. During this time not one staff member approached or even made eye contact with me. Was looking to buy a fridge, laptop, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. Will not be buying it from this store. If I could give a zero I would.
For the first time I ever entered one of these stores I can honestly say it was by far the worst customer service I've ever received, I tried to speak to 3 different people only to be ignored. Will not return, management should be ashamed to have such a terrible customer service team representing the store,

The employees actively tried to disengage with the customers, a very strange experience after just visited all other homeware shops. We were the only customers there this afternoon looking for a new range hood. Despite we were right next to them, two young employees just talked about their personal lives; we were in no hurry and thought they would attend to us after their conversation, so proceed to check out all range hood on display. Surprisingly they both left after their chat and left the whole section unattended.
I went in to pick up a click and collect order and the lady behind the counter was very rude as are most of the staff on the very few occasions I come here. It's a pretty big let down of a store really and I think the staff need some form of customer service training.
Great experience at this store for the first time, Callan went above and beyond, very informative and helpful in recommending the best product to get, got me the best deal which I was very greatful for. If you need to buy something definitely see Callan as he knows his stuff and is amazing at his job,will be back to purchase more items, highly recommend the Good Guys.
There is no doubt with the price ranges and quality products, however, whenever i visit this place, i feel leftover. And the girl at the counter with lots of attitude and no sense of customer service stops me from going this place.
