Anna was very nice, accommodating and attentive. She got the tz card ready prior to the kids arriving. She made it really easy for us. She was always available for the kids. Arianna and her guests had a blast. We really appreciated the table decorations as we forgot our happy birthday sign and the decors provided made a difference.

Rachele is a lovely person and she was very helpful during our party. Thank you Rachele for all your help.

Lillian is incredible, she goes above and beyond to create the best birthday memories for the birthday girl and everyone involved. Even us adults had more fun than the kids! 😂 She’s truly a gem and turned Timezone into a mini Disneyland. I can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful experience.

It was very organised and I did not needed to worry. Party host Ashley was really helpful and took care of all the stuffs. I would choose to do birthday party again for sibling.

You could spend all day here and you won't get much back here, understaffed and staff dont really pay attention to people stabdkng at the register. Rather spend money somewhere else where you can at least get something back. Great place to waste time though. Machines here are obviously and very noticeablly rigged beyond ridiculous. Just an honest review.

smh chunithm first time i came here there was this guy hogging chunithm so i couldn't play and i had to play MAIMAI. instead and i HATE. maimai i hate maimai and that guy hogging chunithm THE SECOND TIME I CAME CHUNITHM JUST SHUT DOWN like it wouldnt fricken turn on and i was so PISSED LIKE JUST LET ME PLAY MY GAME and they told me 'errr it'll be up tommorow' (nice staff btw) LIKE DO YOU THINK I CAN COME BACK TOMMOROW so i went on the metro to go to fricken MACQUARIE INSTEAD to play chunithm there and luckily chunithm wasn't fricken SHUT DOWN there so 😄 anyways don't come for chunithm there's always hoggers or its faulty edit: CHUNITHM IS STILL DOWN I HAVE TO GO TO MACQUARIE ALL TE DAMN TIME edit 2: chunithm is back up again 😍😍😍

Amazing 7th birthday party for our 7yo at Timezone Chatswood. Ashley was the star hostess who was a friendly from the start. She had the power cards ready and loaded for the kids to get straight to the games! She organized to have the food (chicken nuggets and pop top juices) on the table before the timed play expired. She cut the ice cream cakes and ensured there was plenty for everyone including the parents!!! She took such good care of our party including checking on allergies and ensuring everything was to the kids liking. My son said this was his favorite birthday party ever - thank you ASHLEY for being the best hostess!!!!

We hosted a party for our 9-year-old at Timezone Chatswood Westfield, and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone had a great time, the food was nice, and the staff were very friendly. I wanted to mention Lorin, she was exceptional, always available, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended!

She and the team made sure the additional foods that were bought were stored in the fridge. Ashley also attended to all the girls during lunch time and made taking the photo so easily. Our family had some concerns over the claw machines on the day we visited but staff listened to us and resolved the situation. Appreciate the good customer service and we will visit again.
