I recently purchased a refrigerator from The Good Guys and had a very disappointing experience. When I first consulted with the sales staff, they checked availability and never mentioned that the item was out of stock. After making the payment and finalizing my choice, I was informed the next day that the item was unavailable, and they offered a display model instead. Additionally, they made a mistake with my delivery address, sending it to the wrong location. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they offered a refund, but it would take 3 to 7 days to process, or I could go to the store in person for a faster resolution—however, the store is far from my location and I have a busy work schedule. The lack of proper customer service and the inconvenience caused made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend shopping here.
Today I purchased a smart TV from the Good Guys at Tempe. I purchased on line, received an SMS a short time later that the item was ready to collect and drove to Tempe to collect. The young warehouse, who regrettably I forgot to ask his name, was so polite, attentive and thoughtful and loaded the new TV into my car. He even offered me cool water because the day was going to be hot. What a great ambassador for The Good Guys. He topped off what was a great purchase experience for me. Thank you.
Shopping there was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I specifically told them that I lived on the 3rd floor without a lift. When the delivery guys came, they said that it was impossible for them to bring up the fridge, and they either had to return it or leave it with me to sort it out. In the end, I had to pay $120 to two other guys to carry it for me as I recently moved to a new property and couldn't live without a fridge. Not only that, but also the delivery guys complained about the washing machine and dryer position in the bathroom, which I gave them a solution 😅, and it was an extended hose for the washing machine. I called them after for a complaint, and they asked me to send an email. I sent an email, including the picture of the fridge in my house, and called two weeks after to follow up. Still no reply till this day.
I had an amazing experience at Good Guys, all thanks to George and Mathew! Their customer service was top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and provided the best recommendations without any pressure. Unlike some of the other rude staff, George and Mathew truly stand out as the real assets of Good Guys. Their professionalism and positive attitude made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for them if you visit Good Guys!
1 star and that's being generous. Rang up to find if they have an item in stock and was on hold for over 20 mins. They didn't even bother to answer my call
Terrible customer service. I bought a washing machine (I spent $1149) and hasn’t been delivered the day that was supposed to. I wasted my day off waiting the delivery. I called the Tempe Store and they apologised. I asked a full refund and they were supposed to send an email to me asking my bank details for that. Obviously no email was sent. Now I need to waste again my time sending an email explaining what happen and ask for the refund. Meanwhile I need to figure out where to do my washing

Germana was one of the rudest people in the world I have dealt with. We bought several items at new year. We were told it will be one week to get the coffee machine, over the 4 weeks of constantly emailing calling and finding out what’s happening, know one could help us. We bought a tv, vacuum and coffee machine $3000 and this is how you treat customers. The final straw was talking to Germana who couldn’t give a crap to want to help us or be even somewhat kind and courteous as a customer service person, which blows my mind. We have been pushed to another store and forced to wait for who knows how many more weeks. She couldn’t tell us anything. Good guys should shut up shop
I ordered a new washing machine including payment for installation. My joy was short lived ! Good News: Delivery was completed today as scheduled. Bad News: My wife called me back to say they left without fitting , even though told them its urgent as have much washing to complete today. Fitter said new hoses are too short and they refused to install existing hoses which reach and I find strange. How can using an existing hose be against company policy, its a frigging hose, not a space shuttle instrument panel ! Looks like common sense and customer service went out the window today!
Terrible customer service. Will never use again. Special shoutout to the particular individual that confirmed our order, only for us to follow up with it, for her to tell us she forgot to place the order and that there was nothing they could do and our order was consequently delayed. The manager was even worse. Will never use again. Cancelled our commercial account with them also
Excellent customer service in Tempe! I’d particularly like to commend Mary, who assisted us with our Family Weber BBQ. She was so helpful and quickly resolved an issue when we mistakenly purchased the wrong type of gas BBQ. We’ll definitely shop there again.

I purchased a Miele heat pump dryer through Good Guys, expecting top-notch quality and service, given the brand's reputation. Unfortunately, the dryer's glass window fell out within just 4 months of purchase, which was surprising and disappointing. I opted for the gold service plan, anticipating premium support, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. Since the dryer malfunctioned, I have made multiple attempts to get it fixed, replaced, and finally, to receive a refund as the last resort. Despite these efforts, Good Guys's customer service has been non-responsive. They have not returned my phone calls or emails, leaving me in a difficult position without a working dryer. The lack of service and support, especially after purchasing what was advertised as a gold-level service package, is unacceptable. I have now been forced to escalate the issue to fair trading to seek a resolution. For potential buyers, I would advise caution. The Good Guys may initially seem reliable, but my experience with their customer service and the durability of their appliance has been deeply unsatisfactory. If you do decide to proceed with Good Guys product, be prepared for potential challenges in the event of any issues.
I’ve bought households of stuff from The Good Guys over the years. Never had a problem because there was never a problem until, now, there is a problem and that’s when The Good Guys became a massive problem, a problem even worse and bigger than Qantas and Telstra and they are seriously over-sized problems themselves. I tried to buy a thing from The Good Guys. But, reasonably, I thought, I wanted to first log into my account so that there was a record of my purchase. Weird, I know. For some reason, I didn’t have the authority to log into the account that I created. Could I get them to resolve the issue? Man, I couldn’t even get them to answer the phone, emails or social media. I wrote to their mummy and daddy company, JB HiFi, they, too, ghosted me. The manager at Tempe wouldn’t return my call. Couldn’t be bothered answering my emails. The behaviour of this company, at every level, from local store to parent company, showed an extraordinary level of contempt for customers. All I wanted to do was give them some money. Got it from Office Works in the end, because they’re good guys, so far.

Purchased online on Saturday of Black Friday sale weekend. Website said item would be able for pick-up from Tempe within 1 hour. 24 hours after online purchase still waiting for a message to tell me I can go collect. Took 1 week before someone picked up the phone and told me he was now (?) arranging it on-the-fly and I could come over to collect. 10 December, in store, they tell me it is not available and I need to go to Alexandria store to collect. Or wait 4-5 days for it to arrive, and making call myself, rather than being notified. 18 December, in store after receiving a reply to my email that item is ready for pick-up from front desk. They can't find it. Had to be more than a little assertive and finally a store room person found it in the back. Disgracefully disorganised.
Gave us the wrong product! Very bad and then blamed it on us
Sadly after returned a $300 item not having same credit card we were given a gift voucher. 3 months later lost gift card but can not either be issued with another gift card or just refund the $300 to the original card now it’s become a voucher.
The staff member lied to us. We bought 2 products and he lied about both. We returned one the following day in another good guys and the staff member there straight away told us they always have issues with this product. If the guy told us, we would have picked another one… He lied about the other product too, we’ve just found out now, months later, because we didn’t need this part during winter time. He sold us a poor fan as if it was A/C. And how oddly convenient you can’t find anything in your system? Don’t worry, we have the receipt! Liar, liar. The Good Guys? Call them the Bad Guys.

Purchased air-conditioning units from Matthew at The Good Guys, Tempe. Matthew was excellent, he explained everything well and provided help in selecting the installer, even calling them to check on some details I asked regarding the installation. The installer , Chilled As, also did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was seamless with the delivery of the units happening on time and the installer coming exactly on time as well. I would not hesitate to recommend The Good Guys Tempe and particularly Matthew for the outstanding service . Also the pricing for installation was far below other quotes received from air conditioning specialists and the quality of work was of a high standard.
Took a while to get seen to but I got the right person who looked after me. I got the right product and she gave me a good price.

Yesterday I brought an oven. The sales person is Damien. He offered exceptional genuine service. You don't find this kind of service much anymore these days. I'm happy that there are still a few people like this around.
My food processor decided to disappear (I suspect I may have packed it off with other things when I did a kitchen clean) when I was halfway making pirozhki for which I need to blitz the filling. I was delighted to find that on a Sunday afternoon not only could I buy one at a competitive price - but have it delivered by Uber within 90 mins (the time my dough would have finished rising!). Amazing. Always have had great experience with The Good Guys Tempe. Thank you!
Great to deal with very fair and good deal
The whole place is terribly unorganised ordered a click and collect then it tooom over 30 mins to pick it up would have been quicker to go into the store and just purchase it from a sales member... perhaps if we need to collect things directly from the warehouse you should put that in the email? And perhaps when sending out the notification that about order is ready actually have it ready ? I then had to wait 20 mins while the warehouse girl finished her phone call and then go and pick the order so annoying ans frustrating and is the 2nd time it's happened never again.. the worst guys
Once you walk out that store with a purchased product management don't want to hear any of it. So you can forget about getting something under warranty even if it's a manufacturing fault. Don't waste your time going to fair trading because they have no power to resolve the issue.
I have just left this store. My brother bought a coffee machine that has never worked properly. This store has organised to have this machine once and it still doesn’t work … they refuse to provide a refund even though the product is faulty… instead…. They have given the machine back to my brother and sent him some where else to have this machines fixed …. They bought this machines from you “good guys” take responsibility for the purchase! Refund the faulty product! I am only an observer but I wouldn’t buy anything from you!

Instore experience was great. However delivery was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Had to wait 2 days after first initial delivery because the truck couldn't fit down the street. So they re-delivered 2 days later and set the delivery window for 8-10am. Delivery didn't arrive until after 1pm! And if there were delays no one contacted me which is costumer courtesy. Who wants to sit around all day waiting for a delivery when you have things too do. Customer service is terrible. NEVER SHOPPING WITH THEM AGAIN. 👎🏼
Phil helped me buy a fridge and washing machine last Sunday and was fantastic! He was able to answer all my questions about energy ratings, costs, and differences between models. He helped me find the best price and explained the delivery process. Unfortunately there were some difficulties with the courier saying they couldn't access my street, even though it's a pretty standard size. The delivery got delayed but the good guys were prompt in setting up a new one.

What a disgrace, the lady in the warehouse stole my remote control after opening the box under the guise of inspecting the TV for any defects. When I got home I opened the box and found the remote missing. I rang the store and after initially denying that they had the remote they confessed that she in fact did take it. To even make matters worse they told me that I would have to wait 5 days for the remote to arrive via mail. What disgusting behaviour. They expect me and my family to sit 5 days without a TV as you can’t activate the TV without the remote. Like the audacity of these people. Give these crooks a miss!

If you think you can live without a fridge for a month, you’ve come to the right place. I decided to buy a new fridge and came here. I made the payment smoothly (with the Premium delivery option because I live alone and didn't want any issues, as I couldn’t lift it by myself). The product arrived, and before unloading it, they wanted to check where it would be placed. I showed them the spot, but they claimed they couldn't get a 70 cm fridge through a 100 cm space and suggested either leaving the product or getting a smaller one without helping. They sent the product back to the warehouse. I went to the store a second time and spoke with the staff. They said even if I got a smaller one, it wouldn't fit through that space. I requested that the same product be delivered to my home again and left in front of my house; I decided to lift it with my friends. They confirmed everything in the store and said they scheduled the delivery. I left the store. An hour later, they called me and said there was a system error, and they couldn't deliver the product. They told me it would take time to fix the system, and they would call me back. I waited 3-4 days without any call and went to the store again. I explained my situation, and they gave me a new delivery date. I asked 3-4 times to be sure and waited for the process to be completed. I was very frustrated and wanted to finish it. They said everything was ready, and I could go. Naturally, I left. Again, the product was not delivered. I went to the store again, and without asking me, they tried to refund my money. I insisted that I wanted the product, but the staff told me they had sold it to someone else and delivered it to them. I was left with the receipt for the payment I made. They finally suggested some cheap brands, which I declined. Eventually, someone took the initiative and offered me a product with the same features and quality without a price difference. They delivered it to my home. This time, the delivery team was very understanding and respectful towards the company they worked for, and after a month, I finally had a fridge. What a hassle…
This store charge you for delivery and installation and it is the worse service you can get. The store sales staff say you will receive a message night before they are coming and you don’t. I’ve had a dishwasher installed and the man drilled holes in my cupboard to make his job faster, now a washing machine with the waste cord attached with no rubber and now I’ve got water all through my cupboard and laundry. It’s not a service anyone should be paying for!! I wouldn’t want this for free.
The manager is very slow and didn’t provide a good service while he’s aware I’m gonna be late
I bought a fridge with a premium package to deliver and remove my old fridge. The delivery driver ignored my written and verbal instructions on how to access my property, resulting in him having to deliver via a set of stairs. After installing the new fridge he announced there was no room on the truck to take the old fridge away, leaving it in the centre of my lounge room. The driver had made 11 deliveries before he got to me, so there was room. He just didn't want to negotiate the stairs. He promised to come back the next day and did not turn up. It took another two days and two half days off my work before another driver arrived to remove the old fridge. [He followed my access instructions and had the old fridge out in minutes.] In the meantime, sitting in the lounge for 3 days, it leaked a lot of water all over my antique persian carpets. And now the Good Guys are bombarding me with surveys asking, how did we do!" It's a wonder they are still in business."
Reading all the bad reviews had me concerned, but my experience here was great. They have a large selection of electronics, kitchen equipment, washers and dryers and everything in between. The team was helpful. If you need to click and collect go to the warehouse on the same property. The team in the warehouse were friendly and ensured a smooth pickup.
Hello, Your installer showed up without warning at 7am after I was told he'd confirm the time well in advance yesterday. The installer is now insisting confirming was your responsibility. This confusion caused my housemate to miss a day of work. How will you compensate for your error? Please advise. Your company really needs to sort yourselves out. Just scheduling this installation took weeks and I wasn't approached about scheduling until I reported broken glass falling off the previous oven. I don't understand how these simple communications can be so difficult for you, but this is unacceptable.
I had a very good experience buy a washing machine at The Good Guys in Tempe. Very good price, efficient sales staff, easy park and the warehouse is just around the back. The guy running the warehouse was switched on, friendly and helpful. All in all, they all made the process very easy.
Im only giving two stars for the in house service. After that it goes downhill. I paid an additional $149 delivery fee- informed that there would be stairs- fridge delivery- apartment- you would think you're covered after paying this, I made it all clear and was assured it was all good- nope- I had the delivery couriers- two men- refuse to even offload it from the truck because of a 2kg overweight limit. They were going to drive off with my fridge- my food was waiting on my counters- my old fridge sitting- waiting to be removed- I had been assured by Good Guys staff part of the fee- they completely screwed so much up- The manager didn't seem to care- couldn't offer a real solution to this stressful scene- was happy for my Fridge to be driven away-when I had dedicated this day for delivery-it was horrible and I have never experienced this kind of appalling delivery in my life. I even had the thug manager of the ANC courier company trying to threaten me with Police by stating I was obstructing the delivery truck- which I was- we had to chase them down the stairs to make sure they weren't driving off- they had every intention of doing so- and it tried driving towards myself and two teenage daughters twice- this is serious and Im not lying- after ONE HOUR they finally dumped it for me to take up two flights of stairs- without a trolley. I will never shop at Good Guys again after this traumatic delivery following sloppy service and will stick to Bing Lee , Harvey Norman and the likes. If you shop at them- question every detail about the delivery- everything- they have left me with an absolute horrible situation- of which should have been a straightforward everyday thing this is disgraceful on every level.

They refused to replace the item when customers bought a faulty heavy item and forced the customer to wait for weeks to meet the repairer. They also refused to refund. If you are thinking of buying heavy stuff like a fridge, washing machine, or TV, do not purchase from The Good Guys. This is what happened: I purchased a washing machine and it leaked as soon as I ran the machine, flooding my kitchen. Additionally, it didn't match the product description. It had a sticker clearly saying hot & cold water inputs, but it only had a cold water intake. I called them the next day to replace the item. They refused to exchange it and said I needed to wait for their third-party repairer. They said the repairer would contact me within two business days. This means four days (including the weekend) for them to contact me, plus several weeks to schedule depending on the repairer's busy schedule. I argued that I had purchased a brand new item and it was faulty, as well as not matching the product description, so they had to replace it straight away. There was no reason for me to wait for the repairer. It hadn't happened while I was using the machine; they simply sold me a faulty machine. I didn't need a repairer; I needed a replacement. I was on the phone with them for a long time, and they kept refusing to replace it. I sent them an email with photos of evidence, and, typical of bad customer service, they didn't reply. So, I sent an email to the head office requesting a refund. By then, I didn't want an exchange anymore, so I requested a refund. The head office sent me an email saying they had forwarded my email to the branch, but they didn't address what happened. After that, the branch replied, saying they would give me a replacement. I replied, stating that I didn't want a replacement; I wanted a refund. And, again, no reply. So, I drove to them with the faulty machine and made it clear that no matter what they said, I wanted a refund. Since I was very upset, I showed how I felt and told other customers what happened. Probably, they thought it was better to refund it rather than dealing with me. They eventually agreed to refund me, but they made me waiting in a long queue twice and going back and forth to the warehouse. I can't believe: 1. They sell such poor-quality items. 2. They refuse to replace faulty items. 3. They show no remorse for selling a faulty item. 4. They refuse to give refunds. 5. They ignore emails.
I was in the store today Tuesday 30th April 2024 , I was served by a male employee by the name of Phil , he went over and above to help me buy my new TV and warranty , could not have asked for more
This really is a rubbish store with no support. People working here have no idea of how their products work, if you find someone, there's only 1 or 2 people for the whole shop. Outside their bread and butter products (TVs, washing machines and coffee makers) there shop is poorly stocked and there is a very limited range of products.
The worst service ever. After 3 months from purchase my vacuum cleaner Electrolux it was broken (was a burning smell). In Good Guys I was told they would send to service to repair and contact me….nobody called me…and when next time I was in the store I was told that I should pay $125 for repair (the half of the vacuum price). I paid and asked them to confirm that service centre about my payment. Now it is almost 2 months I am without vacuum cleaner, when I am calling Good Guys nobody can give me any updates. And when today I am calling to that service centre they even was not confirmed from Good Guys about my payment…. I will never recommend this shop. They are not care about the service after they received money for the sale.
Their instore and phone Customer service is awful and don’t bother paying for premium delivery- they won’t stick to the confirmed date and won’t notify you when they cancel your delivery. Absolutely atrocious.
Visited today and had no issue with the actual instore experience, however went to pick up the item from the loading dock as instructed, and parked in the bay. Then one of the Good Guys’ workers comes out and starts moving and counting the crates on the side wall and tips them all right ONTO THE CAR! Couldn’t believe my eyes. She didn’t do it on purpose but she had absolutely no thought to her surroundings or what she was doing. She saw the car but didn’t think. Dented and scraped the car wheel rim. I’m so lucky it didn’t hit the car door or paintwork. There are many other Good Guy Stores. Hopefully with more mindful staff. Won’t be hurrying back to the Tempe store.

I met horrible old woman staff. We did not know the place is closing and was looking for something. And that old rude woman just said why you are here. Still we did not notice the shop is preparing for close. But keep says like you cannot buy anything. why don’t that racist cannot says like we are closed, instead? Now I understand the olds are not always wise.
Been purchasing my products from the Good Guys for many years and not usually great service. Bought a fridge over the weekend and was served by Joshua. He was Knowledgeable, kind, extremely helpful and looked after us as much as he could. Amazing service!
Absolutely useless idiots working here. Procedure to do things is extremely complicated, took me 2 months of calling up to get a technician sent out to verify that the washing machine i purchased was stuffed so i could get a refund. Then i took 3 in person visits to the store over a week to get the refund, which i basically had do to myself via emailing them. Paid i’m cash and got a bank account refund.
FYI Good Guys Tempe use delivery contractors that don't deliver up stairs. If you live in a apartment don't shop with them. Happened to me twice, shame on me. At least i got a refund for the fridge that I will now be buying elsewhere.

I have bought a coffee machine from The Good Guys Tempe. All staffs and team members were very welcoming and friendly. The sales person name Mushfiq helped me to get a few items. I will talk about the Delonghi Coffee machine and the Nutribullet Air fryer. He had great knowledge about the products. He understood my requirements as I had a very compact kitchen which I told him and the suggested the Coffee Machine that goes with my kitchen. He also offered me Gold Service and explained me the benefits of having that service. Which really interested me and I got the Gold Services for 3 years for each items paying little extra and he made me believe its worth taking the Gold Services. I am really happy with the products Mushfiq suggested me. I will tell all my friends to visit Tempe store and see Mushfiq who has great product knowledge of everything in the store from coffee machine to air fryer and many more. I will always shop from The Good Guys Tempe even though my nearest store is Bankstown. Keep your good work up Mushfiq..
We bought a fridge at the store and our only questions were regarding delivery, as we are on the 3rd floor of a building and we weren't sure how we would get the fridge upstairs. We were reassured that the delivery company would bring the fridge up without a problem, so we closed the deal. On the delivery day, the delivery guys refused to bring the fridge up as it was heavier than their policy permitted to carry. We called The Good Guys immediately and explained our problem, and the staff said that someone should have explained that to us. We asked what were our options as we would have to hire someone else to bring it up and spend more than we had planned. They said they would give us a refund but they couldn't say how much until the next day. Which comes to today, when I don't hear from them and I have to call to know they are going to give me a $120 dollars refund (to pay for someone to bring it up), even though the quotes for this type of service weren't under $200. We are disappointed with this service and with the solution given, we will definitely think twice before buying at the store again.
The staff at the store were beyond bored and extremely unhelpful, and that was after we managed to find someone. We were planning to buy 1k worth of merchandise but instead just walked out after dealing with a disinterested sales person and went somewhere else.

Indian lookalike guy in TV department need serious training in customer service. He made some remark which offended me. His tone changed according to customer’s race. I may be wrong but that’s what I felt and he failed as CSR.

I bought one food processor from Tempe store on 02/01/24 and I got some parts missing. I think that was another customer return product not even catalog inside the box so I need to go back in the store so why they are careless about the customer service.

Returned some faulty items today. Got a replacement for one item. Sent another for repair. Upgraded my mobile plan with more data and saving about $15 a month. This is what gold standard looks like. We’ve been using Good Guys Tempe since they opened 5-6 years ago, and have always had excellent service. Well done to the team here.
Horrible customer service & staff. Was promised a pick up of a faulty washing machine as part of the gold service extras, and after 2 weeks of terrible staff at Tempe lying and saying picked up would be organised for next next after day I was force to return the faulty 75kg item to the store myself. Out right lied to by multiple staff trying to do anything they can to get out of providing proper service. Don’t waste your $ on the gold service extras, or with good guys Tempe.
I recently purchased few items from the goodguys in tempe and I must say that Mushfiq provided exceptional service. Not only did he go the extra mile to ensure a great shopping experience, but he also offered us a fantastic deal. Even when an issue arose with the delivery while he was away, Mushfiq made an effort to assist and even contacted the shop during his day off. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Highly recommend Mushfiq for his outstanding service.

Katina assisted my sister and I with the purchase of a new oven, rangehood and rangehood filter. We are extremely grateful for her time and the expertise she provided in ensuring we considered all the best options both functionally and aesthetically for our kitchen (we really appreciated that she was considering our needs). The store staff are very experienced. While TGG is the hardest price match store - the local store price is always marginally higher than your own website as it price matchs automatically, and if some small online stores give better discount (another 20% off), the staff would tell you that TGG system refuses to match even though some would do.
This store is fantastic, the customer service is one of the best in Sydney, we have been lookafter by Chris who was so helpful and knowledgeable, through his guidance we managed to get a stove and a laptop and we will be back for more.
Not happy with the store policy at all! A Panasonic flatbed microwave we bought from the Good Guys at Tempe started tripping out our electricity and when I returned this faulty product to the store I found we had to wait 3 weeks to get it fixed. We were about to go on a trip the next day so we now have to purchase a replacement microwave for friends who are house minding for us! The not-so-good-guys let us down. Shopped here heaps of times but it counted for nothing! Very disappointed! Crazy part of the story you wouldn’t read about! A couple were just about to buy the exact microwave I was returning and I warned them off. The Panasonic flat bed is really noisy as it has a cooling off period built in after cooking.’ It makes a loud ‘burring’ noise rather than a ‘hum’ of previous microwaves. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else and buy a better brand.
I normally buy a lot of stuff from Good Guys, but this time I wanted a TV, they match the price and the delivery service, but had no deal with an eWaist service to take your old TV, JB HiFi had and Appliances online do and more places are doing it except for Good Guys
Qianhua has the best customer service I’ve ever seen, I can only describe my experience as exceptional. She’s made my week! I went in tonight and she assisted me with everything in a prompt and friendly manner. She definitely deserves a pay rise. Completely regained my faith in humanity, 10/10 staff, would come in again!

I should have trusted all the bad reviews. I ordered delivery and my partner stayed home from work to accept it. Then half way through the day, I got a call saying they had accidentally cancelled my delivery of a fridge. I rescheduled for specifically 8am-10am, on another day, stated that it must be before 10am, and the service person said that is fine, and then the day before that date I get a text telling my to be at home between 10am-1pm. Incompetent and frustrating!
The worst customer service and the worst shopping experience ever. We ordered our fridge on Wednesday, it contacted us and saying it will arrive on Friday. So I changed my work plan to stay at home on Friday. Then the customer service called and said they accidentally cancelled our delivery. It’s now to be delivered on Sunday. On the call, it was confirmed to be delivered on 8-10 am Sunday instead. On a Sat, we received a text msg saying pls stay at home 10:00-13:00. U gotta be kidding me?! Confirmed delivery time is 8-10 am, u just “accidentally” miss the agreed timeslot and chose a later time at 10:00-13:00?! Do u take people’s time seriously or not? We got plans, it just kept stuffing around like that?
It is my first time purchasing from the good guys and I must say the communication from Snehal and Hayley were amazing. Snehal kept me updated with my order and when stock would come in. Hayley arrange all delivery details and made sure my delivery requirements were met. These girls definitely need a raise for their amazing customer service!
